I guess they took adivse on the negatives and have changed customer support team that are way much better than years ago. Products are still amzaing and excellent. Their online order processing is smooth and fast. Id definately recommend to everyone.

Amazing company!!! I cant believe the reviews. I have two of their piezo and if I ever had an issue their customer service was on point. They always seem to take care of their loyal customers.

I opened my practice oct 2018 and purchased over $3000 worth of surgical instruments from Dowell. I used 301 elevator for the first time and it snapped!! and few month later 150 forcep broke during normal extraction!!! what the hell!! They did not even provide me a return label for the broken elevator first of all. I asked to speak to manager and sales person stated that they will contact you shortly but it had been over two weeks and no follow up. I had to call back again but still no follow up!!! terrible customer service.

Good products at a reasonable price. They back their product quality. Check out any surgical instrument you are interested in getting and their price will be lower than the brand names for a quality product.

Horrible company. Would never buy anything from them and would never recommend anyone to do so. Customer service is just outstandingly bad. They lie about their return policy. Total bait and switch. I purchased products during convention in Chicago and their invoice states that you can return unused products within 30 days for 100%money back. As soon as I saw a charge on my Amex I decided that I don’t want them. The sales person added up the final number incorrectly and instead of quoting me $459 he told me that the total is $350. I agreed to that price. So when I saw a charge on my AMEX for $459 I decided that it is way too much and I don’t want them. I called the company and asked them not to ship the products but they already did. So, when I got the products I immediately sent them back. It was within their 30 days pilicy but they kept telling me that I will be charged 20% restocking fee. Their own invoice states that there is no restocking fee if you return the products within 30 days. And that’s exactly what they did. They refunded $352. So far I am in a battle with them to get my money back in full. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this horrible company. There are a lot of good companies out there with ethics! This is not one of them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in 13 years of working in the dental field! Go elsewhere! They are beyond clueless!
