Clean and simple experience. My customer service rep was professional and responsive. The towing partner (Copart) didnt call before coming to pick up the car like they said they would. I had to reschedule them the first day and for the rescheduling they gave me a quote of arriving anytime between 8am-5pm. My 2008 Pontiac G6 base model had accumulated 200,000 miles and much to my despair, began showing signs of mechanical wear and tear and had begun to break down quite frequently. They were on time, but they never confirmed my name so my check for my salvage vehicle has my first and middle name. They have the title, which they could have looked at for my name and they did ask for my full name so yea, I guess they meant first and last only. This was a salvage pickup from an auto repair shop.
