We had to have one balky door replaced and two others adjusted in an aging house. Mike was thorough about explaining our options when he gave the estimate, and the team who did the work (Larry and Nathan) were capable, thorough, and very nice.

They installed garage doors. Everything was great very professional. But now we requested garage door repair/ broken window. He came out once to get measurements and an example. That has been months ago. I’ve tried calling. He is hard to get and when we finally connect we recalls our meeting and work request but is too busy. Never calls back.

They made an appointment to come out and give me a quote, but he never showed up. Its especially irritating since I left work early to meet with him. Not reliable at all.
