We had to run to Best Buy for a power cable for my sons laptop that we didn’t realize wasn’t working until the evening and he had virtual learning at 8am the next morning. We arrived at 8:40pm not knowing they closed at 8. The closing manager Adam graciously checked to see if he had one in stock while we waited outside. Thank goodness he found one and since they were closed he could only take a card payment. Thank you Adam for taking a few moments to assist a grateful parent who’s child won’t be late for school tomorrow. I am a 20 year Retail Manager/Director and absolutely love when my leadership team goes above and beyond to create life long customers. A little slow on service but that is because the staff is very helpful to answer all questions. Purchased a desk top and laptop. I hope he got commission
