Much, much better than the store in Ontario mills mall. Customer service is great, and they actually had things in stock.

Employee recommended a detox and said if it didnt work I could come back in for a refund. Called to confirm I could come return it since it didnt work before driving all the way over. Got to the store and the employee working told me they couldnt accept it since it was opened.Was lied to before buying it and after! Stay away!

Dont waste your time. Employee lied to me. I asked the manager for the corporate number and he gave me the customer service number who said I need to call corporate.Wasted so much of my time. I recommend going to vitamin shoppe. Theyre cheaper anyways and more honest.

Employee named Brenden is RUDE, refuses to answer questions because he is too busy texting on his phone behind the register. And when he DOES answer your questions, he straight up lies about store policy, stating you can get refunds on certain stuff but not on others. He tries to sell you the most expensive stuff, things you dont even ask for or come in for. I would not be surprised if he worked on commission.Its no wonder hes just some retail employee at his age. With his attitude and customer service skills, he will be working retail his whole life.

I walked in and told Arthur what I wanted and he immediately showed me a product that he personally recommended. He explained how it worked in terms I could understand, being new to supplements. He offered me free samples of pre-workout supplements, which got me asking more questions, all met with answers fit for the layman, and ultimately buying another great product. I was in and out in 5 minutes even with taking some time to tell the owner how impressed I was. Great store.

Came in to grab a single LIT drink to chug before heading to gym. Guy right off the bat says “ you came all this way here just to get that?” Said I was omw to the gym and just needed something quick. He responded “you should try the powder this will add up on you.” Left store confused.Lol ok dude. Never been to this location before nor have I met this dude, but seems like he hates his job, or he needs to lay off the juice a bit...lol.

Went to this location for the first time on sunday, only because Onstar had sent me a coupon for close businesses and had a $10 off and I needed to restock my suppliments usually purchased on amazon, with the 10 off it was a couple bucks cheaper, long story short the idiot kid working there would say nothing other than its a fake coupon, refused to put in coupon code and charged me full price, the validity of the coupon has now been established as well and call in to gnc corporate all they do is offer me a coupon!? Haha. Never buy from here again amazon is far better priced and better service..

I bought rosemary oil, left the door to find out the bottle it has been opened, I did reenter the store explained to the clerk the issue and the answer was I cant exchange it (because I already done with the transaction)That will be my last time in place like that
