Customer service is what really boosts this rating! Armando was attentive and helpful without being pushy or annoyed when we couldnt decide on a mattress right away. His knowledge of the different styles and brands helped us so much and we walked out of there with 2 mattresses.The crew was so helpful loading up and they even delivered the extra one we didnt plan for- the next day!After shopping around at over a handful of other stores, Mattress Liquidation met all of our needs and we are so thankful.

Just bought 4 mattresses and had them delivered. The guy, Armando, who sold them had us pick out the mattesses and box springs to match. He promised they would be the corrects sets that matched. They did not deliver what we chose or one of the bedrails. When I called Veronica she said she would email me pictures of what she thought we chose and deliver when they get a chance. I said what!! I paid for you to deliver by a certain time the items I purchased and they are saying they are gonna do it sometime when they get a chance . She never emailed like she said. So far not following through. May need to go to file with BBB. Not okay. They tell you what you wanna here when your there and dont follow through. The owner was even there for transaction. BEWARE!!!

Mattresses are all brand new and heavy duty plastic wrapped, but people have sat and rolled around on them as being showcased. Good deals offered here, talk it over with the crew.

This place is amazing and the service is phenomenal. Armando and the rest of the crew were just the best. I would tell everyone to come and get the new mattress here. They have an awesome and huge selection for every price range. And the best part is that you can get the mattress the same day.Total hassle free. The guys let you just be unless you have questions then they are definitely there to answer them all. Plus the mattress we bought has gel and comes with a 10 year warranty. This place is a must. Shop around and see that this place has the lowest prices for the same mattress you can buy at those high end mattress stores.

We purchased our California King mattress set 3 weeks ago and wanted to try out our mattress before leaving a fair and honest review. Erick is the owner of Mattress Liquidators and was extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful with my selection of a mattress that fit my comfort level. I suffer with herniated disks, which makes it very difficult to get comfortable and sleep in any position. Thanks to Erick- I was finally able to select a hybrid memory foam plush that is very comfortable for me. Erick you are a God send and I will definitely be back to purchase my next mattress set.

Just called them back. I had the mattress and box spring for a month. Noticed a slump in the mattress. Looked up under the bed and 3 boards in the box spring were broken. I could not believe it. And it has been slept in only b twice since I had it.

STOP Buyer beware!!!HTC Mattress Liquidation sold my spouse and I a defective mattress. We Purchased a cal king simmons beauty rest recharge pillow top mattress and box springs last week on 7/21/20 . When we went to sleep on it, one side of the mattress had a sink hole. When you lie on it you sink down and feel like you are in a hole. There is no support on the right side of the mattress. I Called them and was told to take pictures and send it to them and They would set up a time And have someone come take a look at it. Now a week later I’m being told they can’t come look at it due to COVID-19. This is wrong! The mattress was defective at purchase. Not set up incorrectly or a warranty issue. It’s a week old and the issue happened immediately. We are now out of 939.00 we were told by Lupe that this was not a second hand mattress and it was not a return item nor a factory defect. It was most likely an overstock mattress.When talking with Lupe, she is trying to treat this as a warranty issue and it’s out of their hands. She said she will need to talk to the owner twice this week and so far no word. At this point I realized I’ve been misled and victimized by this company. There is No way to use the mattress and I now have to go purchase another mattress from a reputable authorized dealer to get a 10 year warranty. Please beware of this company, they are out for themselves and out to Make a quick buck. With no regard or concern about the consumer.

I enjoyed the shopping experience here. Dee was my sales person. She asked a couple questions then let me try out a bunch of mattresses with the idea of narrowing down what felt most comfy. I tried a bunch of mattresses, no pressure.I ended up liking a very high end mattress and another that felt quite comfy. Once i decided the transaction was easy and I got delivery too. Cool experience. I look forward to finally sleeping well.

Service was great, selection was good. The guy that helped me was really helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the mattress I bought only 9 months ago has turned to mush. My side has just about caved in. My wife side is starting too also. I tell her that its an uphill battle just to talk to her in bed...because it literally looks like a hill between us!

We ordered a King Size Bed Frame with a 9 inch box springs to be delivered and set up for 261 bucks they gladly took right away from my credit card.Today, they delivered a Cali King box spring with nobed frame!!! If you dont want your customers so upset then maybe you shouldnt be telling lies and misinforming paying customers and taking money and acting like we rich or something. I ordered something specific and payed for it beforehand, I have reasonable expectations.My suggestion is not to order from this company, theyre super unprofessional and dont care about the details to your order and if your upset they wont fix your order even though they messed it up. 300 dollar loss, and Im being disrespectful? Dont take someones money then

DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING COMPANY: Progressive Leasing...you will pay EXTRA TAXES/FEES even if you pay amount in full. Unfortunately, the opposite was explained to me by salesperson. Lesson learned at a higher cost to me. I would return & use my credit card next time around.2/10/19 Erik Hibshman/owner: I was charged a fee close to $70 on my credit card on 12/29/18 which was needed to finish the financing application online. This fee was explained to me as taxes by progressive leasing & would be deducted from my final invoice-not true. I purchased the mattress 12/29/18 & paid it in full on 1/09/19, a week and a half later...thats well within the 90-day period you mentioned. Im aware of financing incentives as Ive purchased furniture, electronics at other establishments before with different banks such as Synchrony & never had an issue where an upfront or a hidden fee (s) were assessed. The remaining amount I paid on 1/09/19 included a tax so I ended-up paying a tax atop taxes. Also, progressive leasing is a misleading name; I financed the mattress & intended to keep it once paid for not rent it & return as with the name of leasing is defined. My namesake didnt do anything wrong, its the sneaky tactics that were employed to charge me more that I am unhappy with AND want to warn others to avoid. If you have any questions, you can call me to discuss the $70 refund. For my next new mattress purchase Ill give one of your local competitors a try as there are plenty in your area.

Great place to get a mattress. Dont pay full price for a mattress from the other places. Buy last years unsold models from these guys. These are prior years model brand new mattresses that the other stores sell to make room for the newest line. You are wasting your money if you buy a mattress somewhere else.

I even called around several other stores for prices compared to mattress liquidation, NO ONE beats their price! My boyfriend and I bought a standard king Posturepedic by Simmons it was 75% off the original price and it was great to sleep on from day 1! We are both very satisfied. Went there recently with my newly pregnant wife. We were looking for a larger mattress and somthing that would last a while and not cost too much. Erik, the owner, was incredibly helpful. We were looking at a mattress at first without knowing anything but he actually suggested one that was less expensive but that would not sag as much and last longer. That made it clear to us that they are honest, knowledgable people who are not just looking to make a sale!They gave us a great price and even had it delivered same day and within an hour right to our house. Today is Wednesday July 11th 2018 Ive always seen this mattress Liquidation Center on 6th Street so I was in need of a bed so I decided to stop by this morning so I end up talking to Rosa shes very nice very professional so I was probably there 20 minutes I end up buying a bed from her . I purchased a mattress here for a good price. That is until about 8 months in when the bed started sagging badly. I noticed that the wood in the box spring was warping. I removed the cloth from under the box spring to see that there were slats of wood nailed in places were wood should not have been nailed in. I called to see if they would take care of the problem and I have not heard back. Beware!

We were referred by a friend who said they had the best deals he had found on mattresses. Being a sales guy myself I came in expecting pushy sales people fighting to upsale me to the most expensive matress. What we found was a business where they actually care to help you find the right matress and not try to push you into the high end mattresses. We met with Rosa who was very knowledgeable and patient while we tried numerous beds. She took the time to explain how the matress is made and what to expect the feel to be like when we laid on them. It is very overwhelming trying to see if extra firm, firm or pillow top is right matress for you. Rosa did a great job and ended up finding the exact matress to fit our needs. We also met the owner who was on the floor that day. He was not pushy and was very nice to explain to us what we should be looking for when we lay on a bed. He also offered to answer any questions if we had any during the process. Bottom line this is a very well run business. They talk to you and treat you like you are family. They have earned my future business and I will be referring them to any friends who are looking for a mattress. If you havent seen them I would highly suggest visiting before you buy your next mattresses.
