DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! They lie, they will put used parts on and charge you for brand new ones. The mechanic (I use this term VERY loosely as his work is absolutely horrible) and his wife are unprofessional and when caught in a lie, will refuse you service. I will be reporting them to BBB and BAR as well. This business is potentially killing people. They sold me a used tire brand new that separated and I almost crashed. Then when changing the tire, the mechanic Johnny completely ignored the gaping hole the tire flap made in my air intake. Thank God Im still alive so I can possibly save others by letting you know this business is unsafe, unprofessional, and unethical

3 weeks ago, I bought the Prestige 150 cc Scooter, and am very pleased with my purchase. Jim is very knowledgeable, was friendly enough to me, and some of the reviews regarding their service are not accurate. And theyve been in business a very long time. They are doing things right, in my opinion. Just having lots of fun scootin around town! PM 2-2-2021.

Jim and John are great guys that are always willing to help. I have an SSR250 dirt bike and it’s extremely hard to find parts for. Thanks to Sacramento Motorcycle I was able to get the parts I needed and get back on the dirt!

These folks have been here for awhile, so that being said, their doing something right when it comes to customer service and repairs . I didnt buy anything, but man if Id had more funds in my pocket, I would have rode out on more that one. The hospitality was infectious . I went home to my wife and found myself more pleasant to be around . Of course we DNT see it, but our spouses will always catch something a little off. Id have to say THANKS ! To be that elated without a purchase makes me want too, Just be a better person . Me and my wife thank you. Is say keep up the good work, but I already know you will.......

These people sold me the wrong part for my motorcycle and they said it would work and they said its compatible and I had it at a mechanic shop and they said that the part is not compatible. Do not ever go to these people they rip you off they refuse to give me my money back or anything. These people are a joke they have no idea what theyre talking about when it comes to motorcycle parts or service

So a deal was made to purchase a older model Yamaha. When I came back out after pre paying for it the bike was completely stripped of the motor and anything that was usable except for the frame and a front Tire. I specifically remember seeing the engine block -2 carburetor amongst other parts they were just gone and I was made to feel it was an imagination. Yes they had taken a starter off of it just a few weeks prior hummmmm, what was it attached to?

Their customer service on the phone was great (I called about a brake and light inspection). They even had someone who could come to their location for a vehicle vin inspection. I needed to put a blinker on my bike and they had someone do it prior to the inspection. All in all it was one stop shopping. I will definitely call them for any future needs and will do business here again!!!

My wife and I just purchased two 150ccs scooters today. The BMS Prestage are very nice, they ride great, and we got a pretty good deal. The guys stayed late for us to do the paperwork and help my wife. Everything went very smoothly with no issues. We took them home and we a great ride.

Inquired about a front rim for my gsxr 600. She said please wait (putting me on hold?) I said okay and she hanged up. Did not receive a call back. I won’t be calling back either

I purchased a brand new scooter for my wife who is a beginner rider. She took it for its first ride and when she returned the headlight had fallen off and the handlebars were dangerously loose. I tightened everything myself giving the dealer the benefit of the doubt. At 96 miles on the odometer it broke down. I called them and the mechanic walked me through the fix. It ran for 1 more mile then broke down again. I brought it in and was told it was my fault because of the fix the mechanic had me do. I paid the invoice and will never return.

FYI folks anytime a business says BRING IT IN WELL TRY AND MATCH IT UP thats your first red flag to say ok thanks and never call again. They sound like a hobby shop playing business boy. If its your last resort take your part in with you but unorganized means unprofessional which means lazy which means you get what you pay for. What part is more broken is their motto.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not trust my bike getting repaired or even touched here just by the customer service. I just called to see if they had parts for my bike, the guy was an ass hole for no reason said hed look for the parts and call me back, never got a call back so I called again about 45 mins later said he didnt have what I was looking for, I called one last time cause I found an alternative for the part I need and wanted to see if they have that and he rudely mumbled something hung up on me. Do business with place only if you have to.They flat lied to me about a pair of valve covers for a older BMW.Twice they told me they were in very good condition.I drove from Citrus heights to rancho cordova only to find out that they were no better than what I already had.The bottom line is this,if someone is going to stretch the truth on one thing,their apt to stretch the truth on anything.These are not the kind of people I want to deal with.
