We had AC plus out to assess our a/c and furnace a couple of weeks ago. Both systems were older, and we have had difficulty with both. We called AC plus after reading the excellent reviews that were not only recent, but years ago as well.We decided to install high efficiency furnace and a/c systems as well as the top end thermostat as well.We were thoroughly impressed with every single employee that we came in contact with, from the ladies in the office, to the gentleman who came to check out our systems initially.He laid of everything in detail and gave us the tools needed to make a decision.Yesterday the installers arrived, and all there gentlemen were prompt, courteous, and skilled. The final inspection was completed by the first gentleman who originally visited us, and he checked every aspect of the job that was done.The results are amazing! The balance of a/c in the house is now correct in each room, and everything was done efficiently. We cannot be happier.The company may be busy, but it was definitely worth the wait. Wed give 10 stars if it was possible.Thank you AC plus for a fantastic job.

My air conditioner stopped blowing air through the vents. I knew I had to find an HVAC repair guy fast and I was worried about having some stranger with his hands on my equipment. I did a web search and found AC Plus Heating and Air with many hundreds of 5 star reviews on Google.Omar Amore came to my house and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 minutes and it cost me much less than expected. After he performed the work, he spent another 15 minutes with me educating me about the proper maintenance of my air conditioner. He quoted me some pricing on a couple action items to do next spring to keep my unit in good working order.Omar struck me as honest and thoughtful. I will use this company again for all my heating and air needs.

Our AC unit failed yesterday. Of course, it has been over 100 degrees the last few days, so we were concerned. Called AC Plus this morning and they had it up and running again by 11:00am today! Our air conditioner went out last week on one of the hottest days of the year. We called and they were quick to help us out. Very friendly and offered a couple different options to fix our air. The whole team at AC plus heating and air are all rock stars in my book was able to call make an appointment, the technician showed up on time fixed what I needed in and out. highly recommend if you’re in the high desert area and need your AC unit repaired.

My swamp cooler would just stop running so I called these guys and explained the problem. They told me what they thought it could be (bad motor) and I made an appointment. Appointment time came and the tech was right at my door. He discovered that the belt was bad and the my motor was overheating and turning itself off. He replaced the motor, belt, and greased the bearings, for less then $500. Excellent service and has a 1 year warranty on parts!

AC PLUS HEATING & AIR is the only company you need. My moms air conditioner went out last week on Wednesday. She waited and told me last Sunday, so my husband and I went to her house in Rancho Cucamonga to see if it was really broken. You see, my mom doesnt speak English. My husband confirmed it needed repair. I began calling around air conditioning companies Monday. I stumbled into AC PLUS HEATING & AIR. I spoke with an older lady there, and she convinced me to go with them. Its unfortunate I didnt get her name because she made me trust this company. So whoever you are, thank you so much for your transparent, kind, and genuine nature.I couldnt get a hold of my mother until the next day Tuesday. I told her I was going to schedule her with an air conditioning repair technician and wait for my call and dont go anywhere. I called AC PLUS HEATING & AIR to schedule the repair. They amazingly scheduled my mom for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised, since its the summer. Honestly, I expected at least 5 days out for the repair.Wednesday morning, I was unable to be there at my moms, but the repair technician, Sean, took excellent care of my mom. (My mom does not speak English) I am extremely impressed with Sean. My mom said Sean was fantastic! I had my AC system serviced by Matt P. Of AC plus Friday March 17th. Cant say enough how pleased I was with the service. He was very knowledgeable, explaining every step of his process in ways that were very easy to understand. He provided great education to me as a homeowner with his service as well. He worked very fast and efficiently, while also going the extra mile (he remounted my AC box that I was too lazy to do myself!). At the end of the visit my AC was working after it had been in disrepair for over a year. The pricing was extremely fair in my opinion as well. My heater went out on a Sunday and when I called I expected to leave a voicemail and hear back the next day. I got a call back within 20 minutes from Matt and he set something up for me. He came out and was very thourough in explaining what was wrong. He gave me options and recommendations. Luckily, there was a fix that I could afford right now and told him Id be setting up the more expensive repairs in the near future. He said the next trip charge would be waived if I called back within the week. Anyway, by that night, the family and I were nice and toasty! Oh! To top it off, he even insisted on cleaning up after himself even after I told him Id vacuum up the popcorn ceiling that fell to the floor. I will definitely be calling them back out here. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and apparently family owned and operated which I thought was pretty cool. I liked that I was supporting the small businesses in town. Having just purchased a new home we discovered that the ac unit was in bad shape. I found ac plus on Google and visited their website which looked very professional. I filled out the contact information and issue and was instantly contacted by technician Matt P. We scheduled for next day service in which he arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. He refurbished the ac unit a got it back into tip top shape. He also helped replace the aging thermostat. I couldnt of been more pleased with his service and if I ever need ac servicing again I know who to call.
