I rented a 5 by 5 foot mini unit. I had items that I already owned but still had to pay to keep them. On top of that the gardeners would blow a bunch of dust and dirt into my unit under the door. I would rather throw the stuff away in the first place than find out it all got ruined months later. Would have saved me a bit of money.

Just rented a storage space here! Mikayla was awesome! Very sweet and helpful! Had trouble for a minute with entry code the following day but Sharon, the manager, was quick to fix the problem! Very sweet!

I recommend this place to anyone. Ive know Sharon the entire 7 years if rented a space. She has been nothing but welcoming and after so long seemed like family! Even after letting years go by she knew my name and space number every time I stopped in. Talk about customer service! This location is clean and safe! I have never had a problem here and chose to keep my stuff here instead of moving it when I left Rancho because I know I could trust this location. I was sad to leave and I hope others think about this locating when looking for storage! Its worth renting a space from this location!!

Sharon offers professional services with a joyful attitude each day. If I ever have to go into the office I always leave with a big smile. The prices are beyond fair and the security is good. I would absolutely recommend this storage to anyone who is moving or just needs an extra storage space.

Mather field Public Storage combines true professionalism with heart. I feel pretty lucky to have a storage up front in plain view of the property manager, Sharon who keeps an eye on me, while im there, as well as my belongings, when im not. After hours the multiple surveillance cameras record everything. From the first day Sharon has shown she to be by the book and fair with lots of experience to not only answer but facilitate any need, question or concern. I dont look forward to the day i move out.

I had the best time getting all my stuff into storage because I have had a messy relationship with other storage places in the past, but here I felt welcomed and respected especially since I had Mikayla to help me along the way .

I was very satisfied with Sharon‘s assistance with my problem. She provided information and numbers for me to call to try and resolve my issues. I have rented two storage units at this Mather Field Public Storage facility for nearly a year now. I have never experienced any problems or concerns with the storage units or with the customer service provided. Sharon is a manager at this facility, and she is really great at her job. I have always found her to be kind, good-natured, and very professional to deal with. She is generous in her time, and is diligent in trying to assist customers with their needs in whatever way possible … Based off of my personal experience of having rented there for nearly a year, I would say if someone is looking for a clean, secure, fairly-priced facility to store their belongings, I would strongly recommend this Mather Field Public Storage as a storage option.

I’ve been having my storage for a while now every time I come in Sharon is the most courteous and friendly person I have ever dealt with. She helps you promptly and positively. She makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

I was visiting my unit today and over heard the manager talking to a customer. I must say, I was impressed. She was actually listening to the lady and you could tell she was putting the customer at ease. We were there for about 2 hours and I saw her out on the property twice picking up garbage and viewing the fence line as well as checking on the property itself. I know the manager on sight and she is very delightful. I asked the woman/manager her name and she replied Summer. Summer, I hope you read these reviews because you made me feel at ease and I could tell you did the same for the other customer as well! 5⭐

Why is there no way to contact the property manager on site?? When you call their number it only takes you to an operator who cannot answer simple questions like insurance or admin fee? I asked for a transfer to speak with the property manager and he said no not unless you make a reservation. I told him I would just show up at the property and he said no they wont see you unless you make a reservation. OKAY.. I gave 4 stars because the property and prices are not bad but communication can be bettter.

Reserving and renting a unit today was super easy. The reason was Customer Service Queen Summer! She was a fountain of knowledge and seemed to really care about me and my situation.The location is a bit out of my wheelhouse, but totally worth the drive. The grounds were free of debris, as were the hallways. Definitely keeping this Public Storage!

I been here in Sacramento for 2 months. Sharonville the manager knew I was pressed for time. She let me see the storage before I rented it. She explained the rental and insurance information. Then it went quick from there. The process was quick and I got all my things in before the end of the day. She definitely deserves to be in charge. Great job Sharon.

The manager Sharon made the dreary prospect of storing my belongings indefinitely seem a lot less stressful. Cheery, friendly and welcoming, with a smile that never ceased to deliver. I was only there 15 minutes and I feel like I had a new friend when I left. It was obvious that Sharon never got the memo that exuberant customer service was no longer in vogue.

When I initially got the unit...Staff was friendly...But I didnt check out my unit till yesterday...I was very irritated...The mechanism was rusted and looked it someone had tried to pry it off...Leaving a gap or hole...You can peek in my unit...I wasnt able to lock it properly...Im calling when they open today...This needs to be fixed or they need to move me units PRONTO!!! 😠😲

See update below. Rating dropped from 5 to 2. This property is very clean, the staff is friendly. The hallways for the storage are very smooth which makes wheeling things in so much easier. I love that it is open until 9 pm so I can take stuff after work.8/4/19 Update: Prices were raised $10 a month. I am not so sure they are worth the price anymore. Outside door for my unit bldg has been broken for quite a while, even though I reported it. Now I have further to travel when I load and unload. Not convenient at all. I am reducing my rating to a 2. Not happy.

My experience here was awesome. Sharon helped me securing a storage unit and she was super helpful, friendly, GREAT customer service. I was in and out in minutes. Great place to get a storage unit.

I had a wonderful experience from the first point of contact to signing my paperwork. I spoke with sales, scheduled with Heidi, and toured with Sharon. EVERYONE was able to answer all of my questions and concerns earnestly and honestly. Heidi was helpful in providing me with location specific information as well as estimates, and Sharon was an absolute delight! She keeps her property clean, and treated us with courtesy and respect. I feel really good about leaving my belongings here!

This a great facility that is clean and has easy access from downtown and highway 50.Best of all was dealing with Sharon at the front desk. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and made the registration quick and easy.I gave 5 stars because of Sharon and the other reasons mentioned. I expect the facility will live up to my expectations.

I went in with a reservation for a storage unit. Upon arrival I met Amanda and Sharon who welcomed me in and answered my initial questions. The unit that I had originally reserved was not available but that did not stop Sharon from helping me out with an awesome deal. Amanda kindly showed me a couple units before making my decision, as well as taking the time to show me how to properly lock my unit and explain in details the hours of operations.I truly feel more safe about my unit, having purchased the lock that Amanda recommended. These two ladies were extremely helpful in finding a storage unit that fit my needs. Very appreciative to find such great service and for doing everything in their power to help. I will definitely be recommending this particular public storage to my friends who are also moving out and in need for storage.

I have been with Public Storage for many years and have seen managers come and go. Sharon is the BEST. She is always courteous and extremely cheerful. In my opinion, she is a roll model on how managing should be done. The facility always appears well maintained. Sharon is the main reason I would recommend this facility.
