We are a military family and we were looking for a service that would work internationally. When I arrived at the store this evening, their were no customers and one sales associate (male, beard) so i thought this would be fast and easy. The male associate was on his phone and barely acknowledged we were there. When he finally greeted us he continued to be on his phone, like we were wasting his time. He was vague when answering our questions and as for the international plan he said I would have to call that department to find out. Needless to say I didn’t purchase anything or switch my plan, for know AT&T is still my favorite company.
Went in the store to sign up for a promotional plan, had to go back several times to get everything in order. 2 months later I get a bill and they signed me up for a much more expensive plan!! No one will do anything about it (including Sprint customer service) and all they can tell me is, thats not the plan I signed up for. No refunds! I will be getting off Sprint ASAP! They dont know what they are doing and dont take responsibility for their actions. Also, the network in terrible and my calls are dropped all the time--its back to Verizon

Associates in the store are cool, and very helpful. Just this processing fee is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Why is there a $3 processing fee when you pay with cash at their own store? Then its inconsistent, one month they charge the next they dont. Get your stuff in order and drop the processing fee all together!
This store gave my boyfriend and I fabulous service! Simon Azar was our sales person and consultant as we both purchased a new plan and new I Phones. He gave us his time without making us feel rushed and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this store and if youre lucky enough to have Simon work with you it was an added bonus to the whole experience.
Best Service. Everyone was very Friendly and got my New phone Activated fast and helped me set it up! I highly recommend only this Store!

Went to my local Sprint store and had a great experience with Joel he answered all my questions about my account and will be back for sure to set up my family
If I could give (----*s) I would!!! Went to inquire on needed requirements for a promotion on (5) free phones & tablet to new qualifying customers. So, I was told they would run my credit and have an answer within 5-10 mins. He comes back and says ok you qualify. He proceeded to get the phones and activate all 5 phones. Only to have phone service turned of by SPRINT. I went back to Sprint on Date Palm and was notified that not only were they unable to restore my phone service but that I had a balance of $1,780 for devices. If employees are not trained to know how to read credit reports they have no business doing so. Theyre uncooperative and rude im still disputing that issue.
The entire time we were there it was sell, sell and sell.I was having trouble with my Samsung 6. Took to the Sprint store and not only did he not fix it, but he dumped on of my contact numbers and most of my photos. Needless to say, it was his incompetence, but sprint trained him. The signage was clear from the road. No restrooms were available and the front door was not handicap friendly.

Dont go with Sprint their service in the valley is horrible. Tons of dropped calls no access to data. Pay a little more and go with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile,Cricket or Boost just not Sprint!
I’m sooo irritated. I’ve called this store NUMEROUS of times and spoke to NUMEROUS of people.I had gotten the Samsung galaxy s8+ from them. Returned it 7 days later and paid a restocking fee.About a month after returning it I noticed that it was still on my account and never came off. Called them to ask them and they said to come down. So I did. Went in there spoke to the same guy that returned the phone for me and he seemed sketchy. Called customer care for me asking where the phone was. They said they’d “look into it”. 2 weeks go by called again asking about it. This has been going on for months. I am now 6 months down the road and ITS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT! I’ve been paying for a phone I do not even have and no one in that damn store is doing ANYTHING about it!!! I have no idea where to go now!

I never actually been to this location, but dealt with Miguel who is currently the store manager at this location.I purchased two Samsung galaxy s8+ phones back in May 2017. I had nothing but a horrible experiences from Miguel and other Spriny representatives ever since.We (my boyfriend and I) switched over to Sprint on a promotion of half off the galaxys on a 18 month lease. The sales representative, Miguel (then store manager at the location in Palm Desert) was very friendly, quick to make a sale. In fact it turned out he mislead us into a contract, by providing misleading information and leaving key details out. He verbally promised us that our phones would be reduced to $19 a month within a few months, based off a promotion they were offering.After now 6 months of waiting for my phone bill to be reduced and pass the buck mentality from several Sprint representatives, we discovered Miguel mislead us.I had tried to get this resolved and have now wasted 6+ hours on the phone and even tried to deal with the situation in the store, only to get brushed aside and given poor customer service.Miguel, who is now at this current location contacted us the next day (Monday) and said that any further contact regarding this manner he would deal with. We explained our frustrations, he promised us that he will have a solution to our problem by Friday and gave us all possible solutions (all of which were satisfactory).Miguel called us on Friday. His resolution was less than satisfactory. He explained to us what happened and where the misleading message was, but didnt resolve the issue. He said that he had talked with his manager Lia. We asked for Lia to call us back in a timely matter and are still waiting on a phone call.As of today, October 20, 2017, I am yet to find a satisfactory solution to my problem. I want what was promised to me when I signed the contract.I feel that Miguel, as a Sprint representative and store manager, lied to me into getting sale and didnt followthrough on what he was quick to promise. He lacked the empathy in dealing with this situation in a timely satisfactory manner and is very quick to sweep the situation under the rug.Please be weary of doing business with Sprint in general, especially Miguel. I would hate something like this to happen to another customer.

Got the wrong phone order so I waited 2 months for my phone, additonally never got any status update about the phone at all, employees lacked care for any customer service. WORST SERVICE by sprint and this store.
