I think its overpriced especially on produce and some items that can be cheaper at Winco or FoodMaxx etc.

They have a excellent variety of items to choose from.. they have vegetables and meats and dry goods you can get larger sizes of items that arent offered in normal grocery stores... overall not a bad place to stop at first when you going grocery shopping you might be pleasantly surprised.!

Always full of dirty critter people. Last time i’ll ever go: this one lady was holding up two managers and an employee arguing over 60 cents on a bag of chips in the checkout line. Colossal waste of time.

Mole in the zone of goods by weight, it flies inside the tanks. They never have oatmeal by weight, that tank is always empty. Food is bad. Chicken is old. Manager Joel so rude for clients. He didn’t see any problems at this store.

Pretty cool experience. As a previous restaurant owner, I appreciate finding several items available without having to shop at those huge bulk stores. I personally love buying my products for my restaurant where I can feel and touch items to see if I feel they are worthy to be used. Just a little habit of handling what you want to purchase. It was nice, neat and the check out line was pretty long but it was fast! Congrats to those fast cashiers at the front! They did great!

This store i find myself constantly coming back too. Produce could use a little work but its probably just to much supply not enough demand so it goes bad pretty fast from having it stock to long. Being a small grocery store chain I am impressed on how well they do and there store is always nice and cool. Great prices, nice staff, clean store, and great variety of items. I will continue going to this store.

I love Smart&Final. The veggies are always top notch and they cut their Rib eyes thick, not thin like the other chain markets locally. Nice crew as well. I prefer to do my regular shopping here.

The store manager was very helpful as a Shipt Shopper he was the first to grab a correct 106oz can of Green Beans and the first to bag my Groceries. All of the other surroundings S&F store managers are rude and dont bag groceries even using their own bags. I wish that I could shop at this location every time.

Just did my July holiday grocery shopping. Store was packed. Good sales on watermelon and hot dogs for the picnic.I have to compliment the employees. Always cleaning carts and equipment and asking people to wear a mask. They will sell a mask for $2.00 if you dont have one. Other wise they are turned away.Thank you Smart and Final for protecting us all.

This store has customers lined all the way down the isle and behind the next isle with only two cashiers every evening😕I would like to stop and shop for a few things but it takes so long to get through the lines im not shopping their anymore its always the same its as though corporate doesnt care at all about customer service to keep the same practice over and over again! Its like being in Walmart. I actually get through Walmart faster spending less money.

Managers here do not care about your health. They kicked me out of the store (mid-shopping) because of my handicap. Pretty ridiculous that this type of discrimination is still happening right now, as if its not hard enough to go out & try.

How dare they treat a customer the way they treated my husbandand I! We are spending a lot of money when we go in and bulk up on our month supply of food. We were cussed out of the store by the cashier telling us that we werent welcomed in their store because we didnt have our face covered. The face mask is for those who are sick with the virus or people who are sick or have a cold. The mask doesnt prevent the virus to come in to your lungs. It prevents you from spreading it. Smart and Final. You lost our business forever and we will be telling everyone about it.

I like this place. Its cool. Occasionally it seems their milk goes bad quicker than other stores, which is lame. But on a good note, They are really diligent in their COVID19 face mask practices and gloves which I find comforting. You literally cannot enter the store without a mask. Ill be glad when this is all over, but in the meantime, it cant hurt much. :)

Courteous staff, competitive prices, clean store. Not like the regular Smart and Finals you may have shopped at in the past. The EXTRA part is a large fresh produce and meat selection along with more frozen, refrigerated and bulk items. Not enough checkers, long lines even when store is not that crowded.

Long wait to checkout, so I only go there when I have to.

The store was clean and fresh looking inside as were the shopping carts. The items on sale are usually a great deal but their regular prices tend to be higher on the items I typically purchase.If you purchase bulk items you may be inclined to go to Winco as they have a larger selection and lower pricing. I took off one star for the pricing.

10/24/2019 My daughter was wrongfully profiled approached and stopped under suspicion of theft. But when she showed her receipt for her purchase the employee continued to badger and berate her without any proof of wrong doing. I was a frequent shopper at this location but after this experience i wont be shopping at that location anymore.

It has a pretty good produce area and meats. But they dont really carry special things like gluten free. They have Dairy Pure milk which I like because it has no hormone or antibiotics in the milk.

Never has carts and they do not sanitize the handles. Nasty

Only place on town ... Where your Frozen ice cream is the consistency of fluid water by the time you get out of thier Xpress lane. Their produce section is lackluster at bestNice staff....You have plenty of time to talk to them... As you stand in line watching your frozen food melt or unfreeze. The rank-and-file staff are good hard-working people. The people that run it? Not so much. Otherwise they would give something of a hoot about the long linrs.

Great neighborhood store, competitive with others in the area on item availability and pricing, great team of employees, knowledgeable, professional, courteous. Store layout and cart maneuverability through the isles becomes familiar, the more you shop there!

Deals too good to be true, and they arent. Any time I try to take advantage of one of their specials, they refuse to sell to me at the posted or advertised price. When I show them an ad or a photo of their posted sign, they will give me one at the sale price, but that is all. It seems like everyone I run into here has a very nasty attitude. I once saw them grab a young girl customer outside, and lift her dress up over her head in full public view, exposing everything underneath because they thought she stole something. Of course, she had nothing. Go to the store at Madison and Sunrise instead. They are a lot nicer there.

I like this place because you can get really good deals on a almost like a miniaturised Costco. ---THE REASON--- Im giving it one star, is because when I went up to the register the gentleman help me put some of my heavy items on the conveyor belt. While doing thisa gentleman came over VERY inpolitely, told him to shut down his Lane.so he shut down the light that says the lane is open, which he did and then the manager got all huffy and told him he had to turn off his numbered lane sign off. Just the way he talked to him was very unprofessional, especially when you have a customer (myself) right in front of front of you, but he did not seem to care one bit. I tried to read his name tag and I believe his name is Troy or Trace and he is the store manager. I asked the teller after he left. I feel sorry for the people that work under him as his rudeness was unbelievable and if he were to talk to me like that I would throw in my apron and leave. Maybe he was having a bad day who knows what hes going through and I understand people have their days. I do quite a bit since running a business is very stressful, but cmon..... The whole thing is, the guy did nothing wrong he just follow directions but the store manager made it a way bigger deal than it should have should have been and degraded the teller right, smack, infront of me. So if you read this Smart & Final I would definitely consider checking in to this store manager and how he treats his employees. Being an owner of a business myself. This just disgusted me. if youre trying to reprimand somebody thats doing something incorrectly take them aside and tell them what they are doing wrong and how to fix it. You dont throw a fit because the teller did not put a closed sign on the conveyor belt. A CLOSED REGISTER SIGN!!! Just my two cents I dont write very many bad reviews but this one definitely was worth one. Shout out to the big guy working the register. Good luck bud and I hope this guy doesnt treat you like that everyday. Shame on Smart and Final for hiring this guy.

I am a regular at this market and recommend it highly for its friendly and professional staff, and cleanliness. There are a few items I wish they carried, but overall a good place to shop!

I gave this location only 4 stars because after checking my receipt I realized they over-charged me for an extra box of rice. When I went in to have it corrected, I was told I could get my dollar back or get another box of rice..(as ricearoni is 5 for $5 so I had gotten 5 but was charged for 6.) I figured it was easier to get the rice so I went to grab it and came back to the register. He took one box of rice that I already purchased from my bag to check my receipt but then tried to keep it and I had to remind him I already purchased that one but was charged an extra and that is why I got the other box. Smh.
