A year has passed since I ordered a patio sectional, fire table, and dining set from Desert Patio. It was a big investment, and still to this day I dont have all that I was promised. So many errors and problems with the order, and quite frankly I feel I was more than patient throughout the process. I feel that Lisa Claborn completely dropped the ball, kicked the can, whatever metaphor you want-- once she had her commission I was forgotten. Russell was nice enough, but obviously is the one who bears the brunt of the problems with mistakes on the orders, quality issues, etc. I have given them two weeks to respond to my letter of complaint and been met with silence. Perhaps small claims court or a report to the Better Business Bureau would be a better course. So disappointed.

Without a doubt the best shop in the desert for outdoor living furniture and accessories. They have an incredible selection for every price point, a very knowledgeable and friendly staff... Ask for Lisa or Russell, they are both incredibly knowledgeable, listen carefully to your needs and both are very patient... you will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful experience! Lisa worked with us one-on-one to select the right style and fabric for our outdoor furniture. She was extremely helpful and provides excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend making an appointment to let her help you with whatever your outdoor furniture needs are.

I am not convinced that this organization wants business. If you call (on a day they are open) they do not answer the phone. They direct you to another number, which I called and again, no answer. The response is that if you leave a number they will call you the next day to schedule an appointment. This is the 3rd time I have tried to simply see the products they offer. They make it impossible for the consumer. And I cannot believe that this is simply because of SARS CoV 2 risk as I happen to be an Infectious Diseases specialist and know how one can be protected. I simply do not believe that they understand customer service.

Lisa was fantastic to work with. She let us take the fabric swatch book home to make our decision, and was super friendly and efficient to work with when it came time to order our patio umbrellas. They have some great stuff there - while not cheap, it’s clearly a store that cares about the quality of its products and customer service.

Such a helpful and savy set of people who know how to make a patio come alive and stay alive. I am a 100% appreciative customer.
