We always receive excellent service here. The owner is very nice and goes the extra mile to ensure that repairs are done right, at a fair price. We needed to smog a 2006 Honda Pilot that needed a catalytic converter replaced. The repair there was cheaper than all other places and the check engine light has remained off for almost a year. We highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best Smog /repair shop in Rancho Cucamonga. Ramses is the owner and hes very professional, fast, and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Gave me a fair price and good service. I talked to him over the phone wanting an estimate and Ramsis gave me the price that we discussed over the phone.Update: all was good until the drive home. After Ramsis completed my smog check he did not close my hood correctly. My hood flew open damaged my windshield and bent the hood hinges. I tried to resolve with Ramsis but he became confrontational and did not believe me. He claimed it was my fault and did not want to pay for the damages he did. Why would I damage my own vehicle? This guys logic is flawed. Go somewhere else one of the many other smog places in Rancho. Unless you want damages and someone not to hold themselves accountable for their errors

I bring all my older vehicles here for smog and repair. Ramsis has kept all of my vehicles running like they are brand new. I highly recommend this place for anything. Ramsis is very honest and will give you the good and bad news and he is ALWAYS willing to work with you and give his honest advice.

Ramsis is very professional, and just from our short interaction I can tell hes a good person. I came to get a SMOG test done and he did a thorough check and finished within 20 minutes (if not a little less). He quickly got the key of my car, then he made me wait while he went to test another car. He told me over the phone and at the desk that he would charge me $40, but after he did the test he demanded $49. You cannot trust this persons word. Definitely NOT trust worthy - Sneaky.

I was miffed that the technician kept having cell phone calls while working on my car. Theres a time for work, and time for chit chat with friends. Some of the calls took 5 minutes or more, and while talking he was walking in the parking lot instead of handling the business at hand.But, maybe I was in a mood or something on that day, because the men there are good guys who go out of their way to help the customers. Id go there again.

Ive gone to this smog center 3 times now and Ill be going here every time I need a smog for one of my vehicles. Ramsis is very professional and has always been very friendly. Took him all of 15 minutes start to finish today, whats not to love. I never thought Id write a review for a smog shop, but its rare to find such a gentleman running an automotive related business.

Ad in Newspaper for $19.95 +$8.25 Certificate Smog test with Free Re-Test.My Car failed smog. So I had the necessary repairs made, took the car back to get re-tested and he said he was going to charge me again. After discussing what his newspaper Ad clearly says he refused to retest no charge. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!I have been a good customer here for a long time, my friends and family also go here and he knows this. You would think that with how slow business is for him, he wouldnt risk losing valuable customers.Me and my friends have found a new smog guy and will not go back here. I have also filed a False Advertisement claim to the Better Business Bureau.
