We went to the RC Location and spoke to fraid and he said he would bring samples to our home. He came to the appointment with 2 samples. We selected one from the 2. As I was looking at the 3 different density of the samples, I asked which one he was quoting us. He stated the lowest density because the other one was to difficult to vacuum!!! I told him that was my problem and I wanted the thicker carpet !! He never gave me a choice of padding, wasn’t even mentioned!When the carpet was delivered I called Farid and told him it did not feel like the carpet we ordered. He said to go ahead and install and if it was wrong he would replace. He also insisted on a down payment and kept asking 1 yr, 2 yes, 3 yes. Not what your ads state at all! I did make a pmt and ended up with 4 yrs financing. I am not happy with his service or the carpet!!! Would not recommend to any one!

I absolutely would recommend LA Carpet! I had the best experience from start to finish. Farid was very helpful and knowledgeable about the flooring. I went to the showroom in Rancho and he had several examples of luxury vinyl floorings. I chose the color and design of my choice. He came to my home the next day to measure and gave me a very reasonable price. Within a week I was contacted for a time to have my floors done. I was so impressed with the quality and service. The floors were completely finished in 2 days. I will definitely contact LA Carpet for my future home improvement needs. My floors are beautiful and I’m so glad that I chose LA Carpet. Don’t waste your money with another company. Choose LA Carpet, I guarantee you will be satisfied.

I’m writing about the Rancho Cucamonga location, our salesman was a person named Farrid, we wanted to get a quote a on flooring and countertop replacement, we were approved for well over the amount to cover both jobs, flooring got done first, the installers did a great job, very timely and clean, we waited for over a month and a half to get our quote for our countertops and that’s only because we had to go back to the store to find out if Farrid still worked there, I tried to switch salesman but couldn’t, Farrid said he called my wife a month ago, but didn’t leave a message, we explained to him multiple times that we don’t answer our phone’s with numbers we don’t recognize and to please leave a message and would get back with him, we’ll I’m assuming because it took so long to get a quote he offered a free kitchen sink, I asked him with installers install the sink, he said yes, but they won’t install the plumbing to the sink, which I agreed to, 2 weeks later they come and install my countertops, to my surprise the sink was getting installed, before they left I called Farrid to go back over our verbal agreement and now the story changed he didn’t bother to mention to us that they only will install under mount sinks, he said he wasn’t aware of this, which I have a hard time believing being with this company he “25 years” so now I’ve had to hire a plumber to install this sink and the plumbing and if that’s not enough the countertop installers didn’t put my electrical outlets back on the new back slash which Farrid neglected to mention also that there installers don’t do, so as we are getting pots out of our cabinets that were underneath the new countertops, we find broken pieces of countertop in all of the kitchenware that was underneath the countertops, once again I call Farrid to try and understand why was this mess everywhere, I explained to him we cleared out what you told us and that was everything under the sink, I asked why didn’t they vacuum as they went along or why didn’t he tell us to clear out all of our kitchenware, his only answer was he ASSUMED we knew, so we went to start to wash out kitchenware in our dishwasher and we find out when we opened our dishwasher door that it moves, they didn’t remount the dishwasher to the new plywood they installed for the countertops, I questioned Farrid on this, so they know how to remove the electrical outlets and they how to take the mounting screws out of the dishwasher but don’t know how to put them back ?! I can’t believe Farrid kept going down this road, I was a sales manager for over 20 years, I cannot believe this guy is still working, I read some reviews on Yelp after we had signed on this guy and it’s the same thing COMMUNICATION, this must be a family run business, it’s the way to explain his lack of follow up, communication, the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Say 50% off but their prices are insane triple of any other quote that I got. They even blocked me on Facebook because I was honest about their insane prices. Said nothing rude but the truth. Shows what type of business this is when they block you from posting on their ads.

I saw the ad for this store on TV. I needed carpet for my guest room and bedroom. I went to the store on Foothill late on a Sunday afternoon. I met Farid and chose the color and type of carpet I wanted. Farid came to my home the same day after closing the store! He took measurements and brought the sample board to confirm the color I had chosen in the store. Only a few days later, the installation was complete and I had my new carpet! The installers showed up on time and were quite professional. They moved my furniture, installed the carpet, and moved my furniture back.UPDATE May 2020, my carpet is showing rolls/bumps in several places. Due to lack of traffic in those two rooms, I can only attribute this issue to the installation not being done properly. Will have to contact the store and find out my options.

I cant comment on flooring selection, service quality, etc as they wont even bother staffing the store during the posted hours. Came 2.5 hours before close and I looked at door etc to see if there was a note or something, nope. Dark store with a bright sign saying it should be open. Good luck if you travel to go to store.

After a horrific experience with Home Depot and their sub-contracting process, we went looking for an alternative. After googling our options, LA Carpet not only beat the competitors pricing, but also had phenomenal customer service top to bottom. Installation went faster than expected and quality care with my furniture. Theyve got a lifelong customer here.

Recently, we had hard surface flooring installed in over half of our house and not only was the ending result beautiful, the experience was great! Well, other than the process of clearing rooms to prepare for the install that is! Hahaha. However, it was so worth it! We appreciated the professionalism of Farid, and the installers just the same. They showed up on-time each day and were respectful to us and our home. We definitely look forward to using them again!

We had carpet installed in several rooms. Carpet and laminate flooring was removed with no damage to the walls. Several rooms to be carpeted had furniture which they removed and replaced exactly in place. Carpet install crew were professional, considerate, timely and efficient. All in all, so far, a great experience. This is our second time with them, both times great service.

We had laminate flooring put in 2 years ago. After having repairs made 2 times, we still have loose boards and huge spaces between floorboards. I regret spending nearly $9000 for poor service and quality. Still waiting for another repair date. Consider this a warning. Wish I could figure out how to post pics here.

How a rating of 1 became a rating of 5 thanks to Nasser Mulhem. After 20 years we were ready to replace the flooring in our two story home. We searched high and low for over three months for a light maple color floor with few wood knots, very light variations and had to be waterproof. We wanted a clean, smooth looking floor. We finally found it at LA Carpet at the Rancho Cucamonga office. Our Salesman was Nasser Mulhem and he patiently showed us many styles, colors, materials, and his estimate was the best by far after many bids. Finally we chose a Carolina Maple by Megaclick. The installation went smooth, the second floor was completed first and when I was done fully cleaning it, I realized it showed a repetitive pattern of shoe prints or tread marks. I immediately called Nasser and sent him pictures of the marks, he advised the manufacturer said we had to clean it with warm water and soap, which we had done. Nasser personally came over and verified the “pattern of shoe prints” was not in the sample we had based our decision when choosing such floor. Nasser diligently spoke with the manufacturer, made the proper calls and had the manufacturer representative come over and perform the necessary inspection. The end result the flooring was completely replaced with a new selection (non-defective) and it looks outstanding. I thank Nasser for being such a customer advocate and proving he was on our side. I would definitely go back to LA Carpet and deal with Nasser for our future flooring needs.

Stopped into LA carpet and worked Farid he helped us out with colors for our flooring and carpet that I found on a website. He came out to our home with samples and walked us through the whole process. Everything was installed within just a few days and our house looks like a model home now. The following morning, CarePro gave me a courteousy call about an hour before my scheduled time to confirm. They showed up and were friendly and asked a few questions to better understand what I was looking for. We settled on carpet cleaning plus some added pet stain and odor control work.

Our experience with LA Carpet far exceeded our expectations. We have a large home and they were able to get everything done in a couple weeks. Farid in the showroom is great! The installers were fast and we could not be happier with the results. These guys suck, they get upset when you ask them questions. Very pooooor customer service. Also the lie about pricing, i asked for a quote on $1.67 sq.ft. for 484 sf.ft. of carpet and they price over $1200. Do the math, it doesnt add up. I ask him are there additional charges that youre not telling me about, and he says, no its just the 1.67, it includes everything. You tell them the math if off, doesnt add up and they get upset. .. Lol, they abvious dont want your business. Probably a front for a cartel. Dont go through the headache. Shaddy!
