I am only giving them a star because I have picked up deliveries there before and the employees were nice and helpful. As for the manager, he is rude and obnoxious. How is this person a manager, I do not know. When I went to there website and saw that they only have a 2.4 star rating, it makes total sense.

I placed my order on line to be delivered. I called the store in Rancho Cucamonga and asked them if they could deliver my order within the hour. They were really busy with deliveries and the manager said he will do his best to get it delivered asap! It was delivered within the hour. I am super thankful and appreciative that the arrangement got to our business in time to say farewell.

I ordered a $50 fruit plate. And I was picking it up and it looked like the $20 fruit please. The strawberries were bad looked nothing like the picture usually if it doesnt it looks better or almost. But that wasnt even my biggest issue it was when I asked to speak to the manager he he blew me off told me he didnt have time for me very rude and unprofessional didnt care. Went to the back when I was still talking to him. I do a lot of online orders and never have to experience feature on my life with edible .. This was for our pharmacy week at the hospital. And when I showed him the strawberries he said you can eat those Ill say go ahead eat 1 then

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered today. It was supposed to go to an office. Never showed up. No updates on the website. Going to have to dispute the charge on my bank account. I’ll continue ordering from Shari’s Berries from now on.

I ordered online 2 days before pick-up date. My pick-up time was set for 4 p.m., walked in a little before this and my order wasnt even ready. The worker told me I had to wait another 30 minutes. I gave them a 3 because they were willing to give me an arrangement with the fruit they already had available. I didnt take it because I made up a cute card to go with the types of fruit that was in the arrangement I ordered. Then I get the arrangement and a piece of fruit is missing. Not sure I will order from here again.

I purchased an edible arrangement via online as a Congratulations gift for my friends who just moved into their new home. When my friends opened the fruit arrangement, there was a live worm on the fruit. I called to let this establishment know and spoke with a rep. named Melissa. Melissa told me that because my friends live in Fontana they had forwarded my order to the Fontana location (11201 Sierra Ave Suite 1C, Fontana CA). She stated that the Fontana location would have to give me a refund. So I then called the Fontana location, and they stated that they couldnt provide the refund and that they would call this location back to have them provide it. After not receiving any clear answer of who was responsible for my refund, I called this location once again. I spoke with a rep. named Natalie who then took my payment information and stated that she would process the refund. She stated that I would receive an email confirmation, but I never received one. I called back and had to leave a voicemail asking her to confirm that she had my correct e-mail address on file. I never received a follow up call. I called back a couple of times after that, but was sent to voicemail. I still have not received my refund or email confirmation stating the refund was processed. At this time, I dont expect to receive it.Update: I received my refund, therefore I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

They are awesome! I accidentally put the wrong apartment number and my order was delivered to someone else. I called them immediately when I realized this and asked what could be done. The guy responded, nothing tonight, we are closing in 5 minutes. If you call back in the morning and explain your situation, we may be able to re-deliver the order. So I did exactly that and they re-delivered, no questions asked. I was so happy because my order was not cheap! Now, this is how you run a successful business!

I ordered an expensive arrangement/package for Mother’s Day and it was never delivered. I tried calling with no answer for two days after. I finally was able to call another location that gave me a direct customer service line, and I wrote in to get my $120 refunded. I finally spoke to someone from the store who offered a store credit, I explained I don’t want the credit considering the situation and that my mom would be out of the town the next few weeks anyway. The person on the phone said that they would call me back. NEVER CALLED BACK. I tried calling everyday now for a week and nobody is answering. HUGE SCAM ALERT. I am finally disputing the transaction on my debit card but it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This is a warning to NEVER order from this location or Edible Arrangements, and quite honestly, I don’t think I will EVER order from Edible Arrangements again. SCAM.

I normally dont leave reviews but the way the Rancho Cucamonga location handle their business for mothers day was inexcusable. I purchased my order online a week before mothers day and when I went to pick it up at 2:30pm no one at the location answered the phone and the line was literally almost to the street I understand it was a holiday but they should of been better prepared as well as separating the lines from existing to new orders. I as well called corporate and that was a waste of time because they made a excuse and was no help. Sherri berries will receive my business from here on out.

I placed an expensive order with upgrades for a birthday gift and ordered it 5 days before the delivery date, so plenty of time. It was never delivered and I never received any communication about a delay or issue. When I called about it, they had no explanation and clearly had no intentions of refunding me if I hadn’t called them on it. I’m still waiting for the refund. I will never order Edible Arrangements again. Frustrating because someone was left without a gift on their birthday because of them.

Horrible experience here today. I’m not even sure if I should begin with the mediocre customer service, the blatant lies the staff were telling the customers about how long their wait would be and not having a number to the manager, or the fact that after waiting over an hour I was told they didn’t have all of my order and I can get a refund, but they can’t process it today without the manager present...but the staff “thought” Miriam the manger was in the back, then all of a sudden she wasn’t. So I still have to wait for a refund for an order that sent me a notification that it was ready, when in actuality it wasn’t and did not include even half the items I pre-paid for online. I’m really surprised at the low level of quality this Edible Arrangements has, it makes the company as a whole look very bad and not worth anyone’s time. Very disappointed. And to top everything off, my chocolate on the berries was melted when they brought it to me and the pineapples were brown. I’ll be posting a photo as soon as I park and open the package.

Horrible service! online, i purchased some chocolate covered fruit to be delivered the day before father’s day. however, i NEVER received my order. the person that was supposed to deliver my order texted me at mid-day saying there was problems finding my address however i live in a regular residential area and when i clicked on the address he sent me (the correct one i might add), it said i was already at my house (which i was). so, there was no problem finding my address, he was lying for whatever reason. immediately after sending that text message, he sent another one saying if i don’t respond in the next 5 MINUTES, i wouldn’t receive my order that day. i was busy doing something but NOT LONG after, i would say 20 minutes, i responded to the text message acknowledging them and i immediately called the store. they said my order was out for delivery (i would get it THAT DAY) and there were no problems. i was relieved however the entire day went by and my order never arrived. the next day, i had to drive all the way down to the store ON FATHER’S DAY i might add and request my order at once. the guy said he would make it for me right then and there however my time was wasted ALREADY due to the lack of customer service (the delivery inconvenience) and then they expected me to wait for my order to be ready. the guy gave me the $6 card i payed for, for free bc of the inconvenience so i stopped being so upset at their irresponsible behavior. but THEN, the guy told me that they had ran out of father’s day balloons (obvi bc it WAS FATHER’S DAY) so he gave me a couple cupcakes for free. for everything they did wrong (which was a LOT), they made up for it; we’ll that’s what i thought. before leaving, i double-checked that they gave me a white drizzle on my fruit (by asking the guy that had been helping me) bc it was an extra $5 and $5 is $5 (especially for their expensive prices and being a young girl just trying to buy her dad a gift on father’s day). the guy said he made sure he drizzled my fruit so i obviously believed him — i mean, HE made it (i didn’t check myself bc the box was wrapped tightly in yarn and i didn’t want to mess it up before my dad got to see it intact). however, when i got home and my dad opened his box of chocolate covered fruit, it had NO white drizzle! i was absolutely done at that point and still. the laziness and lack of care in the employees and service at the rancho edible arrangements is terrible! and when i told my friend about this fiasco, she said all of their establishments are like that! she had gone to a different one and the same bad service was over there too! i will DEFINITELY not be returning to this business again and i will recommend to EVERYONE i know that they don’t either; i will be demanding a full refund for the TROUBLE that is edible arrangements!

What a horrible horrible experience we had with Fontana Edible store, my husband is out ofState on business orders me almost not 1 but 2 arrangements for Valentines . It’s almost 7 at night still nothing, we’re both calling after numerous times they finally pick up, I spoke to a Melissa, all she. Sn say was I’m sorry were busy ! I also to speak to the manager, and can you believe the manager after waiting almost 20 minutes for her to her the manger on the phone Mariam Espinoza, well she couldn’t even come to the phone ! I demanded a refund let’s hopeWe get it ! Telling us it takes 2 weeks . Thanks Mariann Espinosa you sure did make my Valentine’s Day one to remember .

I ordered from this place to be delivered on a specific and special date. The arrangement was to be delivered on my brothers first birthday after his death last year. This was supposed to go to my sister in law and let them know how much I missed my brother and that this was a very special day. With their religion there are formalities for the departed and I wanted this to be part of the formalities. It never arrived. The driver never delivered and they waited as long as they could (7pm). So, they never got the gift, my brother never got his departing gift. I called and complained and even though the person on the line said she would talk to the driver and she would send it out today, its not the point. They screwed up big time. Today is not my brothers birthday, it was yesterday...today its too late. I am more than angry...if I could post no stars for this store I would but this would not post unless I did at least 1 star. Not deserving. I will be complaining to corporate also. :_(

I am terribly disappointed in the lack of customer service displayed by this particular edible arrangements. I placed an order for mothersday--and even paid extra to ensure its delivery. However, days later, my items still have not been delivered. When I contacted the store after receiving notice that my gift had not arrived to the recipient, I contacted their store and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting a call back---no response. Personally, I believe the least they can do is notify the purcheser that their gift will not be delivered by the expected date. Honestly, it was not even delivered the next day and at this point I am curious if it was ever going to be delivered at all. The fact that no one reached out about my order is disheartening as I purchase frequently from edible arrangements. When I called customer service about my concerns, they continued to make excuses and suggest that I speak to the store manager---however the store manager can never be reached. If i could give their efforst a 0 i would. I understand that te holidays are a busy time period; however, a simple phone call would have made me feel a thousand times better-ESPECIALLY because I paid extra to ensure its delivery.

Do not waste your money. We ordered on the 28th of feb. For delivery on 5 march. On 5 march the store kept telling us it will be on next delivery. Just to keep delaying by extended hold time or out right lying until they closed and didnt have to answer for their lies any longer. There is absolutely no sense of concern, and at this point just a bunch of thieves keeping customers money without delivering on product... And based on reviews this location should just close...... Update they decided to mark undeliverable to avoid poor metrics with corporate.... Definitely a lack ethics... This franchise should rethink its current staff.....

Ordered a Birthday Item on 12/28/2020 @ 10:00am. I made a note to be delivered between 8am to 1pm on 12/29/2020. I Checked the status of my order on 12/29/2020 and there was no status. Called the store more than 15 times until someone answered around 11am and asked for the status of my order. He informed me that they see the ticket but the item was not yet made. He did assure me that my item will be made and delivered before 1pm and they have delivery drivers waiting. Called in around 1:30pm and I got the same run-a-round and my order was not delivered. The male person I spoke to said that they can deliver it the next day? Stupid and uneducated response. The Birthday is on the 29th not the 30th! Maybe the employees here need to understand why customers like me do business here because it is for a special occasion and for a special person. I have been a long time customer of Edible Arrangements and I guess it is time to put an end to it.

This is the worst location for Edible Arrangements. I have used multiple locations before but this one takes the price for the WORST one.1. They NEVER deliver on time. One time I placed an order days in advance to be delivered and I got a call the morning of delivery letting me know they were running a little behind but would be delivered later in the day. Then they called me at 7pm to say they were closed already and could not make my delivery; that they were going to deliver next day. I was ok with it as it was just a “just because” gift. My order was delivered and it looked awful!! The fruit was old and the dipping job was done terribly.2. Another time I placed an order for an arrangement to be picked up at a specific time. The arrangement was not done on time. I had to wait at the location and the arrangement looked terrible. I told them I was missing a balloon and some sprinkles, they told me they were out of both. Yet, no refund was offered.3. The last time I placed an order (deciding to give them one last chance) for pickup, I got to the location and they had no recollection of my order. I showed them my confirmation email and they started making my order right then and there. This caused for them to rush their work and give me a terrible looking arrangement missing sprinkles and a balloon (as they were ONCE AGAIN out of them).Lesson learned! Do not order from here ever again!!!

So I ordered a Birthday arrangement. I had asked around what time it would be delivered? I told I was told they were working on it and it would be in the afternoon that was at 11 I called again at three because the person still hadn’t received anything they told me it would be delivered around seven. I called to cancel the order because that was too late to receive that. They had no problem Canceling the order. But now from reading the reviews I See it happens all the time they didn’t give an apology nothing they just said OK your money will be back on your card tomorrow thank you.

Can’t believe I didn’t get the arrangement delivered for Valentine’s Day, it was supposed to be for my mom who just lost her father and I wanted to cheer her up !I even called in to place the order a day prior. They shouldn’t agree to taking on the order if they can’t handle the work load, was given an 7 hour window !!!!!! Can’t believe that !So upsetting, I even emailed and was never given a confirmation / order number to track the status of the delivery . Beyond disappointed and appalled, I’m calling in for a refund.

My first experience at Edible arrangements wasn’t at all what I expected. I made my purchase based off the pictures online while on the phone with someone from the store. Was it naive to expect nothing less? Maybe. But the guy didn’t tell me otherwise, he didn’t upsale me. I ordered a bouquet and 1 Dow zen chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries were a joke. They weren’t fully dipped.. literally just the tip of it was. And the bouquet had nothing dipped in chocolate; you can imagine my surprise and disappointment. Almost $100 purchase and no chocolate on the fruit! When I called to complain the girl at the front was very passive aggressive and no help whatsoever. I advise you to go to a different edible arrangements and be specific as possible!

My Mother’s Day order was not only not delivered on Sunday but I called corporate after calling store multiple times to no avail and was advised my order would get delivered Monday or Tuesday. I wish I could give zero stars! I live out of state and ordered a gift for my grandmother to be delivered on a tuesday... that shouldnt be hard right?? My grandma stayed home all day awaiting her gift that she had no idea what is was. I tried calling the store to find out when it would be delivered as my grandma goes to be early and no one would answer the phone I called several times no answer and each time I got a different recording and one of the records had a full mailbox so you couldnt leave a voice-mail. An arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday for my fathers birthday, tracking stated they attempted to make a delivery and were unsuccessful. My dad was home and no one made an attempted delivery to them. I have called multiple times and left messages with no response, yet I was charged for the arrangement. I have called the Corp. office and of course received no live person and they transferred me to another store in SD which they weren’t able to assist which is understandable. I NEED a refund ASAP.

I ordered strawberries for my mother in law, paid for the Sunday shipping. It is now Wednesday and it still hasn’t been delivered. Cant get a hold of anybody there, no one has returned my calls. I usually love to order from edible arrangements and have never had a problem, I thought maybe with everything going on that things were difficult and taking longer but 4 days later? What’s the point of even ordering!? I won’t be ordering from this location again, I want my money back.UPDATE 5/14/2020Called the location numerous times and left voicemails didn’t receive a call until 4 days later to process my refund after I already disputed the charge with my bank. Delivery was made 5 days after original delivery date and the product looked awful. Chocolate was melted, the strawberries were shriveling, and there was this weird mystery juice around the berries. Absolutely atrocious and embarrassing. Been trying to call the “customer service” line and they keep hanging up. I’ve called 14 times in the last 24 hours and haven’t gotten through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER. Save your money. I’ve saved every attempt at contact and pictures of the horrible product delivered in case they try to fight me on this.

This place deserves zero stars ! In my honest opinion this place is unprofessional. I paid for same day delivery on my 40 dollar arrangement of 12 strawberries and not only did I get it delivered almost 2 days after my initial purchase day but I was called by a private number and left a voicemail about my order and the lady who called did not even know the store number so I had no way of reaching out about my order!! Then when it got delivered to me they claim to bring it in their special refrigerated van . NO ! A man with an SUV pulled up and left the order. They told me on my next order that I’ll receive a 30 percent off on my next purchase but I’ll have to call the store to get my 30 percent off . I called today to place an order and they did not pick up the phone and when they do they hang up right away . This is bad customer service and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone .

I ordered the swizzle berries for my girlfriend for this valentines day while I was out of state. They delivered the completely incorrect product and did not take any calls during valentines day, So I was unable to reach them and tell them the incorrect product was delivered. The next day I called and told them the incorrect product was delivered and they want me to tell my girlfriend to drive to the store and give back what was delivered so they can give the correct product (even though I paid for this gift to be delivered to her). Dont use this store, overpriced products and they expect you to drive to their store if you paid for delivery.

June 4th I had place an order for June 27th to deliver to my workplace. I called all morning til closing time to see where my order was. The lady answered the phone twice once around noon and one last time right at closing time. She said she or the deliever person will contact me about my order. She never did. I called back trying to talk to some one but they had closed at 5pm on that Saturday. Voicemail box was full I couldnt leave a message. I worked 6am to 6pm. At this point Im assuming Im not getting my order since it was an hour after closing. When I got home, it was after 7pm the delivery person told me shes outside my work place for delivery. I told her I dont want it. Take it back I want a refund. I am not driving back to work to pick up an order 2 hours after closing time and no communication. Ruin the birthday treat I had order weeks in advance. And my mood

Just got in order a dozen strawberries, the line was literally out the door and along the road. I understand that it is Valentines day and there is a high demand but I ordered my product two weeks ahead of time, and I was still waiting in line with people who were ordering the day of. And then when my order was finally fulfilled they gave me strawberries that they were literally just making and not prepped the day prior so they can chill.My gift ended up being ruined by the strawberries still being wet and all the chocolate melted off.Very unpleased with how the store took it online orders by putting the people who are ordering the day of first by giving them the better product.

This is the worst place to go Rancho’s Cucamonga. I ordered a gift to a business and low and behold no delivery. Gave them a five hour window for the delivery. Ordered it 5 days in advance and never had the decency to call me or them that there was a problem. But you sure didn’t have a problem charging my card 125.00 did you. I placed an online order on 2/13/19 to be delivered today 2/14/19. It is 9:17 pm and my order has yet to be delivered. I have been calling the store all day and no answer. The line is busy and when I managed to get through it was an answering service and then it would hang up. I never got an email or phone call stating they were unable to deliver my package or that they would be delivering my package very late. I will be trying to call them again tomorrow morning and see if they answer this time. So ridiculous. It’s safe to say I will NEVER order from edible arrangements again. Placed an order for delivery and the recipient did not receive it as scheduled. In fact, the recipient never got the delivery at all. When I called to inquire about the order I was offered an apology and a refund, which is great; however, bottom line, not a good way of conducting business. Provide the service your clients are paying for or close your doors. Bottom line.

Iam sooooo disappointed! I ordered a chocolate dipped fruit tray for super bowl and it was awful! For the price they charge I just knew the fruit would be flawless and delicious, NOT AT ALL! First, the pineapples were Either handled roughly or they were gOing bad. They were withering pineapple flowers. THEN! The chocolate! I dont know what the heck they use but the chocolate that was dipped on the fruit was awful! Soooo disgusting. My guests were literally spitting them out and throwing them away. And chocolate was on basically all of the fruit. I bought the super bowl tray specifically. So I tried one and was so mad that I paid $50 dollars for a tray that I had to trash because the fruit wasn’t sweet and the chocolate was disgusting. My son is a chocolate LOVER LOVER and he spit them out! Such a waist! I would have mad out better burning my money to keep warm.

This is a note for the people that pick up on holidays. Expect a line and a delay. Even if you ordered and are picking up an hour later. This is what I ended up experiencing at this location for Valentines Day. I figured they had enough time to make it and I should just arrived and pick up. That wasnt the case. There was a line outside and I ended up waiting 30 minutes just to pick up my order. Which even then wasnt ready and made me wait at the front counter while it was prepped and finalized to make sure it was correct.

Delivery never came on Valentines Day. They told my husband it would be delivered by 5pm (business delivery). I waited til 630 and they didnt show up! They never called back/emailed/text even with multiple messages left. Seriously just give my husband his $$ back. Ok, this was not fun. First off the girl in the front I felt so bad for her, she worked her best and everyone was mad at her. The manager would not come out. I ordered for delivery never made it so went to pick it up. An hour and a half later I finally left. If the manager or owner reads this, please please staff properly for holidays so people who are spending a lot of money for cheap chocolate and cheap fruit dont get mad and upset. You have a satisfied guarantee and that did not come through today.

I did not like them it all I told them the time my wife was going to be at work because I wanted them to deliver to her work. So i called her to see if she got them and she said she received nothing from them and they said that they left at five and I told them she was going be off by five. This was on Valentines Day. And I was away on a Business trip so I couldnt really do anything about it. and their excuse was that they were very bus. Never shopping her agin.
