Delayed but important review from May 2019My employer Granny NANNIES Dallas sent this gorgeous arrangement from Rancho Mirage Florist to my sweet Nana when my Papa passed away.My family was taken back by the presentation, the aroma, unique vase and braided leaves. My Nana admired it’s beauty for several days, she absolutely loved it. Quality service! They take exceptional care of their customers.

Disappointed. Ive used them before and was happy. This time, I called to place a birthday order and they gave me a $100 price. I said I want it nice and upped the budget with peonies. They took my $150 and the recipient received a grocery store arrangement with 10 peonies and some hydrangeas. then within two days - three of the peonies never bloomed and just died while the hydrangeas all wilted. (Yes, I changed the water). Its day day four and the entire arrangement looks really bad.I feel taken advantage. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed and embarrassed when I was sent a picture of the arrangement they sent my sister. I asked for something really nice, it looked like a $40 arrangement from Costco or a grocery store. The tulips were already dropping their petals. I do not recommend .

We celebrated a wedding and the restaurant where we had dinner referred me to Rancho Mirage Florist. We wanted a small floral arrangement for each guest to have at dinner. Over the phone from Texas, I initially talked to Carlos about some details and then talked to Sharon about what I had in mind....different colored roses and white calla lilies for each guest to be delivered to the restaurant. I felt comfortable that Sharon understood what I wanted and she was friendly and professional to talk to on the phone. When we arrived at the restaurant after the wedding, I was thrilled with how the roses and lilies were arranged in simple bundles for each guest! She exceeded what I had imagined and what I tried to describe to her over the phone. Every guest loved their surprise floral gift. I highly recommend Rancho Mirage Florist.

They knocked it out of the ballpark! I had a friend that had just returned home from the hospital and I called to send flowers. I spoke to Sharon and asked that a beautiful arrangement be sent asap. they had them there in 2 hours and they were spectacular!!
