I was so happy, I had been searching online for weeks, and didnt know size or drop, the folks at the counter knew what I needed, found a fan in stock that had all my requirements, and was same price as Amazon prime I havent had this kind of great service in years.

We’ve shopped at Fan Diego 3-4 times. We are filling our new house with ceiling fans. Despite the prices, it is well worth shopping here. We encountered a few different salespeople, all of whom were very helpful in explaining how fans work (yes, there is a science to it), not to mention they were extremely nice to work with.

After two visits to the Rancho Mirage store and much deliberation, my wife and I decided on a fan for our master bedroom. We took it home and hired an outside electrician to install it, but when he opened up the box there was a wire detached from the motor. It was at the end of the day but I called the store and Patty agreed to stay open and wait for me to exchange it, which she did with a smile. She said it was one of the most reliable fans they sell, but when the second one was installed, it had a bad motor. I returned the next day and Patty & John couldnt have been more empathetic and helpful. They gave me another new one and agreed to have it installed for us at no charge. Some signals got crossed and the installer didnt show up when scheduled, but the next day he was on the freeway headed out of town with his girlfriend, but agreed to turn around so he could install our fan for us. Yes, we had some issues, but this company deserves five stars for their caring, efficient service after the sale. We just moved into a new house and we will be returning to purchase several more fans.

Fan Diego provides excellent quality products. The store ceiling is filled with fans of all shapes and sizes. They all look really great! The people here are very nice and helpful too. I came in looking to replace my old fan in the living room that’s been causing us so much trouble. No amount of services can save it now. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest with their suggestions. I ended up getting an Emerson fan and I’m really satisfied with it so far.Great customer service, great fans, great store. What can I say, this really is the best place to look for fans.

Fan Diego is truly a one-stop shop because of its huge selection. I had to replace two of our ceiling fans and had no idea what would be the best fit for the room. I did some research on some good brands and I really loved the Monte Carlo designs. Luckily, Fan Diego had the Monte Carlo brand in their store. I really love my new ceiling fans.

Smart staff with great products you cant get at the big hardware stores. They have a good website with a lot more selection than can fit in the store. This is quality stuff.

4 1/2 years ago my wife and I purchased five fans, we have had excellent service from all five unfortunately we just encountered one problem I contacted fandiego and I received excellent advice from saleslady and their technician. I applied their recommendation and I was able to take care of the problem. I recommend this business to our friends and neighbors.

Fan Diego has a HUGE variety of fans. It’s an especially great place to look for stylistically unique fans. It’s easy to see how one might be overwhelmed with the choices, but the staff here has been very patient and helpful with us. Unlike most other salespersons, they’re not afraid to show me a cheaper model that would actually be a better fit for my needs.I now have a beautiful Minka Aire fan in my living room. The whole experience has been very pleasant. I highly recommend checking out Fan Diego.

I purchased 3 fans from Fan Diego, total cost over $1800, the sales experience was fine. One fan was not working well after installed, lots of noise. Returned to Fan Diego with the problem, and wanted to return the fan for another brand, We were told by Phil Murphy that a large restocking charge of about 30% would apply since it was out of the box. Phil suggested he speak to the manufacture and see if they will replace it. After calling Phil for 5 weeks in a row he finally said a new motor was sent for us. We had it installed and all works fine. I asked Phil, who would pay for the 2nd installment, he thought the manufacture would, and after 6 weeks and many phone calls we are still waiting. Either Phil, is very forgetful or the company has instructed him to drag this on till we go away. There are too many other companies to purchase from that have no hassle return policys.
