Made an appt to have my Air Pod Pro looked at for the sound cutting out and crackling. Researched on line about this situation and Apple has a program after they verify the performance of them. I replaced one before under warranty. Now they were out of warranty. After they tested them they replaced both. Which would have cost me $178.00. Fortunately for myself it was replaced for free... Thank you Apple much appreciated.
Place was crazy busy, I do appreciate everyone wearing a mask. The rep was super nice and helped me with my exchange in and out in 10 mins. Loved it

I had problems with my charging port and they cleaned it and didn’t charge me a cent great service I recommend having an appointment it will save you time
Very crowded and employees are too laid back for my taste. It is nice that you can checkout with any employee and not have to stand in line. Went there for a lightning adapter and the employee could not find it or didnt know what it was. I saw it on the shelf right on front of him and he was clueless.
Even scheduling an appointment 2-3 days in advanced and arriving on time, they still make you wait 20-30 minutes. I left after 30. Better to go to Best Buy, where you wait no more than a minute.
Worst apple store I’ve been to, had an appointment at 7:40 and they made me wait two hours but I had to leave because two hours is way too long especially with an appointment. All I wanted was my iPad replace for work ASAP but these workers were not on their best behavior

The employee that sold me an Apple Watch last year did not explain to me well how AppleCare + for watches work so I basically spent an extra $35 for nothing. Apple really just be hiring anyone now, no knowledge skills and just scammers.

I came here and waited two hours, only for no one to come and help me. I waited in the front of the store and the back of the store, and after getting tired of standing I sat down at a table with my phone out waiting for help. No one ever came over to me or asked me if I had been helped, nothing at all. You would think that in a store thats designed for people to come in and be helped that someone wouldve helped me, but sadly no :(

The Apple store is huge. Make an appointment or you could be in for quite the wait being that its located inside this popular shall I say upscale outdoor mall... when I say upscale I guess Im really only referring to the many high end shops and luxury sportscars parked all over the place.. lol.

The store carries defective items from the manufacturer! Staff are rude, not professional, not well trained, and not well informative or knowledgeable of what they are selling! They argue with you giving false information about the product! We had a very bad experience! I could write a whole article about the frustration and dissatisfaction with Apple! Also, they manipulate giving you appointments! They tell you were done for the day with appointments, and you still see walk -in people get in!
Always lots of people, probably because its the only store of its kind in the area. Covid restrictions make things more complicated creating a line into the store. Suggest ordering online for in-store pickup or make a reservation before going. If not, youll be spending most of your time waiting to get into the store.
Not very helpful and “Genius Bar” gave me wrong information regarding the capabilities of my MacBook. Coming here will always be last resort

Horrible experience at this store!! my wifeOrdered a charger and I went to pick it up because she has a broken ankle and can’t go to the store. I waited an hour in the parking lot to get everything cleared up with customer care. I understand security but this was ridiculous for a $20 charger? especially when I have id and other documentation proving what I’m saying is true.
All they do is sweat talking—very sneaky people. Always want to get away from work - one person dumps his/her work on others.

Just needed to exchange a faulty ipod charging unit. Apple web site informed us to return to any apple store. Arrive at the store and GREG informed we would need to make an appointment and it would take a week. A week to wait for a faulty unit that can be replaced in less than three minutes. There were five staff making appointments not solving anyones problems. What a waste of manpower. Tweeted Tim Cook as well. Hopefully APPLE can get its act together otherwise Steve Jobs will be rolling in his grave.

Super fast in and out service. I was there for less than 5 minutes probably, walked in told them what I needed, paid, got my item and left. Couldnt believe it was actually that fast since usually there is a wait at Apple stores, probably only a wait when you have questions or need help, but the sales guys were great and werent pushy about getting anything I didnt need. I will definitely be using this Apple location more
I went in for my iPhone 12 pro for a repair and came out with no sim card they lost it 😡
I have to give 1 star to the customer service on this store, my wife and I visited the store on March 11 20 we bought two items wish we wanted to finance them,the customer service was one of the young girls there,she never explain us that the money that we were putting down that was to pay one of the items until the next day another charge appeared on my bank account, I called back to the store and I spoke to the supervisor there and it seemed like the supervisor was covering for her.please be aware anyone who goes there and have them explain everything to you since they are not given a paper receipt.Some customer service need to get retrain and tell the truth about all the charges not just trying to make a sale.

I called Apple Customer Service three times yesterday to confirm information, try and get help and tried making a reservation for the Apple store in Victoria Gardens as I have always heard that the Apple stores are ALWAYS CRAZY!! So after getting NO WHERE with Apples customer service 800#! I head down to the Apple Store in Victoria Gardens after work! Of course the wait was an hour was greeted right away, checked in and was advised that it would be about an hour wait🤦🏾♀️ So I went and got something to eat and sure enough about an hr later received a text. Went back to the store and waited to be greeted by DEENA!! Oh my gosh this young woman right here!! SAVED MY LIFE! VERY PROFESSIONAL, SYMPATHETIC, RESPECTFUL, COMPASSIONATE, AND THEE BEST GENIUS!!! Customer care NEVER ONCE told me I had Apple Care Plus! I wouldve been somewhat at ease with my iPhone 7 that is only 5 months old! Anyways, Deena took care of me fixed my phone and I was on my way home!! Definitely THEE BEST GENIUS/REP THERE IS REPRESENTING APPLE!!!❤️ THANK YOU DEENA!!

This is probably the friendliest location I’ve been to. The employees here are very nice and really do try to fix the issues you’re having. Compared to other electronic stores where you feel a great deal of pressure from employees forcing products in you, the staff here does not do that.
I had a scheduled appointment for a restore on my 6S, yet the store did not notify me thay location was closed, thus wasting my time and energy.
Parking for handy cap accessible public restrooms clean security guards visible felt safe to shop a variety of clothing and food to choose from will return and recommend.

I drop my phone for repair on August 8 2019, I call August 17, they told me your phone get fixed few days will be in the store,I call again on August 20 2019, they told me your phone just reached the repair center and its not fixed yet, because error on serial numbers,you need to wait 2-3 days to get repair and 1 day to ship it back to the store.I cant loading any apps or putting my personal information on loan phone, because I dont want my information to be taken from others genius users after me.its been 12 days without my phone, Im hoping not stuck with my loan phone forever.
Wonderful service very spacious. Make sure you make an appointment before you come in. The specialist Edwin in my case are very friendly they look like they love their job. My visit was fast because they took care of my problem rite away. The wonderful part about coming to this location is that you get to walk around Victoria Gardens after wards nice place to wind and dine..

I have been there 3 times to trying to get another phone for my daughter through Apple care, either it’s too late, wait was to long or they make it seem like just don’t want to help me. One time I didn’t have her Apple ID, but I had the receipt. But they said they couldn’t help me. Also, when you walk in you have chase an employee down just to get service. I walk in and waited for some to greet me and ask if I needed some help, no never did, so I chased down 2 Apple employees to only get an appt the last time I was there

The store gets very crowded so if you are planning to go is best if you make an appointment you will save yourself a headache with the wait. The service is excellent they give you their full support once is your turn. Unfortunately they couldnt help me with my problem there.
