Read some bad things about this place. My experience was great. Helpful and friendly. Affordable and quick.

I agree with what most have already posted. Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have attempted repeatedly to contact them and they do not answer the phone, or return called. I have called them 9 times over the past 2 weeks and never gotten anyone to answer the phone. I sent them 2 emails, and never received a response. I wanted to work with them on two project builds, but without being able to reach anyone I am going another direction.

The most horrible customer service I ever had in my life ! Rudeness guys, can’t believe clients really work with themI was only trying to get a quote from those guys as I saw in they’re website they do service for engines repairI called them and the results was1. Called them 4 times same day on Tuesday, no one pick up the phoneDay after I called 3 times and eventually some guy pick up the phone and when I ask to speak with Carlos he said he’s not thereDay after same thing so I gave him my information hopefully Carlos will call back but never happenedDay after 6 calls no one pick up the phoneDay after again left my information but no one call backAfter 3 days I was trying again same guy answerCarlos on the other lineI left my information but never received a call backDay after same thing Carlos on the phone so I said if I can wait for him, the answer was NOWhen I ask how can I reach him since I’m calling over 10 days and he never able to answer I got an answer you can send him an email, I replied it’s a conversation need to be done over the phone not thru email, I got an answer so find somewhere else they can talk with you over the phoneI was in a shock but happy I could’ve figured before getting into some business with this horrible pplMy suggestion don’t deal with them ! Very bad customer service, a customer has been waiting 9 months for a case repair and they never reply to his messages, this is very unperfessional

I sent them the bottom end of a 250R engine as a core to purchase a complete motor from them over a year ago now. They ignored the fact I wanted to buy a complete new motor and after months and months of ignoring my calls or telling me their engine builder wasn’t at the shop they told me they were repairing my engine and building it for me. I agreed that’s fine as I did want certain color and bore. They told me it would be done in a month, after I month i called and was ignored again after messaging and calling countless times I got ahold of Carlos who apologized for the whole ordeal and how long it’s taken. He told me two weeks and it would be done I texted him the next week he said it was done and would call me. That’s the last I’ve heard my calls, texts and messages are all ignored now. I’m out a working bottom end and have waited a year for absolutely nothing. I work in the motorcycle repair business I understand things take time but this is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I’m now forced to buy a complete motor and spend more time and money building it myself I was hoping this would be a easy quick transaction to get this build ahead of schedule.

Carlos repaired 3 of my ATC 250R engines. Was more than willing to help with what I needed. Gave me his personal number and said to call anytime for help.

Carlos is the most dishonest businessman in the motorsports industry. He advertises new parts, but when you buy them and they show up you were sold a used part. He does not build anything! His engine builder and pipe builder both quit and are now working as a team building engines and pipes. Again Carlos is a crook! Stay very far away from bdt!

Had all the 250r parts I needed and was willing to ship internationally. ty for helping keep the 250rs allive!

Had my TRX in for service and was told my engine needed a rebuild. It was there for a month and I finally got a chance to run it over the weekend. Its running way better than ever before. Didnt have money to port it but Carlos recommended a new Keihin PWK carburetor and it made a huge difference. Plus no more oil leaking from the shift shaft too. Little pricey but spanked my homies 4stroke.

I had a complete engine rebuilt. They did great work. The owner Carlos texted me pictures of the motor through out the process. They were very upfront on pricing and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I would definitely do busienss with again.

I talked to the owner Carlos who was really rude when asking him questions about a motor I wanted built. Had better luck with other companies who were more patient.

They build bulletproof motors Im glad I decided to go with BDT!
