Bought ski tow to fit my 455 olds. The picture on THEIR website shows different mounting points from the one I was sent. Called in to say they either shipped me the wrong one by accident or on purpose and their response right away was that Im trying to fraud them...I live up in Canada so its a real hassle to get parts I need and Eddie marine has made my experience the worst ever possible.On-top of everything I will have to pay a 15% restocking fee for their mistake and shipping the item on my dime back and forth ended up costing the price of the ski-tow!Be aware!

Very disappointed!! Placed my order over two weeks ago called last week because their website said they were still processing my payment and wanted to make sure everything was good. I was told yes payment went threw and everything was good. Called again today because their website still said payment processing And this time their response was, the items are now on back order and said they told me that last week when I calledwhich they didnt. I feel like this should be noted on their website when they dont have an item in stock and dont know when they will have it. Very unprofessional. Hopefully I get my parts sometime in the near future. Definently wont be purchasing anything else from them again if this is how they do business.

Customer service is the worst. Ordered parts and never call back to let me know that they are on national back order I had to call them. They blamed it on not enough employees but they had no problem collecting my money fast. Only tried them because they are local. Never going to deal with this company ever again.

They claim they are open so i drove 2 hours to a store thats closed to the public this place is a joke. ill cast my own parts b4 i support this joke of a company.

Rude staff, empty promises, decent stuff for the price but not up to par with others. If you are looking for a bargain and they have it in stock or Summit Carries it in THEIR warehouse, go for it otherwise dont waste your time.

They should update their website; after driving all the way down I discoved theyre no longer open to the public.

Products are great but if you need something they dont have on the shelf be prepared to wait. Also if you want something powder coated be prepared to wait more than a month. Quality of work is usually great though.

Called ask for help the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude I don’t anticipate this company lasting too long and I would be OK with that sad to say

Horrible service. They don’t carry anything in their catalog in stock. I called before I drove in to verify the part was in stock. Once I arrived they offered to make the part for twice the price. Stay away!!!

Came in 20 minutes before closing and it was obvious that they where more intrested in closing than helping . I would suggest in there profile that they state will not help you 20 minutes before close. I inquired about a alternator and was told they did not have it in stock and they would call me back the next day to let me know the availability of the part, 5 days pater i still have not recieved a call. Im not a professional mechanic and its apparent that i dont fit their requirement of a client. If your working on your own boat and need a little help I would look else where .
