I just moved to Palm Desert 2 months ago. I don’t own a printer so I use the service of printing and then proceed to ship. This location is amazing. I’ve seen the same person every time I’ve gone and he is so friendly and fast. Great service, thank you.

Absolutely the worst service possible highly recommend going straight into the post office not only is it cheaper to go into a federal building the people here are absolutely rude and have no idea what they’re talking about they shipped both of my packages to a wrong address and never refunded me and confuse the post office so bad with their labels they lost one of my packages absolutely the worst business I’ve ever been to

Post N Ship Plus has some great people to help you get your copies off and running. Want to get in and out, this is the place. Have boxes to return, they can do it for you. Have mail to be sent, they can do that also. Call ahead of your visit and they will answer your questions.

We have been customers of Post & Ship Plus since 2016 and we give this business five stars all the way. Factored into our review is the understanding that they gentlemen that operate this location have lives outside of their business and we dont sweat it if they are closed for any reason. If you want convenience and dont mind the additional money youll actually save by getting so many things done in one stop, youll love this business. And if you dont mind being called by your first name and not a random number, this is definitely the store to shop. MNN would be spending a lot more monthly on office space than we do by utilizing Post & Ship Plus services and store space.

For almost four years now, weve received and sent hundreds of pieces of mail and small packages on a monthly basis through this business with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Tom provides each customer with detail-oriented service even to the few extremely impatient, difficult people that weve seen there. He really is an exemplary customer service provider. DO NOT use this place for FedEx shipments. Although they have signs and advertise that they are a FedEx shipping place they DO NOT have a contract with FedEx and only give your packages to them as a courtesy when they do come in. I had a package that I paid $50 for to be shipped overnight and had to go pick up the next day to take it elsewhere after realizing that the package never got shipped out. Note to the manager: train your employees to let the customers know as common courtesy, more so when they see a shipment label stating overnight.

I would advise against using this place to ship your Fedex items. Staff were friendly and helpful but I dropped an urgent package here for overnight delivery on a Monday, Fedex didnt receive the item until Wednesday (today) so an item that should have been delivered in one day is going to arrive 3 days late. I called the store and was told that Fedex hadnt collected the packages. Surely if the store was accepting Fedex packages they should be responsible for making sure they are picked up. Very poor customer service.
