The review is not for this location but for the company. I will not recommend AAA due to multiple let downs. All new members are only allowed to be classic members until their 90 day wait period is over, and then once you finally completed the probation period ensure you don’t break down further than 7miles from your home otherwise it’s about $5-$10 per miles. In addition, say you want to upgrade and use the new benefits that you paid for. You be in luck, because they don’t go in efficient for another week. So now you paid an additional $50 for the upgrade and still need to pay the towing fee of $5-$10 per miles. In conclusion, I am truly dissatisfied with AAA. Love AAA. The Rancho branch isnt worth it though. Ever since I moved here employees are rude every time. Employees vaping INSIDE the building. My car battery went dead and the roadside assistance refused to help me, barely spoke and just left. Other areas branches have always helped and been 100% honest.

Fast friendly help for car insurance or road side assistance been a member for 12 years now. Its worth every penny, pays for itself with the first tow, a must for every household

Definitely go! My parents have been long time AAA members. The service theyve received over the years is the reason I went to get a quote. Over the years the service Ive personally received is the reason Ive stayed. They have great benefits from simply being a member food discounts, travel, tickets, DMV services, etc. Not mention when you have a policy with them, they make you feel like a family member and not just a customer. They know their services well enough to get you the best rate for you and yours. ***ASK FOR MARGO! ***....our previous agent is now the manager 😆.

The help was great, their great at what they do. I needed to get my car registration all paid up and we were in and out in about an hour.

Very well organized they really had this planned out perfect social distancing was in effect the time of service was excellent to representative that I met with was awesome very polite very cheerful very professional. I was stressed because I had another appointment and I was pressed for time but everything went smooth it was a little bit of a line but it went quick they had plenty of staff to serve their guests that were there to take care of their business. I just wished it was more connected to the DMV there was two issues that I could not take care of there I had to go to DMV or do it online which is not an option for me that Im willing to take.Really appreciate you staff there at AAA in rancho awesome

This was my first visit to the Rancho Cucamonga facility. Very courteous and quickly got me what I needed to have done for DMV. Aprx.15 min from walking in to walking out. Appreciate the fact that I didnt have to stand for hours.

From 5 stars to 2. Well, they are super when it comes to road side assistance. They have helped me get my car back home... ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE is great!!! HOWEVER......Now car and home insurance.... DO NOT TRUST THESE COMMISSIONED salesman. I had a mischievous sale rep (Cassandra Roman) keep contacting me about these great savings if I switched to their “combined” home/car bundle package... well, I went from having home insurance to a nightmare!!!! My existing home insurance, I cancelled since I now had this great bundle provided by triple AAA.... well, I month later I received a call from a stranger that they where coming to my home to inspect my property and take pictures... (THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME BUY THIS COMMISSIONED/mischievous rep!!!) not only did I have to miss work to accommodate this unplanned event but a week later I received that Triple AAA could not insure my home due to old roof/trees and a bunch of repairs that I needed to make myself.... I’ve owned my property for over 20 years without a SINGLE insurance claim!!!!!! But here is what made me write this review....... (by the way, the branch manager will brush off a situation like mine if not having homeowners insurance as a.... “yeah, she no longer works here”... no consideration for a customer of over 15 years)Well, after only keeping their ONE year car insurance policy, I decided not to Renew or ever Use their insurance policies due to my experience.... today (8/24/2020) my credit score went from 830 to 798!!!! They renewed my car insurance (which I have someone else now) without my consent or my knowing and now sent me to collections for $102 which I was never aware of.... I will of course dispute this situation but now I will make the public aware of their practices.Thank you sub contractors for your awesome roadside assistance, you are only hired by triple AAA. As for you individuals working on commission, be honest and don’t withhold information even if you think it might not make a sale... it’s just not worth your integrity CASSANDRA ROMAN

Excellent service, I went in to solve an issue with my car registration, I didn’t want to wait in line at the DMV which was 2 blocks long. I went to this AAA location and I was in and out within 5 minutes. This is another reason why having a AAA membership is worth completely it.

Little disappointed! Mainly, AAA does not accept debit cards, despite the Visa logo, to pay registration. Most cases, when you do a purchase, the card reader will ask you debit or credit. Why does AAA have to be exception of the rule? Either pay credit card, or, cash payments. What was surprising to me, was how AAA over the phone, had no problem accepting my renewal fee, the same card that was declined to pay registration at the AAA facility.

Have been an AAA Premier member since 1995 and havent had to go to a DMV office but once since! Just renewed my 2022 CA registration in 5 mins. at the Carnelian Ave location!!

If you do notary, I would suggest to go somewhere else. The wait is longer for that maybe they only have one person to handle notary.

Drove my 70+ year old father to this office and he was serviced by Vania garcia who was dressed very provocative and she was also trying to be flirty. (Very very short dress) We own a tucking business and would never allow our employees to dress this way or speak to customers like this. We brought this to the websites attention via email because we felt she was flirting to try to get us to purchase more into my fathers membership. We did not feel comfortable dealing with her. AAA is a huge corporation. Very sad that this is allowed when making face with customers.

Excellent Auto Club office! Staff is friendly and efficient to get you in, and help you with your needs as pleasantly and quickly as possible. DMV services are much faster than the DMV. Although adding a DMV kiosk would make it even easier/faster, and would allow for card services (credit/debit) for DMV transactions. That would streamline their DMV services up another notch.

After standing 3 hours in line at Fontana DMV, I was only half way to the door, so I left DMV came to AAA AUTO CLUB and in 10 minutes mypaperwork for DMV was completed and I was out the door.I became a member and got a good deal on insurance tooThanks auto club!🌞👍😷😜

There is a lady named Lydia. You go through her for any auto insurance needs and you wont go wrong. I think she is what makes AAA insurance the best one to use. She will do everything legally possible to give you the rate that best works for your car.

As always, AAA is worth the membership fee! Most branch offices offer fantastic customer service but this branch surprised me with their wait times. They are super efficient and speedy! Rancho staff consistently gets me in and out with practically no wait.I prefer Rancho AAA to every other branch Ive visited in the IE!
