Usually we come to this location without a problem. Today, 10/11/2021 we came after Kbbq like we usually do. I ordered a yogurt green tea and a coconut milk tea.Upon arrival we ask the girl at the counter if there was any new seasonal drinks available and her response was “I don’t know…” …..huh? I mean I guess if you’re new and aren’t familiar with your menu yet but I don’t think that’s a appropriate response to say out loud to a customer. She then proceeds to look on the screen and listed a few items with coconut being one of the new items. We asked what was in the coconut drink since she just said coconut and she said that it was a slushie, so we said okay can we get that. She then looked at her screen and then said “hold on” looked at her coworkers and asked if they had that drink. The coworker starts laughing and said “we don’t have that” and then they all started giggling amongst each other… after that she then proceeded to look at her screen, looked up and said “we don’t have that”…. We ended up ordering the coconut milk tea and the yogurt green tea no toppings.After drinking more than half the yogurt green tea on my way home I noticed something in my drink. I didn’t have any toppings in my drink so I don’t know what it could be. It doesn’t look like boba or any of their toppings? It looks gross.Kung fu tea, any answers?

Its fine. I had the brown sugar wow which was nice looking and tasted good but kind of frustrating to drink.

Love all their teas. They do land on the sweeter side on most days, so if youre not sure,, get your drink less sweet.

Ordered the kung fu milk tea. Its good. Line was not that long and our drinks were served after just about 5 minutes of waiting.

Slowest service ever! There are people waiting for their drinks and the only 2 employees working here already chit chatting away as if we have all the time in the world. So inconsiderate. Time is the most valuable commodity. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again!

Even though it sounds too sweet, it really isnt.Only issue I had has been that entrance for the shopping center is a little tricky, more so if youre driving east bound on Foothill.Really liked this place, wish they had a location in San Bernardino or Redlands.

The Drinks were good but the it took a very long time like half a hour+ and other people who got there later were out there with their drinks, so I wish they could focus on people who got there earlier but it is what it is

I had put my order in ahead and ordered a Mongo snow and after I got it all the ice had melted and it wasnt a snow anymore. I had to be sitting on the counter for a longtime for all the ice to melt. I was so disappointed. When I tried to call the store no one would pick up the phone and the message box was full. I guess I wasnt the only one complaining. Let me add something I order delivery and it had more ice in it than the one I picked up. Also its not my job to make sure the drink is right the first time its yours.

Best place ever! I’ve been to many Tea/Boba places near Fontana but Kung Fu Tea will always reign superior than the others ! Their pearls are so good! Really soft unlike others who are undercooked or hard. All their flavors of teas are amazing and worth a try! Loved their hot drinks as well but the ginger brown sugar one is a bit on the sweeter side but still great for the cold nights! Milk tea is a classic and is great for any time of the day though!!

Ive tried tea from a Kung Fu Tea place back in the Bay Area and was not impressed, but decided to give this location a try anyway.Waited a rather normal amount of time for the drink I ordered - a Taro milk tea.Astounding taste and flavor. The boba was quite delicious as well, but the tea was something else. Exceptionally fresh-tasting and strong in flavor, Ill definitely be revisiting this location when I have the chance.. and trying other Kung Fu Tea places while at it.

This particular KFT is a bit maddening. The menu is pretty large but when you get up to order, theyll probably tell you that the drink you want isnt available. I recently moved closer to this location so I have been coming to this KFT more often and trying other than my usual. (classic Kung Fu Honey Tea). For the past 2 months Ive been getting responses like we dont have pineapple, were out of lemon, so no lemonades, . . .we cant serve the brown sugar series on weekdays. they are only available on the weekends. Today when my order was up I asked one of the workers about a drink that was advertised on the screen, the Lychee Thai Milk tea, he had told me they did have it. I asked specifically if I could order it right now cus it was advertised as Limited Time Only. He told me yes but when I got to the front of the line again the lady working the counter said they were out. While I do love this place, its just pretty irritating that not all the drinks on the menu are available.

I have been coming here for years. Tonight I went to order my usual, a large Winter melon milk, NO TEA and less boba. The gentleman taking my order told me that theres only tea. I explained to him I have been coming here for years and i always get the same thing. He insisted that theres no such thing as that, yet I have been getting the same exact item for 3 years. He mustve been new. I also asked him to please ask his co workers as they may have more experience or may have worked there longer. He refused and kept denying it. I dont understand, I have my app and I have receipts of what I get and he tells me they dont have it. Never coming back.

I walked in with my daughter for some pre lunch tea. Walked straight to the counter the guy stud there then walked away. No welcome no hello no hold on nothing. There was three other workes standing at the counter no one said anything. I felt awkward just standing there for so long with no acknowledgment by any we just turned and walked out. Thanks for nothing. This is what make black people feel the way we do.

I’ve been to Boba Tea places all over from Los Angeles,Chino Hills, Hacienda Heights, Ontario, Victorville, Sacramento, Washington, Miami, New York so many more places I tried boba but I think you get the point but let me just tell you when I had boba here it took me back to being in New York City the Boba was so fresh and had the best Flavor I tried their Milk Tea Boba and Omg the flavor was everything. Hands down one of the best BOBA PLACES EVER 🥳

Always a solid tea place. Service is quick and accurate, for all the times Ive come. I also have a sister who is lactose intolerant and when we get tea from here she doesnt have to worry about it since they use lactose free milk in their product which is a huge plus

I got the taro milk tea— it was so so good. The boba has great texture and the tea has a great creamy texture. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have fun games available for free and fun music. The whole place (including the bathroom) is super clean. Good free WiFi! A great place to work or play!

There arent many bubble tea spots in this area. KungFu Tea doesnt disappoint. The boba is decent and the drinks are pretty good. I definitely recommend ordering on the app and picking up to avoid a wait. Staff is upbeat and have no problem answering questions.

I visited this place yesterday (08.30.20) and when I got there, there was only one person ahead of me. I ordered three drinks, and my order number was 92... The gentleman who helped me was very nice and I tipped the jar a dollar and whatever change was leftover, so far so good. As I waited more and more people kept coming and ordering, by then my wait time was about 5 minutes (which I wasnt upset about because I understand sometimes things take a while). The guy who had ordered ahead received his drinks and left, so I figured my number would be called soon. Instead, the two ladies who ordered after me, #93 was called. I figured okay, they only ordered two drinks, mine should be up soon after. Instead I wait another few minutes, and then they call out order #95. I was seriously really frustrated by this point, because not only had I been waiting over ten minutes by this time, people who had ordered long after me were being called up. I went to the pick up counter top all about my order, and the girl who had been calling out numbers told me there were a lot of drinks in que and that they were making them as they received them. I pointed out to her that my order number was both before 93 and 95 and showed her my receipt. By this time the man who had order 95 was also frustrated (Im sure mostly with me), because he had to wait while my issue was resolved. The girl asked to see my receipt again to see what drinks I had ordered, to which she then replied that they were ready but had not been called out. She moves my drinks towards me, but offered no bag even though everyone else was receiving a bag who had more than two drinks. So I asked her for a bag, and she looks at me like Im asking so much of her and taking up all her time. She finally gets my order together and finally apologizes (IMHO half assedly). I was tempted to ask for the money I had tipped back from them, but in that moment I just wanted to leave. I will never purchase from this place ever again! I know it was one girl, but her service was so off-putting, she has seriously left a bad taste and that is what Ill associate with this place.

The bobas amazing

My husband had a kung full milk tea with honey boba and I got a mango slush. Both were excellent. The cashier was nice and helpful. The outdoor seats were very dirty, and not super comfy, good thing we keep lysol wipes with us wherever we go.

I just discovered Kung-fu Tea about 2 months ago and its honestly one of the best places. Their teas are delicious and customizable.

My go to drink shop in town. Teas, milk tea, slushies, shakes, and more. Variety is definitely here. Prices are competitively fair as well with every base drink being anywhere between$3 - $5.50 depending on what size you want. Toppings go for an additional $.50 each. Compared to all of the other boba/tea shops in Rancho, I believe Kung Fu tea still takes the crown in quality and taste.

This place has great yes options while also providing the comfort to stay longer with the accessibility to board games and foosball.

My friends and I come here a lot because how amazing the environment is. After going to a few board game cafes I definitely this is the best out of the ones Ive visited. I personally order the almond milk tea every time, but they have many types of drinks for everyone. The only thing I criticize is that we cant bring in food of our own when they dont sell food. I understand the policy, but I would love to eat there (whether it be their food or somewhere else) and drink boba and play games. Otherwise, the staff is amazing, the drinks are great, and the games are fun.

Their honey covered boba is really addicting. I prefer the coconut milk tea, large of course. They offer board games to play like Connect Four and Cards Against Humanity. Its a fun place to meet someone casually and shoot the breeze. A bakery is nearby if you want to pick up some treats to go with your tea also.

A nice chill atmosphere that lends to a great hang out place. The taro tea with the honey boba was spectacular.

This place was pretty cool and as far I know, they will give you the first bubble tea free if you download their app. The employees are courteous, prompt and helpful. They can also customize your sweetness preference. We ordered Kung Fu Milk Tea with Boba. The tea was so good and the Boba was a little unique and tasted like honey. The overall price was reasonable.

First time here. Overpriced for the size. I ordered the cocoa milk cap and it was nasty. It’s basically just milk pouring into cup with boba. Boba is too sweet. Still can’t beat shared tea or honey boba. I spent over $20 for 3 large cup(which is pretty small). Sorry not coming back .

Sorry not a fan of this boba joint. Tried it out and my drink tasted like water with a different color. Not impressed. Been here twice and it was the worse boba spot ive ever been to. This place is up to no good with the car kids hanging out front blocking the parking lot. Its a parking lot, not a hangout spot. So cars belong there not a bunch of people starring at each others cars. Thats my opinion of that situation. But I do hope you guys get better in making your drinks because the other ones locally are killing the boba game locally.

So my friend and I have our names called our for teas, and we start to walk to our table when my Boba drink falls on the ground and spills everywhere. I didnt even get to take a sip from my drink. We had to BUY another tea. Even after a good tip we still had to repurchase the beverage. I will never come here again for that reason being

Have came here since they opened. But recently the service has disappointed me. Messing up my order and telling that they did make it right.

Tried and enjoyed the Oreo slushie. Was surprised by the fact that the boba at this place had a honey taste which is something I havent really had anywhere else. Enjoyed this surprise twist and would definitely come back if in the area again.

The drinks are decent but there but they dont really sell any snacks except small bags of chips, pocky, or pandas so I dont get why there is a no food policy. They have a foosball table and 6 tables that can seat 4 people, complete with electrical outlets. It makes decent place to study if you dont mind the noise and dont mind not eating while youre studying. Even though they dont really serve any food, an employee told me no food when I started to eat my sandwich while studying this last time. I liked coming here to study but being told I cant eat this last time really turned me off because I like to bring my lunch and eat while I study. Its not even competition since they dont sell any cooked snacks.Edit: the no outside food sign is under the glass table so I never saw it because I always puty backpack on top of it.
