This store is great! I had the pleasure to meet Ralph. He was kind and friendly. He helped me choose the perfect pair of shoes. It’s been a struggle being a runner and having to deal with a broken ankle. I highly recommend these shoes! If you have a chance, drive down to the store and ask for Ralph. He was great!

Great shoe store. They have many varieties and types of shoes which look great but better yet, they specialize on footwear that will give instant pain relief to a variety of foot problems. The people working at this store are phenomenal, I have never experienced the level of customer care and attention to detail that is provided to each customer at this store. While I can not say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to help customers from this store’s employees, my and my wife’s favorite salesperson is Lisa. Her knowledge of the product coupled with her knowledge of the variety of pain symptoms which ca be helped by this footwear is incredible. To top it all, she has an incredible friendly disposition with the ability to meet her customers needs. Overall, Lisa makes our long drive of an hour and a half each way well worth the long the trip to this store.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while.It has been two months since I’ve had my shoes and they are wonderful the manager there do you forgive me I forgot his name was very helpful and very polite and help me make sure you got the most out of my shoes and was generous enough to make sure I knew what I was buying really appreciate his hard work thank you definitely coming back

Hello, l just had Achilles...and ankle surgery the end of may and 5 weeks into recovery, I bought gravity defyer shoes and am walking unassisted and for what normally takes 9 months to recover, happened in 6 weeks pain free with no limp with these amazing shoes, thank you Ralph and Lisa for all your help and knowledge.

Their shoes are super comfortable and I loved the design as well!! For me being a worker where I basically stand and keep moving around for my whole shift, these shoes are perfect. Im less tired and they keep me going for a longer time.The costumer experience was awesome too. Very friendly and kind. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience!!! The Shoes are really unbelieveable. My Girlfriend was in a motorcycle accident where she broke her leg. She was having some trouble recovering, and getting her muscles to build properly. Ralph at Gravity Defyer suggested some shoes for her, and since then shes had a lot more ease with walking, and has made a full recovery. I was slightly doubtful at first, but Ralph really helped convince me to go with the shoes. And, Im glad that we did. Thank you Ralph!!!

Have had plantar fasciitis for a couple years. Friend referred me to these shoes. Stopped at the Palm Desert store to buy my first pair. Manager Ralph was terrific. Walked all next day in my new Mighty Walkers pain free. Love ‘em.

Working as a cashier at a grocery store, I would be in so much pain by the end of my shift. I could never find shoes that helped, I even tried nursing shoes. I am so glad I found these. I can go all day at work and I no longer have pain in my feet. I even went back and got another pair for everyday. The sales people are very friendly and helpful.

I have had issues with pain in my feet and lower back due to my high arches and working on my feet all day. I have been wearing these sneakers daily and they have really helped!! They are super comfortable and have saved my feet and lower back. René was my salesman and he was very patient with all of my questions and very informed about the product. On Friday, January 17, 2020, Darren was truly exceptional. He patiently and thoroughly informed my wife and me of the Gravity Defyer story, from its founder, through its design, and its in-store demonstration. The two of us had several questions as we tried on different models. We purchased two pairs and are happy with our selections.After a brief break-in of my Gravity Defyer, I found that an additional insole would be needed. When returning the following day, Darren accommodated my need at no additional charge.We have been joggers and power-walkers for over forty years. And both of us are already confident that we are riding on the best shoes we’ve ever had.

Rene was great help with my dad and myself. Shoes relieve all my pains i wear them for work all day.

Heather was wonderfully patient and helpful. We were so glad we could try on these great shoes instead of relying on on-line guessing.

My husband could barely walk when we went in to the store because his heels hurt when he walked. He tried on a pair of the Gravity Defyer tennis shoes and felt immediate relief. He is able to walk without a limp and a bit more pep in his step....thank you Darrin for your patience and knowledgable advice. I even got a pair for myself and love them.

Was there on the evening of January 17th. The clerk was not helpful. He acted like I was inconveniencing him.Did not assist me at all other than handing me 2 boxes of shoes in a color I stated I did not like. He said there were no other shoes in an 8.5 they would have to be ordered. Might as well go online to purchase.
