I took my son there being he is 3 he had a good time. I love the staff so profesional and courteous being that I am a Halloween fanatic the culture is modern and has excellent movie classic favorite props and decor. This has got to be the best Halloween store in the inland empire and I go to a lot of different ones. I feel like a lot of Halloween stores have the generic looking masks but this store is not you’re ordinary Halloween store they carry quality. This is my second trip and definitely not my last. Me and my son had a blast.

The manager was real disrespectful and harassed my children and I by yelling at us, I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she could of been professional and handle it WAY better. Will never recommend this place & over priced items you can find at spirit Halloween for better price.

Good variety of decorations and costumes. Great if you are looking for something more creepy/scary. Prices were reasonable & staff was friendly and helpful.

My family and I have gone to this stores location multiple times the past couple years and have never had any issues. Tonight I went to purchase a costume. When checking out the male employee (with spiked up hair) asked if I had sized my costume to which I said no. I had gotten a size xs since that size fits a 0-2. I am a size 2 so the xs would fit me . He asked if it would fit me and told me to hold it up to myself and said well it’s stretchy material. I have never felt so disrespected for a male to assume my weight since I didn’t ask for help with sizing me. Very sad because this place had very cute stuff but I will not be coming back.

My favorite Halloween store! Be aware that they did move from where they were previously located, and it is a bit of a walk from the original location, so park accordingly! Now on Kew Ave. Still at Victoria Gardens.
