This is the BEST grocery store on so many levels! The people that work here are the perfect example of how to treat customers! I look forward to shopping here with my 5 year old son because the awesome check out girl is always so sweet to him. Hes a good kid (probably because he knows she might give him a fun sticker 🥳).The produce is always fresh and well stocked.All of the items I buy on a regular basis are always available.The bakery is on point.And, the digital deals save me tons of money!This particular Ralphs Ive been coming to for 18 years...And will continue to come here👍

I just want to give Daniel the kind gentleman in self check out lanes. My experience is never the same when he isn’t there. My 5 stars are for him not the store. he always makes me and my family feel welcomed when we visit this location. No words expresses how much of a difference his kindness and professionalism makes a every time we visit.please give him the recognition he deserves.

This Ralphs is the worst! The people in the meat department are the rudest employees I have ever seen. They act like you are bothering them when you ask for help. Especially the young lady. She will stand behind the meat counter looking at her phone ignoring you the whole time. And the people in the deli are not much better with their customer service skills. I try to avoid this Ralphs, the employees make you feel like youre an inconvenience to them. The only pleasant employee is one of the cashiers, I cant remember her name but she is always willing to help the customers. Management needs to either retrain their employees or clean house and get individuals who know how to treat customers and want to work. They need to take lessons from the Ralphs on Haven and Baseline.

I prefer to go to this branch than the Ralphs in Haven Ave. Staff are friendlier. They have more staff with bigger selections.

Came late at night no cashiers and rude service when self checkout. Paying more and employee was helping us and sensed urgency by the lady in charge for him to do closing procedures instead of helping customers. No isle was open to checkout. While its not our first time. Will not be coming here again. A lot of employees standing around worrying about closing quicker then helping customers. Sad.

On my last 2 visits to Ralphs I have noticed more customers are not wearing masks inside the store. No one at the store is enforcing this.Time for me to pick another store to support.I support your employees and wish management would also. Take a stand for your dedicated employees and enforce the current mask rule at this time.We are all in this together. Come on its a small sacrifice people.

I have had ALL of my food delivered from here for the past year and am very pleased. Very good selection even in the greatest depression. Very good lunchmeat and very good bakery goods. Everything from here is top notch from the meat to the produce. No hit or miss..all hit.

This store used to be great but they continue to drop the ball on pickup orders. Ive had to return to the store several times for missing items and the store manager wont even return my call. They also have attempted to cancel my orders or delay them past the promised time.

This store is very different than the Ralphs in my neighborhood. I was in the area and stopped here instead of going to my usual store.I used to shop at this store before the area built up. Its changed some but Im a Ralphs customer, so Ill stick with them. They stand behind their products and I love 💕 their produce section!!

I shopped at this store today. Not good. The staff except for the cashier and bagger on exit had very nasty attitudes. These people act like they are being tortured by their job. The people in the meat department were borderline rude even by passing. Someone should make these people aware that bad energy at work is very destructive to the Ralphs brand. The two stars are for the people that were nice. Shayrnn I think her name is and the cashier she was helping.

I would rather drive to Milliken and Haven which is a little further for me than to come here. For some reason the cashier at this location was rude. Didn’t catch her name but anyways the customer in front of me was paying with an EBT card and she was rude to her. Her actions in the way she was grabbing and scanning the merchandise said a lot. Body language people, it speaks for itself. Then it was my turn. No greeting, no eye contact, no positive vibes. I’m not asking to have a full blown conversation, heck I know there are more customers but a nice hello would’ve made the biggest difference. We all have bad days here and there, I get it, but don’t bring that energy with you. Especially if you’re working with the public. Hope cashiers day went well by the end of her day but I’ll be driving elsewhere for groceries.

Needed birthday candles, hoped they had some, had maybe a dozen choices of colors, amounts of candles per package,ect. I like choices, so I was happy with what I got.

The staff, in the bakery particularly, and store manager went above and beyond for us today. We had a last minute party need and they were all exceptionally helpful and kind. The bakery staff even frosted an angel food cake for u s, decorating it on the fly, and helping us make more beautiful memories for our family. When they agreed to frost the cake we were grateful; and then overcome when we realized they went the extra mile to decorate the cake and make it so special. Thank you for the amazing service. Highly recommend this store for your party and every day needs!

The Ralphs at Milliken has the best pharmacy ever. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist are well-educated and are very kind and helpful. They also often suggest cheaper alternative medicines and substitutions as well as helping me with my insurance. I recommend this Pharmacy to everyone.

Good clean and friendly staff

I dont often write reviews but Ive only had positive experiences at this store. I literally drive 15 minutes to get here because the closest store to me is awful. This Ralphs is well-stocked, has fresh produce, a nice organized layout and extremely welcoming staff. Whoever does the training here is doing a great job. On my most recent visit every single staff member I walked by asked me if I was having a good weekend and offered assistance if needed.

I have been a Ralphs customer since I moved to this area in 2002.The prices are good . They have great deals at their meat dept. also make sure you check the bargain isle by the back I have found some great things there. The staff is awesome.

I love the Kroger brand stores. This specific location is in a good spot with other good stores and fast food in the same shopping center. The store has a more friendly neighborhood vibe than some of the other grocery stores in the area.

This Ralphs location has good sushi, same as the one on Sierra Lakes. They usually have the Rustic Country White bread that I like. Good selection of Boars Head deli meats, cheeses, etc...

I am from Texas so Im used to everyone in stores being super friendly, but this Ralphs may of even topped that! Theres employees everywhere helping you find items. One older gentleman is a cashier and is one of the kindest people I have ever met! People always have on smiles. Plus, with a ralphs card you can save major bucks. Overall, great grocery store.

This is the only grocery store and location I shop at. Excellent customer service, great selections. Would have given 5 stars except the prices keep changing every week. I tend to buy the same foods so the difference is very noticeable.

This store is the perfect choice for groceries. Vegetable and fruits are fresh. Shelves are always stock with merchandise and staff are very friendly and helpful. The store in general is clean and very well organized.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. This isnt my usual Ralphs because its not in my neighborhood, but when Im in the area, I stop here. Variety of items in stock; shelves are neat, tidy. Store has a Starbucks inside--BONUS POINTS!

Ralphs is a great grocery store. They carry certain items that most grocery stores dont. They have a new check out as you shop feature that is supposed to save time at the register. I didnt use it but might try it next time.

I usually stop there around 5pm, and they always have many checkout lanes open, and lines moving. I also like their self check out lanes when I have a few quick things to buy.

I live off of Haven but always go to this Ralphs specifically for its excellent staff, bigger selection and later hours. Always clean and the staff is quick to offer assistance.

This store is great. The employees have all been super friendly and helpful. This has become my go to grocery store.

Ive been living in Rancho cucamonga for 12years . The only reason I have to go to this Ralphs is because of the great pharmacy staff. Excellent old school.But the rest of its employees cannot be more racist and judgmental. Especially the older employees. You can see actually how racist they are. Ive seen them being so hey how are you, blah blah to Caucasian people. Then act extremely cold to none whites, and forget if English isnt their 1st language.

Ran into to issues with a recent online order but their staff was excellent in researching and assisting

This Milligan Ralphs just recently remodeled and it is really beautiful from front to back, and the floors look so nice. Was pretty easy to find items but will take just a little more time the first time you go in, but great, friendly and helpful customer service, and good speed at the ckout also. Why do they continue to put the most unfriendly worker at the front door for the new self check out. She literally has no personality and is extremely rude. Maria gil super rude I get it you want to close up its close to 1am but when someone goes in there and you smirk and give a condescending attitude over a soda price in front a of other clients its unwarranted... 1st the service at the haven store now this 1 and we spend 1000s not just me me entire family we all live in the community and to be looked down to... Im pretty sure shes management I just know if she was at a lower position she wouldnt treat others the way she treated me.. I guess thats why stater bros opened up shop within proximity to gain customers who otherwise wouldnt have many options when these things happen.. Rancho cucamongas demographic is up there in household income and where they take their business to is key for stores to stay open especially when there are options...even if we were in the more urban areas people are people and should be treated with respect..

Customer service is good and the market is really kept clean. The store is usually decorated depending on the season. Prices are a little higher, but then again there are 3 Ralphs within a 3 mile radius.

So something interesting bad happened today. They have only one check out opened and the rest are self checkout with only one attendant per 4 self check out. Apparently they are trying to down size customer service. Not only that the one attendant gets to pick and choose whom she decides to attend to but other workers get to stand around and talk probably it’s not their turn to attend to the self checkout. Unfortunately I purchased about $125 today, checked my items out with no help from attendant only to be treated rudely when the self check out froze trying to call for attendant before I can proceed to finish my purchase. Used to go here all the time because customer service used to be great and I also I like the food and prices are reasonable. I guess now they may have changed management and decided to do away with customer service. You know the Stater Bros still has great customer service and Sprouts doesn’t have self check out yet.
