Was told no work would be done on iPad without my permission. They didn’t adhere to that policy and I was charged for work not authorized.Was told he was able to fully charge my iPad. Battery was completely dead when I picked it up.When I dropped iPad off I was told deposit would be subtracted from work done. Didn’t happen!I would just about say I was lied too.

I dropped my laptop and broke the screen, but it was up and running again in a week. Fred ordered and replaced the screen all on his own and still charged less than anyone else. Will definitely be back. Great service!

Waited two weeks. They did the work then told us the price. They said it would be as good as a new computer but I paid 285 dollars for it to be x10 worse then when I took it in. It said there was no battery and would immediately die if unplugged, and it would blue screen any time I tried to google something. Complete scam. I wish I could give 0 stars

They fixed a charging port on a tablet for me, soldered new one onto the board. Were friendly and diligent in diagnosis.

Yeah, I really wish i could have given it better.I walked in to see just some white glass counter tops with some software, a couple computer parts, and phone cases. I would really think when your sign says COMPUTER, you would at least stock half of what I need to repair my own. After asking what i was looking for and being told they dont have it but could get if for me was even more disappointing, because so can amazon or literally any other website. Sign should have just said PHONE CASES.

Payed $140 to fix iphone 6 walked out with phone in same condition a week later. I would have rather spent $140 towards a new phone. Instead, I paid to be told my phone isnt fixable. I will not be returning EVER. Unbelievable.

I was devastated to reach in my purse and find my phone wet from one of those waterfall phone case that just randomly leaked in my purse and into my phone causing the screen to blackout. I could hear the alerts and see absolutely nothing I could only receive calls they Bluetooth in my car. I went to boost mobile to buy a temp phone in Pedro and I asked the associate if she new a place that repairs phones she said one just opened up handed me the card. I called and wasn’t pleased w their quote for repairs. I came on google maps for phone repair near me and called about 6 other stores before I reached Just Tech and rushed over for repairs they had my phone ready the next day. Just tech is the best w the best prices for repairs. And quality I believe in all South Bay. Thanks so much!

This is a smart economical place to take your PC to be repaired. The owner is there on site and is very good at explaining what needs to be done and doesnt take advantage of computer ignorance.It was recommended to me by a friend that I trust who is a Mac User but they definitely do PCS as well

I am really pleased with the service and replacement of my iPhone screen. I was worried about getting it done somewhere other than Apple Store because I had a bad experience at another repair shop. But the owner, Fred, took care of me. I also bought a screen protector, which he put on nicely for me. And I needed a charger cord for my phone but didn’t have the money, but he gave me one anyway! I call that good business.

Brought my laptop to this place back in, 2014. To this day I dont know where it is and have been dodged whenever I inquire about my property, both physical and digital. Years of photography and memories of family and friends gone. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

DO NOT BRING IPHONES HERE! I brought my iPhone 6s to get a screen during the time of having the new screen my phone screen was popping out so I brought it back. They said I needed a battery replacement AND another new screen! I had gotten both things repaired and as I was using it the phone was acting weird. 2 months later the screen stops working completely! I made a reservation at the genius bar 3 days after the screen stopped working. Since the screen was a third party apple wanted to charge me $375 I said no because it was practically the same price as when I bought the phone. So I bought a new phone. Please I advise you NOT to go here!

Horrible I went in with one problem came out with another. Went to replace the screen on my cellphone and they didnt even seal it the whole way because they damaged my battery or something like that. So the phone was open from the edges and they said it is fine and works fine to just put on a phone protector case😑 well now the phone is completely open and just gave them $100 for nothing. DONT GO THERE TO GETUR CELS FIXED. Oh and they took like a month to have it ready. They kept saying it will be ready by today and today became a month so very bad service.

WHEN I WENT I SPENT $99 DOLLARS TO FIX MY IPHONE X BACK SCREEN AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP IT WAS A FAKE BACK SCREEN AND THEY BROKE MY CAMERA IT IS NOW BLURRY! MY CAMERA WAS PERFECTLY FINE WHEN I WENT IN IT WAS JUST MY BACK SCREEN THAT WAS CRACKED .. WENT IN TO COMPLAIN AND THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALLI ALSO MADE HIM FIX IT FOR A SECOND TIME AND IT WAS FREE AND HE NEEDED TO FIX WHAT HE DID WRONG TO MY CAMERA. The boss and employee was very helpful in a very much needed situation at short notice was available on christmas eve / christmas day they have great prices and good work I RECOMMEND IT

I have had a few hardware issues on a MAC and on some phones which were promptly fixed. While I was there, I have heard them help other customers and they always take time to ensure the customers are understanding what they are relaying to them.

Brought my computer here on 12/18/2016 and told them I most likely would need a new screen...called Feb 2nd and couldnt find my computer. ....finally found it and told me they put it on the finished shelf and that the next day I could check in...went in Feb 3rd planning to pick up my labtop and he told me he still never got to it....I told him they took it apart when I dropped it off and he plugged it into the monitor and said I would need a new sceeen.......they I asked him how much a sceeen would cost and he said 900$....then I told him last time I went there and heavy set white dude fixed it for 75$.....and he said o yeah its could be that something is loose ..........(dude was soo quick to sell me a 900$ screen repair without even checking if it were something that could easily be fixed.im sure he up sells everything to everyone and just charges a ridiculous price without considering anything else)They people that were suppose to be fixing it (people in the back working are hardworkers.there being over worked though which is obvious)were very nice but the owner wasnt putting my laptop as a priority at all.he made it seem like everything was ok with how he held my laptop for almost 2 months. never gave me a call to inform me about anything......signed for my laptop back and he asked me if that was my signature. ......like dude......do you have any brains?...I actually work from my laptop and this dude costs me alot of time and money.i would suggest anyone to go anywhere else, go somewhere where there not so quick to sell you a 900$ screen .when I told him its probably something more feasible to fix.......if the heavy set white dude were dude he would of just got my computer out the way......unfortunately hes only part time now.....THIS PLACE SUCKS NOW!

This company/store absolutely GOUGES you for money, they charged $110 to install a $50 cpu cooler fan.

I went in there and my mac was broken a program was stuck later 2 years later i found out to fix it which was extremely simple just reset your laptop which was very easy. They charge me 150$ Just to reset my laptop.
