So we ordered the 5 wide screen and had it custom cut to 42, when it was put up it was definitely not 5, thats when we went back in to the website thats where we found there note that all screens are 4 shorter than what is listed (why not just mark it at 48?) We got the hog ties they sell for an extra charge, which is just pieces of chain link cut and bent into a triangle shape, since their recommendation was for the stronger ties we could get from them.We reached out about the size discrepancy and they would do nothing for us, so we dealt with it.We live in Las Vegas and we had a crazy windstorm come through about 3 weeks after installation and every hog tie, save for 5 or 6, were ripped right out and the grommets in the screen were ripped out. It was torn and ripped and frayed, so we reached out to Josh again and he never responded to our email with pictures of the damage and ask for assistance, so 10 days later I called and got to speak to Josh, the general manager. He immediately got on the phone and said he could tell from the pics sent when we complained about the size, that it was installed incorrectly.I was floored. My response was why didnt you say anything when we sent the pics originally? Why not, because there was nothing wrong with the way it was installed and he acted like an arrogant a** and refused to help, said he would charge us to mail it back and charge us more to fix his inferior product that couldnt hold up to 50mph winds in the desert. I shared some pretty not nice words with little mister Josh and we ended the call.The product that was up on the fence before this lasted 5+ years without issue, made it through countless windstorms and the only reason it was replaced was due to fading.Steer clear of this company, not customer friendly, poor quality product

I purchased $818.35 of the commercial black with half moon air vents in two orders. First order required @ 2 weeks to arrive. Placed second order on a Friday. Called on Monday to hold and possibly cancel. Legal issue with zoning. Spoke to Manny. He indicated I could call him back at end of week since they are behind. Called Wednesday to cancel. A few minutes Later I was told it shipped today. $47.95 x 2 in shipping plus re-stocking, so It is sitting in storage. I installed first order and observed the half moon cuts lacked hems and were quite frayed. Additionally one of the grommet was mis- stamped and fabric was degrading around it. I wrote and conversed with Josh and Blake. Josh indicated the half moon were made with a hot knife. I spent $150 for these and could have done better in 10 minutes tops. They arrived frayed and also punctured hole next to one of the cuts. My fence is brand new and a clamp was left next to grommet that was damage. I inserted at that location. Josh implied this damage was a result of my installation. A couple of turns on a bolt that has plenty of play smashed the grommet? Really. Well, with the poor craftsmanship, I do not see this product lasting very long. I asked to resolve this prior to post. Never received a reply. Very Un-American.

Screens are very nice and perform as promised. Very happy we got them. If custom ordering size get some guidance from them first on how to measure. Thought i knew how but the fit wasnt what i thought but it was all my fault as they made them exactly as i asked them to.

We were apprehensive due to past negative reviews but those were so far in the past that we took a leap of faith. We needed a solution to enhance/block/change the view between our pool and the neighbors property. We ordered the Designer Screen 211 series Beachfront with Palms, 50ft standard panel plus a custom 18ft to fit the space. It comes with built in grommets but for our purpose, we decided to secure directly to the fence with staples. The screen itself is light enough to allow airflow but dense enough to significantly block visibility and construction feels solid/sturdy. The colors are nice and bright and changed our view from Neighbor Blues to Staycation Resort. We also plan on planting some palms to block the rest of the (vertical) view and finish the look. Not sure how long the screen will last but its a great, inexpensive, instant backyard facelift. Since we ordered in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdowns, I called them to make sure that the order was still a go and they answered the phone immediately and the person that I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful and provided an estimated delivery date which proved to be spot on. Purchased over $500 worth of Natrahedge from this company. Installed it on our backyard fence and had pieces completely melt. Just got off the phone with Josh Alexander, attempting to get some assistance or partial refund, and he blamed us for having a window that is reflecting the sun onto the wall and not reading the Spec sheet (which is not sent out with customer orders). Keep in mind that Josh has NO idea what our home situation is like. He was not helpful and continued to say how it wasn’t his fault and they can’t know where customers will install the hedges. Sure, you are right Josh, but you did NOT provide quality customer service, you did NOT ask questions. You made assumptions and you did not apologize or seek to make it right in even the smallest way. I will not be purchasing from Fence Screen again and I suggest you do not as well, unless you want poor customer service.

Ordered custom-sized Privacy Plus Fence Screens. Product looks good, but grommets were obviously placed by eye, not tape measure--irregularly spaced, and differently-spaced on two identical panels in the same order, making installation a challenge. The zip ties provided broke several times--not heavy duty. So, a qualified recommendation for this product.

Dealt with Manny - I submitted my order late on a Friday night and realized shortly after submitting, that I had compensated for something in the measurements that Fencescreen would have compensated for. Called Monday morning and spoke with Manny, who was very helpful in getting the order adjusted before it went into production. Order took a little longer to ship than I had expected, due to delays related to Covid, but not inordinately long. Received the email when the product shipped, it arrived when it said it would, and when it got here everything was cut exactly to the revised specifications and fit perfectly. Very pleased with the quality and the service.

Buyer Beware!! This company uses misleading wording to make you think you are getting a custom sized fence screen when in actuality it’s their standard size 50ft rolls. We ordered a custom 100 ft fence screen and it came in 2 50ft rolls. We were trying to avoid a seam in our fence. We called immediately to explain the error and they said it’s repeatedly mentioned on their website that all orders will be in 50 ft section. This is completely untrue. Their website is very misleading and deceitful. Also, screen finish is very shiny, which is the last thing I want on my fence. They will only give us a partial refund and now we will have to order from another company with more $$$ out our pocket. I’m really disappointed with this company and I will not order from them again. With customer service so bad, this company won’t last long.

The whole process was really smooth, the pricing was half as expensive as I could find locally, the product was shipped within a week and arrived about a week after that, and the screen itself looked really good and was pretty easy to install. I used the screen for a construction project that is now well advertised and looks really good. I highly recommend FenceScreen for their products.

I ordered slats for my fence. I made sure all the measurements were correct. I made sure to even order extra as a precaution in case installation was an issue. Well I cant install them on my fence. They are textured so they are easier to install but now they dont fit my fence. My fence is 4 ft tall and they claim so are the slats it only covers 3 feet of my fence and looks like garbage when I did try to install them. I spent alot of money on slats and feel I cant return them because there is a restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping too. I feel I was mislead as all the photos and descriptions told me it would fit and the slats would be flat. Disappointed Im out money and still have no resolution.

The FenceScreen product has been a success! We board dogs, and our neighbor behind our fence has six long-horned cattle in his field. When the dogs see the cattle, they bark and bark like crazy. All that does to the cattle is make them curious, and they venture even closer to the fence. We only have one acre of land, so our neighbors houses are rather close to ours. We strive to maintain as much peace and quiet in the neighborhood as we can. The FenceScreen product has definitely helped us with that! The dogs can no longer see the cattle, hence there is very little barking. Hallelujah!

Update: Was finally able to reach someone and they gave me an estimated shipping date. Thank you to the owner for providing me the contact information. Im excited to see what it looks like when it comes and hope its as good as some of the photos Ive seen.I placed an order on May 4th and was charged right away. Ive been calling the numbers listed on the website and a recording plays saying due to covid they are shut down until March 30th. Ok, great its May 12th and I would like to be able to know the status of my order. I dont even know if its shipped yet and there is no way to reach anyone directly....not even an email to any employees. I would gladly change my review if someone could contact me so Im not sitting here wondering and waiting to see if and when my order is even on the way.

I ordered on the phone with this company. They were having issues with there online ordering site. I ordered 20 feet of privacy commercial grade, slates. For my six foot chain link commercial gate. I explained my situation. I was assured it would fit my commercial gate. I received the slates today. I called and let them know they do not fit. I Was informed at first I had to put two in one slot. Turns out that was incorrect. They informed me that the order was incorrect. Its only made for a 2 inch chainlink not a two and a half or 3 inch. I asked about returning it and maybe ordering something else. They informed me I would have to lift up hand carry these to the nearest UPS store and pay the full shipping price. they informed me that it was my mistake for not going to the website and looking instead of ordering from the phone.My family and I have purchased more than $800 worth of privacy screen fencing from this company. But because of this issue and the way they treated us with bad customer service and not standing by their good customers. We will never do business with them again. And after returning these we do not plan on purchasing anymore slates.They were all three rude on Friday .they wanted to just finish up and go home. They did not want to be bothered. their customer support is an f -.Its like the other review said before this one, buyer beware. And we really do mean it buyer beware. I wish I would have read the reviews before I order from this company.

I was really pleased when I opened the screen and saw it on my fence. It arrived quickly. It would be nice if it covered a little thicker because you can still see through a bit but it does look to be of good quality and looks really good. I plan to order more now that I know what to expect. The shipping is the more expensive than I thought it would be compared to other things I have ordered on line that were much bulkier and heavier. I am hoping this will stand up to the Arizona sun.

Ordered 4 rolls of ivy, was charged $37.95 shipping from Southern CA to Northern CA, the order confirmation states Please keep in mind Standard orders take 1-2 days for processing... the tracking number provided for Fedex shipping indicates the order will arrive in 3 weeks in Tampa, FL, I live in Northern California. When I call customer service they indicate the order will be turned around and sent to me in Northern CA, however, 2 days later, the tracking number states the shipment is still on track to Tampa. I call customer service again requesting they send anther shipment directly to me, they refused, I asked for shipping fees waived, they refused, I asked to cancel the order, they refused stating it is already in transit....not to CA but to Florida though....I would advise finding another company, their customer service is poor at best.

I was donating fence covering to the local high school softball team and used their website to place an order.I ordered about 400ft of black, but the website somehow converted the order to green. I did not notice this error on my receipt because I was expecting it in black like I selected.The order arrived in green. When I called to inquire, I was told by Michael that I could ship back the green (at my cost $150) and they would ship out the black. OK, not happy at this point but it is for a good cause.After waiting a couple of days after my return was received by the warehouse, I had to call and inquire why the replacements had not been shipped as promised. Michael told me he would work on it, but I had to provide payment for a third shipment for the corrected order to be shipped. I requested to speak to a manager, and Michael said he would get one.After a few minutes of hold, Lindsay got on the line. Basically told me I screwed up the order and would have to pay the 3rd shipping fee...too bad. She would not acknowledge that there could have been an issue with the website, and I must have screwed up. Manager is on lunch, too bad, so sad...pay up.Poor customer service, and had to pay over $325 for 3x shipping to get what I ordered in the first place. All to donate to a school softball program.Buyer beware, but I wont be doing business with them again.

This is one of many reviews I will be writing for this company. Misleading website, deceitful employees, and an obvious disdain for their customers. Low class company! Shop elsewhere.I should have done my homework before making my purchase. It appears I am not the only one with a terrible experience with them.

I put in an order of fence slats to this company and they informed me that they are back ordered and would not come in for 4-6 months. I told them I would not be ordering the slats from them because I needed them as quickly as possible. They sent me an email asking what they could do to help and earn my business back since I was a repeat customer. I told them since they are now outsourcing their slats from China, I would not be buying from them until they made their product domestically. I received an email from DAVID ALEXANDER, one of their general managers. The email says:Please don’t waste our salesmans time in the future, clearly you are a douche bag!Best,David.After I got the email I called him and he repeatedly called me a douche bag and to never call back there again. He also asked me repeatedly, Who do you know in the slat business? Whos your guy? How do you know we are outsourcing our slats? He seemed very paranoid when asking me these questions. I asked to speak with someone else and he hung up on me. I will continue to try and get a hold of someone from their company. Very unprofessional.

Dont, Dont, Dont order from these rude people. The product is NOT as advertised at all. You can see right through their 200 series screen. Its about 40-50% transparent, and you may as well put clear plastic up. I ordered custom sizes and, of course, theyre non-refundable. The telephone staff is extremely rude, and basically told me to Go To Hell!! Literally, told me to go write all the reviews I wanted. They DO NOT CARE.

Worst service ever!!! Will NOT be using them. Still havent received my order after paying a huge price to get it here. And when I called to check on my order and to change my address since Im moving Alexis hangs up on me and no call back!! This was not a custom order, I just selected what my choices were with the thought of getting it shipped in 1-2 days and arrive to me in 4-5 business days. Was needing this screen for a planned event and now its not even going to be here in time. Very unsatisfied and customer service was awful and rude!! Horrible company .. my screens started ripping slightly after a year ..so I purchased replacements ..the company changed my original sizes .. their explanation is they didnt make one size .. really???I purchased that size from them before ..also their wind vents are nothing but cutting the material .. no finish to them at all ...when I contacted company again they will not return emails etc ..horrible customers service and products are bad!!!
