I called to get an estimated time it would take to have a mirror cut to size, I was told it would be a 3-4 day turn-around, so I drooped off the mirror. I called ONE week after dropping the mirror off and was told it had not been cut yet. It’s now been almost TWO weeks and I have not heard from them. As a owner of multiple businesses myself, I understand staff shortages and such. Communication is key when customers are waiting. I Won’t use Mountain View Glass and Mirror again.

I had one side of my sliding glass door replaced. It was a grid pattern that had to be matched. They did a perfect job. I highly recommend them.

Great place! Went there several times. Have made mirrors and glass tops for tables and dressers for me. Also made a 3/4 inch thick replacement for my Wyland coffee table.

Great service. They are very busy but still turned around a custom mirror in a couple days. Friendly helpful staff.

They were very accommodating in getting me replacement glass for one of my windows. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because their prices seemed to me high.
