This place is amazing. This is my 3rd time here. They measure your feet, have you stand on a scale-type device that shows how much pressure you put on your feet, and have you walk so they can notice things you do that might be causing you problems. Then they bring out LOTS of options and really patiently help you try them and decide. Theres lots of space so you can really walk around. Naomi especially was just a star today. She was briefly on her own today with three customers, but never lost her poise and managed to give everyone the same level of quality service and knowledgeable advice. Every time Ive been here, they always treat me respectfully and kindly, but she really impressed me today. Their shoes are high quality, help my poor feet feel much better, and last a long time, too!

I soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed by Naomi. She made me feel very comfortable and welcoming in the store. She was very knowledgeable and professional . She knew her product well. Even though I just wanted inserts, I left with a whole lot more than just shoes and sandals. I left with the confidence that my feet will be feeling better soon thanks to Naomi. I give her 10 Star review, one from each happy toe!

All I gotta say is that I left with happy feet!! Danielle was helpful, checked my gait, foot pressure map, explained that I have wider feet and got me a comfortable and supportive pair of shoes. Definitely coming back for foot care needs.I brought my mother here with arthritic deformities in her feet. Excellent store! This store specializes in shoes to meet medical conditions. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are patient, even when trying on many shoes. Jason helped us and he was an excellent salesperson. He provided many options for my mom, even when she was indecisive, he stayed with her. We got excellent shoes. Highly recommend coming here!

Great local shoe store! My mom and I were helped by Danielle - she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She helped me select a pair of dansko clogs and she spent well over 30 mins helping my mom select new walking shoes. Ultimately the shoe my mom wanted was not available in the store so we purchased online but I really appreciated how patient & thorough Danielle was with my mom, she did her absolutely best to find the perfect pair for her. My mom tried on close to 5 different pairs. The service is great and you can tell the employees are committed to finding the perfect shoe for your needs. Thanks again Danielle!!

First time visiting this place, we like the knowledge of the employees explaining in detail about the different products, took a little long but in my opinion is worth it, be prepare to pay high prices for shoes, sandals or inserts however it may be worthwhile to have comfortable feet, I do recommend this place and definitely will be back.

I hobbled into Lucky Feet in Rancho Cucamonga yesterday. I was greeted by Naomi. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of my pain from planters fasciitis. She showed me many options to fit my needs. Naomi never put any pressure on me to purchase the items she showed me, although I could tell she wanted to be sure I knew what was available. I walked out of there a winner!!! After one day, I am not pain free but it is at least 50% less than yesterday! I know in a couple of days I will be back to taking walks with my granddaughter. Thank you Naomi!!!

Thank you Tasha!! I’ve been suffering with ankle pain and heel pain. I am 60 years old and work 8-10 hours a day on my feet. The pain I was experiencing was exhausting. I’ve always bought what I thought were good shoes. After a lengthy visit to Lucky Feet I walked out with 3 pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. Tasha was informational and knowledgeable. As I tried on various shoes after her foot investigation I was amazed how suddenly I had absolutely no pain. I’ve been wearing my sandals all day today and I am not limping or hobbling around and I am experiencing very little discomfort. Lucky Feet was recommended to my husband due to his Diabetes and neuropathy. It was an eye opener for us both. The knowledge that all these associates have about the foot is amazing. With that knowledge they are able to provide fantastic customer service and select an assortment of shoes from casual to slippers and everything in between. We spent over an hour in the store and left with a pair of sandals and insoles for my husband. Great experience for our first time in the store. Bare in mind this store has high-end shoes and can be pricey. If your visit is due to pain in your feet legs than it’s worth every penny! If you’re the type of person who takes care of themselves and want to stay healthy then this is the place for you. Anything but that try another store but I guarantee you will NOT get the customer service or the knowledge of what shoe best fits your needs. My husband and daughter were also accompanying and along with me they both ended up buying shoes from this place. And after 2 weeks I wanted to exchange my shoes and they both were very helpful that day too.Really like the shoes I got from there and it helped me with pain management. I came into this store expecting to find a relief for my plantar fasciitis since the reviews I seen about this place seemed to be amazing, I found a few things I didn’t like about this place. They DO NOT display any prices on any of their shoes (which they all cost over 100 dollars). Just be aware of that before you go into the store. They seem to buy shoes for half that price and increase the price so they make a profit). I recommend shopping for these shoes from Amazon, same shoes but way more affordable. They give you a whole speech about the store and then they bring you six pairs of shoes and force you to try them on. The whole experience felt forced. Jessica and the other lady that was there were making it seem like they just wanted me to leave the store with any pair of shoe at that point. (I came In looking for tennis shoes and they were showing me sandals by the time none of the tennis shoes were working). I also noticed that when the other customer that was there had foot problems but the moment she said she wasn’t going to buy anything that day they no longer cared for her needs. The management of this place should really re consider their selling strategies.

It is always a pleasure coming into Lucky Feet and receiving service specifically tailored to the customer. Keep in mind, it is important to understand that a visit can be upwards to an hour because of all the information that is given to the customer. That being said, Jessica is AMAZING and knowledgeable of foot ailments. I’ve seen her juggle 3 customers at a time with grace. I’ve visited Lucky Feet 3 times in the last 2 months and she was able to recommend shoes that were comfortable and stylish. She takes the TIME to go over the foot ailment and show how its affecting normal day to day and active lifestyles – ie: pin pointing where it hurts in the body after extended amounts of walking and running. By understanding my foot issues, I am able to better take care of my feet aside from wearing more supportive shoes. I greatly appreciate all of her help in guiding me to understand and find what fits best for my feet and lifestyle.

Visiting this store is always such a pleasure because everyone is so welcoming. Katrina was very helpful when I called for information. After some looking around, Naomi was very helpful with every detail of fitting my oddly sized feet with proper shoes, noting both comfort and appeal. Although I only bought two pairs today, I look forward to a return visit for casual sandals and sneakers. Came here earlier this week and Jessica b was being very annoying because she was trying to up sell me, when I only needed one specific shoe. The shoes here are pricey and the sales people work off of commission so they are very pressured to sell you more then what you need and it really shows. I’ll be sticking to the riverside store where the ladies there are Genuinely friendly and helpful.

Although I spent a fortune it was well worth it. Jessica was wonderful. She listened and was very observant. She had me try on several different styles of shoes and explained why my feet hurt so much and what would work best for me. As soon as I tried on a few pair of shoes I could immediately feel the difference. I ended up leaving with 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of comfy slippers. Went in to see if they would price match. The prices online were $10 cheaper. The girl that was there was definitely not interested in working with me. Said it was the owners policy that they didn’t price match. Guess I will go online for $10 cheaper and no shipping charges. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out if business. You give them the opportunity to earn your business and they send you to the online stores.

Jason was amazing! When I first walked in, he was singlehandedly helping four people at the same time, calmly and attentively, not rushing anyone. He spent literally an hour helping me find shoes that would allow me to walk without pain and meet my new work dress code. My family came to just look at shoes at Lucky feet in Rancho Cucamonga. We came 1/2 an hour before closing. Jessica was helping other customers in the store so I was just looking around. She saw my Brooks shoes Ive had for 1 year and told me they leaned too much. So she recommended the Hoka shoes. I tried them on and absolutely love them! So comfy! Jessica is very knowledgeable and will help you find the right shoe for you. She even stayed open past closing time to make sure we got good service.

I went to Lucky Feet because I struggle in finding the right shoe for me. I have a wide foot but a medium arch (not flat feet like most) and plantar fasciitis. They offer personalized service with a complete assessment of your foot. Then they match you with possible shoes and orthotics, offering advice on how to care for your feet based on your normal activities. Jessica was very thorough and address every discomfort while trying out new shoes.I read many reviews before going there. To address some of the negative reviews about price, this is not a shoe store for fashionistas (although they had some nice looking shoes). This is a shoe store that sells shoes that are good for your feet. Yes, you will spend $150ish on a pair of shoes, but it is a shoe that is right for you. My foot needs has me spending that much no matter wear I buy them from. At least, with Jessica and Lucky Feet, I am not wasting my time trying on shoe after shoe with a salesperson that knows nothing about feet and cares little about my satisfaction. Well worth it!

This place has the worst customer service! I spent over an hour here because of course they force you to do a whole foot analysis when I specifically told Jessica I did not want one. She made me try on about 12 pairs of shoes all of which i didnt like but she kept pushing me to buy a pair. I bought a pair of aetrex shoes which i hated from the beginning but hoped they would relief my pain since they cost me 140$. I tried to use a coupon but it was really weird she tried to make me write a good review about her! and then she would give me 10 dollars off. When i refused she didnt give me the discount. The next day I returned the shoes (which was another hassle) because she wanted me to exchange soo bad since she didnt want me to get my money back for some bad shoes I would never wear. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY PEOPLE

Jessica was/is the best! My first time at a specialty shoe store and I didn’t know what to expect but she was so nice and attentive that I didn’t want to leave! Great customer service from Jessica, even thought she was helping 3-4 other customers at the same time we didn’t feel like she was ignoring or neglecting us.I came in to get some good running shoes after buying a random pair of Brooks and then doing a 5k. My arches hurt and my feet went numb a couple times. I met with Jessica and she measured my feet, showed me how i distribute pressure, and watched me walk to see my gait and pronation. She recommended some sandals, running and gym shoes (for CrossFit and HIIT exercises), AND some business casual shoes for work which I LOVED!What I also liked is I brought my mom with me and she has neuropathy in her toes as a result of doing chemo. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to find something for her since she’s pretty sensitive about her toes but Jessica asked her if she wanted to take a look at any shoes or do a foot analysis. My mom was a little nervous to tell her about her feet but Jessica said “don’t worry I’ll fix you right up.” I was so thankful for Jessica’s customer service, especially with my mom. Walked out of the store with a new pair of running shoes for me AND my mom! My mom was really happy and so was I! Definitely going to come back for more shoes and I highly recommend for anyone interested in finding more comfortable shoes for your feet for any activity! Ask for Jessica!
