Every time I have gone to this Dairy Queen, the workers have been very courtesy and attentive. Its refreshing having the teenagers and young adults working here (as they need to start out somewhere), and they do a great job. Ice cream sundae and root beer float were delicious. Keep up the good work!

Roaches walking around like they just paid their rent. Burnt hotdog in the microwave very disappointed in my service and quality of the food. And no ice cream.

Pretty old, and run down. Very limited choices. Hardly anyone inside, yet l waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I waved and got somebodys attention. Ordered one large cone and waited another 10 minutes before AGAIN l had to ask about my order !! No more Dairy Queen for me, lots of other better ice cream joints !!

Its our last Dairy Queen in our area. Please stay, we need our perfectly mixed, candy filled, blizzards!!!!!If you leave I dont know what we would have to do to satisfy our cravings.

5 Stars for the hard working employees, zero stars for the owner who understaffs this place. The two employees were working so hard with a line of people and grub hub orders... I did see a now hiring sign but looks like it should have been done immediately. Hey owner, get with it and properly staff your place! Still the items were delicious and the employees there were very hard working and still nice to everyone.

Get the chocolate dipped cone top 5 for sure

In a time when cleanliness, health, and safety is imperative this DQ seemingly neglects all forms of it. Cashier had a chocolate stain on her mask from constantly touching her face, floors were sticky, other staff serving items had filthy gloves. Serving tables were littered in crumbs and other trash. Horrible!

The banana split was super. Had chocolate, strawberry, pineapple and banana. Possible to alter the toppings. Location seems fairly busy prepare for a line. Staff is very friendly.

Probably not hot enough yet but I didnt care and got a blizzard to go, you cant go wrong so just enjoy yourself. 🍨

The crew at this location is always very professional and are quick to get your order ready. Clean and nice.

Turkey sandwich was yuck. Total processed meat tasting. They do make great looking ice cream shakes.

My son loves the Oreo ice cream cake which he gets for his birthday every year. The few times we’ve been here for a random flavor ice cream cone it always puts a smile on his face, and if he’s happy I’m happy. I’m guessing it’s really good even though I don’t eat ice cream. The 5 stars are from the look on his face, just priceless.

Closed: March 3Grade: 87/BReason: Cockroach infestation. The inspector visited in response to a complaint that the restaurant was dirty and someone saw a cockroach. The owner was aware of the infestation and was working with pest control — the inspector found “several sticky pads full of live and dead roaches” and a few live roaches in other areas — and while the facility was being cleaned at the time, it hadn’t shut down. The inspector did that immediately. There were also rodent droppings under a storage rack.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughters 9th birthday.... I was unhappy to say the least! First off they had the colors all wrong! I ordered online but went in to make the payment, they never went over to cake with me ( my fault) I guess. I can’t even tell you what kind of cake it was because there was no cake! It was completely rock hard and all ice cream except a very thin layer of Oreo cookies (that’s what we think it was)... definitely not worth the price and I won’t be getting any other cakes from them.

The blizzards was runny and watery...u was dissatisfied.I guess the staff didnt do well . in hurry to quality was miss.

The store was dirty. The floors were nasty, in front of and behind the counter. The associates were working quickly, but its evident that basic cleaning was not a priority.

They dont even have burgers on baseline anymore. T.V. advertising a burger deal, and the only dairy queen within 50 miles does not honor that deal. Booooo.

We come to this DQ probably 3 times a week. We are hardcore ice cream addicts. I adore the staff. They are such hardworking kids. All very attentive, fast and helpful. If I cant decide what I want, theyll ask me what kind of taste buds I had and list off all the secret things they can make! Banana split blizzard with extra pineapple and the salted caramel truffle blizzard s are superb

Location is very clean, but needs better talent. We visited 2 days in a row and both were poor. Shakes are very heavily blended and do not resemble the advertising photos ...The staff is not attentive to people walking in .. as we stood there awkwardly wondering if they would notice us standing at the counter ...We are willing to pay extra for reeses sause but they are not willing to give extra🙁Not napkin friendly either.

My blizzard was awesome. Staff not so much. I understand they are kids but they talk too much to each other instead of the customers and actually doing their job. I sat for way too long with 4 employees in shift for 1 item. They didnt know which orders were still open so they ignored them for a while. The food is good and mostly cheap. Just wish staff was a little more on top of it

This location is usually pretty busy especially on a hot day but I feel they usually do a really good job making your blizzard who doesnt like ice cream? You cant go wrong evening at Dairy Queen.

Went for a blizzard, the place was packed, no attempt at social distancing. Stupid people crammed in a store run by more stupid people. Didn’t even go in, I turned around and left.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Received an enthusiastic greeting as soon as I walked in the door. Super fast, accurate service. I watched one of the employees run over and hold the door for a woman carrying a cake. I give this DQ an A+

Dairy Queen is great. Pecan cluster Blizzard is my favorite. Is the only thing I have since it came out. Food is really good.

Ordered a banana split and a large cone and literally waited from 8:51pm to 9:15 waiting for my order. I just asked for my money and took off. Get some adults to work there and maybe that would help this place out. Worst service ever. Just had lazer surgery on my gums and was placed on a soft diet. I just wanted something that would satisfy my appetite, I thought dairy queen ice cream sounds delicious, but was let down with a big disappointment..

They used to be great. Then they got new management. It took me 40 minutes to get two blizzards. They only have two people working and there was 23 people in line

Drove from Ontario with my bf and baby in the backseat cause I wanted an Orange Julius. Made it at 10:05p when Google stated it closed at 10:30p. Got turned away by the worker inside because their hours changed from the summer hours. Poor buisness practice since they shouldve locked the doors at 10p and kicked the teenage girls that were hanging out inside. Wont be going back and will stick to the one in Montclair as always. Also, you should wait for Google and Yelp to have those hours stated before you turn people away.

Not al Dairy Queen’s are created equal. Very disappointing in the Blizzards had the strawberry chocolate blizzard. Got a cup of vanilla ice cream with 2 pieces of strawberries and a couple very little pieces of chocolate on top. No flavor except vanilla. Won’t be back.

So this location does not honor their own posted advertisements. Right over the register is an ad for the Oreo Firework blizzard. At the bottom it says Served upside down or the next ones free well my blizzard was not served upside down so I said so does this mean I get my next one free. Kyle says, not at this location. So take the sign down or put one up that says you do not honor this. This is false advertisement and frankly rediculous customer service.Needless to say my blizzard, my 3 kids and my husbands, were all runny and melting. Not my best DQ experience.

Who doesnt love delicious soft serve ice cream treats!?! Theres a little bit of outdoor seating in addition to indoor seating.

It felt like the pulled pork sandwiches were put in the microwave, only because the buns were hot. I loved the dessert.

McDonaldss soft serve puts this location to shame. The vanilla tasted like it was created from water more than concentrate. It was so bad that my girlfriend & I decided not to bother anymore & ended up trashing it. This is unacceptable, especially by a place whose signature is supposed to be ice cream. Get it right.
