Crazy these people are still in business typical lying about what they sell, you’ll choose your material and they sell you an old one thats damaged when u pick it up, not the one you picked out just the same color once you try to return youve already handle material so they blame you, the obese lady behind the counter is obviously a family member of the owner or his sister (I doubt wife😂) but she’s incredibly rude and difficult to work with. Good luck if you already placed an order GO TO L AND U cabinets for quality and common respect!

Love the selection and prices. Men on the floor are very patient, hardworking and quick to help but the woman behind the desk may yell at you (its likely a cultural thing, but still very off-putting). This store has 2 other locations if more selection is desired.

Extremely rude customer service. We had to ask the lady multiple times to tell us the pricing and size of the granite and she was exceptionally rude.

The woman at the front desk was not helpful at all. She was rude to us and even raised her voice. We are taking our business somewhere else albeit the good collection they have.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of customers and my first choices were sold out. I was tired and frustrated but the lady at the counter worked things out and I couldnt be happier! They called when my installer was there to pick it up making sure I approved.It looks great in my daughters little kitchen! We saved a lot of money.

The people that work here are so rude I can’t wrap my head around how they are still employed. They flaked on my install twice and did not call to even let me know!!! I will not ever purchase from this place again.

Great experience purchasing all our kitchen countertops here.Quality granite, decent prices, and a very fantastic installation experience. Preston did a superb job on the install. Just beautiful.

This is the second time we’ve used Granite Outlet and it has always been a terrific experience using this store. Our first installation went perfectly and the work was beautiful. Today we had a bit of trouble finding a material that was in stock in the sizes we needed but once we did, the paperwork was quickly completed and installation was set up to our schedule, at a great price. We’re excited to see the finished countertops.

Man prices are good, but these Asian folks have attitudes... ESPECIALY LING, arrive is at at 2 ro 3 starts at most... just be careful and look at your Invoice..

Worst place ever, if you go here you are making the biggest MISTAKE. One of the many Asian ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude and disrespectful, and have no sense or willingness on how to run a proper adequate business, I contacted BBB and they will be in contact with them very soon. They are a scam, and have no will on how to run a business. I’m not going to waste my time about my situation and experience with this so called “business” because I don’t have the time for that, but I will be informing you that this is most definitely not the place to go.

Worst customer service imaginable...I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could...went to pick up my 5K worth of materials and was told I had to come back tomorrow..I drove 2hrs and their excuse was that they needed to verify any changes...what changes?? I paid in full and marked every item like I was advised 2 weeks ago..the ladies upfront raised their voices at me and told me to basically take a hike..they spoke rudely amongst them selves in front of my face in their native language..when I asked to Speak to a manager I was told in a sarcastic tone he was “unavailable” I hope this helps others in making their choice to do business with these crooks.

Lots to choose from, but the best part was the help and we were helped by Be. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Very knowledgeable!

The wort customer service, as a business owner I wouldnt treat my customers like they treated, us. They installed our counters, with no instructions on maintenance for the stone, didnt cut the size hole for the faucet. After all the money that we paid and they couldnt even have the time to come out and fix their mistakes.

Purchased and installed granite countertops for my outdoor bar. I was told by my installer that they must have put some chemical on the stone as it began to stain from exposure to ultraviolet light (the sun). It was a light colored granite. The stains made it look like someone spilled coke on it. It is not repairable. Now I need to replace everything. Very disappointed.

Great staff great experience very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept in touch with me the whhole time the manager was very professional when ordering a custom counted and made sure to make sure there was no communication errors by being very thorough with drawings paperwork and plywood cutout to Make sure the sink would fit the way we discussed. Make no mistake these people are 5 star service . I will continue to do buismess with them and u should too..

Worst place ever to do business at! I went to buy a quartz countertop and the woman at the front was so rude and was having a bad attitude while eating snack when I was asking a simple question of how much it would cost to deliver and install the countertops. Instead of responding to my question she was being disrespectful saying that my contractor will have to install them and she wont be helping me with installation information even tho this place does installing as well. I was like that is none of her business whom I pay to do installation. All her job is to give me prices and information. Then I asked them to call the manager so that I could speak with him/her but none of them were willing to call one. The lady then grabbed her purse and walk out of the warehouse like this was none of her business.

None of the samples we asked for were in stock (4-5 different picks), even those they had were all mixed, small sizes. Counter reps were useless, pickers didnt know where the different options were.Be prepared to find, measure, pick, price, and checkout yourself. Horrible service!Go to L & U Granite instead. Worth it!
