Sam and his team exceeded my expectation with their knowledge and honestly.I had a computer with issues and Sam suggested I contact GeekMatrix to see if it could be repaired and I did and GeekMatrix was awesome. I have used GeekSquad many times in the past and BY FAR GeekMatrix exceeded my expectations! GeekMatrix fixed my computer and all the other ones in my home and they all talk to eachother now....COOL!
