Our kids love the restaurant in Bass Pro Shop so we come here often. Our last server, Zach, was amazing. He was friendly & attentive and had patience with our kids. Our usual order usually consists of sweet tea, lemonade, chicken tenders, fish tacos & we highly recommend saving room for their coconut icecream... you wont be disappointed!

I love all the bass pro shops that I visit!Usually most of them are huge and have so much to pick from but I am a little unimpressed by the kid toys.Honestly thought there would be more for the kids to pick toys from.Other than that I enjoyed all of it and my family enjoyed all of it as well.

Extremely long wait at the firearm counter. 14 people in line with only one person behind the counter! Very poor service!

This place is honestly amazing. It’s like a field trip and shopping all at once. From Ammo to clothing and toys, it has it all! I get so excited when I know I get to go! The staff is super helpful. During cv19 they had Santa. It was a very real looking Santa and during these times the kids (and parents) needed a little cheer and a bit of normal. It’s a very clean shop! The lines look long but they go super fast!!

My first ever visit to pro bass shop. They had everything I imagined!. Went shopping for my birthday, My daughters bought me anything I wanted!!. Yeah!!. And bought me lunch at the restuarant. Ill be back again to finish my balances on my gift cards they had surprised me with...

We went there for the first time to look at boats and we ended up trying to buy one and we have to wait and Steven was very friendly and knowledgeable about boats. He was awesome. We bought stuff I wasn’t ready to buy but bought anyways

Online order with social distancing parking lot pick-up. No indication that Customer pick-up location had been moved from the Northside of the building, to the Westside of the building. I called the phone # as indicated on the parking placard, and selection option #5 as directed. I received a recorded message instructing to leave info and someone would process the delivery. After a 10 minute wait, and multiple customers who had arrived after I had, I then redialed the #, to connect to an employee. Within 5 additional minutes the friendly employee delivered the order to my vehicle. Word to the wise, should you receive a recorded message, hang up and redial.

Archery was a joke guy was on lunch longer then an hour and wouldnt even help people before he left. Lines are joke as well. Are we living in a communist country now or what open your lines up.

Good selection of clothing, boating equipment, fishing gear, and hunting gear. Usually doesn’t get too busy which is nice. My only gripe is that it takes them months to restock on certain departments, such as the saltwater fishing section, it has been nearly empty for the past 2 months or so making it extremely irritating to get what you need. If that issue weren’t a thing I would rate 5 stars.

What a waste of time. They dont even have any AR 15 magazine catch assembly nor any CA magazine required locks for the AR 15.

Love the store but the ammunition process has been a nightmare. The store has issues with their system the DOJ system goes down. Took 2 weeks just to get an online order and waited 5 hrs in line. Alot of very, very, very furious customers and Bass Pro shop managers treated us like dirt. Told us DOJ system was down and to go home after 4 hrs of standing in line. All we asked for was priority to get our places back when the system is back and they said it isnt manager policy. Luckily the DOJ system miraculously started back up and I was able to get my order after 5 hrs at the store.

THE STORE WAS SUPER PACKED TODAY. PEOPLE DOING THEIR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING & KIDS WAITING IN LINE TO SEE SANTA CLAUS. THIS STORE IS EXCELLENT YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR YOUR TRAVEL AND OR ADVENTURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING THE DRIVE IF YOUR NOT A LOCAL......HAPPY TRAVEL FOLKS.
