I was a little disappointed when one employee sent me to the wrong area for an item I asked for.After asking her again, she, with an attitude, walked me to the area she suggested. She said, Oh, they must be over there gesturing to another area.I found it on my own.Then, I faced her again at the cash register. Instead of explaining they had a computer problem, and had to calculate purchases on paper, she treated me as if I were responsible for the problem.Then another employee who helped her with the paperwork explained the situation to me.It said it was no problem. I tried saying something light; something to the effect of how these situations were out of our control and I wasnt in a hurry. She finished writing, then just asked for my credit card.Then to my surprise, the other female employee that was helping, yelled to the people in line that if you are in a hurry, you shouldnt purchase anything. The computers were down. Only credit card purchases can be taken, and everything has to be written down.The people in line looked confused...It was a bad day for the store, but the employees could have been a bit more friendly and tactful.

I have been shopping here for years. I receive coupons via mail or text. The last time I went the cashier did not let me use both of the coupons. Never had this problem EVER... I just paid and left. I know that were allowed, because I was there before and used two on my items.

Very nice and clean place to shop, and sometimes you can find really good deals, I like it a lot.

The two ladies working tonight were pleasant and the customer service was top notch.

Staff was rude. (Don’t know what Apple Pay or tap and pay are. And acted like we were stupid for trying this method of payment). The store was disgusting with trash everywhere and dirty floors. And the sales are b.s. The only redeeming factor is the app that gives points for purchases and gives a free reward after every $75 spent. (The free reward has limitations.)

Easy to find my items and helpful staff. I wish the customer who moved his mask to cough would learn how a mask works 😳 but that is not the fault of the store. The check out was wiped before & after we paid for our purchases. 😁

Incredibly cold and unfriendly. Associates go out of their way to; not look at you, not greet you, not acknowledge you, not assist you in any way in any department neither at the cashier when you stand right in front of them, they literally just want to get rid of you.

Friendly sales associates throughout the store and at checkout. Low to no stock of shower curtain displays my daughter liked.

Masks are required. Great deals and not busy. Go visit.

Terrible management service. I had to return my table cloth that was purchase. The same day, I purchase it, the inside tag and the outside tag had different size. I was charged for the larger size. I was fine to show the receipt but she wanted to measure the table cloth herself. She did not take my word. With everything happening with this virus and being a senior I was upset returning back to the store. Got refund and 20% back. Not one apology from the manager just from the sales checker. They wanted to give me back the same table that they touch when measuring it. So I asked for a new table cloth!!!!

Not my normal BB&B; its very small & the employees didnt know their products. I also had an order to pick up & they couldnt find it. Luckily I had a receipt & they had another item on the shelf. Ill stick to my normal store next time.

My granddaughter wanted a Bullet smoothie maker, they and several models in stock, competitive pricing. Picked up a few holiday stocking stuffers while I was in the store, it was a quick, good stop as far as getting things done.

Good deals, if you utilize the coupons, and shop around.

Avoid at all costs!! They do not honor their coupons here as they do at other locations. Then when I told the lady that I use multiple coupons at upland, she said it doesnt matter what they do at upland. Do you want to use this one or that one. I said okay, no problem, I will go to upland. She then proceeded to get upset and started trying to lecture me on the coupons and force me to use one or the other. I literally had to say Give me my coupons back so I can go to upland multiple times. She was a very unpleasant person and the whole experience was unnecessary. I would rather drive the extra 10 miles to another city than ever visit this location again.

Great store for household supplies - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Good quality items, a little on the expensive side for some things. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Didnt really find any store associates to interact with. Just wanted a coupon that seems to always arrive when you do not need it and never when you do. Would recommend this bed bath & beyond.

Horrible experience, they watch you around corners. They will take your shopping cart full of merchandise when youre not looking. They will put bag of merchandise on floor behind cashier when paying. They will highly scrutinize cash money when paying for merchandise. I have never been treated so badly in my almost 50 years of age, shop at Amazon. Better selection without being treated badly.

Good and clean location with lots of option

This was not our best Bed Bath and Beyond experience. There was no one to help. My husband was looking for something specific and was just told to look in the holiday area. There was only 1 cashier and about 5 people in line. A second cashier did start ringing up customers. Usually they are very helpful.Dont know if they were short of staff or what.

This place has a lot of good stuff for the house but you can barely find anyone to give you a hand. Winter last time I asked the lady for help I waited a half an hour before nobody showed up and then I just took myself and left. Every time I go to Bed Bath & Beyond I think they have the skeleton crew and they just barely have anybody working beside you cashiers so its kind of hard to find anyone to give you prompt attention or help of service.

The cashier expected me to make her aware of store discounts and offers.

It was busy but the staff kept it cool..manager said there was a call no show..but the lady working (young black female) was REALLY helpful..manager gave her some lip for some chair heater thing, which made me feel kinda upset hearing that..but I understand the staff was having a tough time. Marcella is the best customer service rep there. She not only gave us 10/10 on our experience, but was assertive and patient with my wife and I. She offered the best customer service then any of the bed bath and beyond stores in our area. I would recommend this store then anyother store in the area.

Just went in last night with my girlfriend in search of a new comforter. We struggled a bit and an employee named Lynette, I believe, was amazing! She was very polite and extremely helpful. Even though the comforter we were looking for was not in stock, she helped us place the order online so we can have it delivered to our place. First experience here and a great one.

Very helpful employees. Placed an order right on the floor saved me lots of time and because I did that there I got free shipping. This is my go to store. By using my coupons I saved $54.00. Wow cant beat that.

Went there to return something. It was a quick and easy process. It takes a couple of days to get the credit back if you use a debit or credit card. I wish they would put it back as quickly as they take it out though.
