I ran into a rep for The Freaky Cookie at an event and I was intrigued by the name of this company. So, I bought a dozen cookies to see what they were like. I LOVED them as did my wife. I also gave some away and most everyone like the cookies. I will definitely be using them this Christmas as gifts or maybe sooner just for me. :-)

Hands down the BEST cookies. There are always new, exciting flavors. They are always warm when I pick them up and the customer service is out of this world. I will forever be a customer❤️

The chocolate chip cookie cake was perfection. I was a bit hesitant about the frosting being used, since it can so easily taste funny or be too grainy and crunchy. But the frosting they used was amazing! Lovely flavor and great presentation. I will be going back for most special occasions and telling my friends and family about them. They were friendly and professional when I went to pick up my cookie cake as well.

After placing order and paying 15$ delivery fee for a delivery less than a mile from their location, order was CANCELED for no reason? Shady because they took the payment, then canceled order? Bad service. [(Edited after Company replied) This is very prompt response time for a review on your company, which is fine but a reason or notification to why the order was canceled has not been offered or given to why the order was canceled. Nothing. Still very vague replies and does not seem as if customer service is any priority.]

I was looking for a local cookie shop and stumbled upon this one, this shop also happens to deliver! All the flavors I chose were amazing! You won’t be disappointed. Amazing customer service as well! I’ll be ordering here whenever I need some cookies 🍪

The Freaky Cookie is an amazing family owned business, you have to check out if you are in the area! Super creative, one-of-a-kind flavors no other cookie company has invented yet. Wish there was a location in New York so i could go here often!!

Red Velvet white chocolate changed my life!!!

This was my first experience ordering from the freaky cookie. Ive had an office on Haven for years and recently started seeing the banners on the corner or Haven and Acacia. Finally I decided to try it out for a client event. NO REGRETS here! The cookies were so delicious and fun to look at. They were a hit. I look forward to our future orders.

We got the pumpkin cookie cake for Thanksgiving dessert. This place is well run and organized, just order online put in your pick up time and your treats will be fresh out of the oven. Shelia is one of the owners and she is delightful. We will be back for some Christmas goodies.

Absolutely amazing! I stopped in after seeing a sign for them and had the warmest greetings. Theyre a fairly new business and Ive got no doubt theyre going to make it huge. It was such a pleasant experience, from chatting with the owners to biting into my chocolate chip cookie (fresh out of the oven too❤️) I cant wait to see them grow and look forward to sharing their cookies with all my friends.

I havent come here but in the fourth of July I saw people selling cookies but there was no customers so I bought there cookies and there were amazing I wish u can come to the place but I cant but I wish I can get more of the cookies there so good so good that I have much more words than good.
