Just put a down payment on an island. Jay was great to work with. We spoke to 5 different companies and visited 3 showrooms. This one was the best to help figure out what features you want. They dont use design software but they do a nice sketch to visualize what you will get. Price was on the lower side vs other places. But great features which come standard where other places were charging more. Example is custom toekick to hide any gaps of the floor isnt perfectly level. Will update the post, delivery is in 7 to 8 weeks according to the contract.

I highly recommend using BBQ Island Warehouse. I had looked for a long time for a good island supplier and never was happy w/the service and communication considering the amount of money I was to spend. Mike, the owner, works hard and, I though I bugged him quite a bit with making sure he texted me or emailed me with status reports and delivery schedules, he came through and all was on time and as good as I expected. In addition to Mike, his other office staff are friendly and personable and his builders for the island and palapas are extremely diligent and professional. At Mikes place, you can get the Palapa and all accessories there; many I had previously checked with could not do it all. Other places I checked with would level out your island but they would not cover up the footings on the bottom; BBQ Island Warehouse actually included laying tile around the bottom edges to hide the footers that were put to level the island. As always, my recommendation is to get all in writing and to also have them do a site inspection to make sure your access, gas, electricity and positioning looks good. Mikes crew did all this before we had to pay anything.

Went in there after months of seeing this place on my way to work. Honestly, the gentleman that provided customer service didnt seem too interested in selling anything. Very bland and mostly provided quick and dead-end answers. Perhaps he thought that maybe I couldnt afford one? Not quite sure.
