My 27 year old Ford was dent free until a collision broke my bumper, fascia, grille, headlight trim and ....my heart. Luisa worked up a fair quote but I am retired on a fixed income. She proposed a less expensive alternative. If I sourced the parts, she would paint them, and I would bolt them onto the truck. And since the original truck paint was oxidized, she put a matt coating on the orange paint. Heres the result. Great match, great job, great price, great people. Theres no reason for you to go anywhere else.

First off, Luisa and Rey are amazing and truly made us feel like family. If we could give them 10 stars, we would. They worked with us to come up with a plan to get our 1941 Chevy painted within our budget. All we really wanted was for our car to just be one color, and what we got blew away our expectations. Everything they did went above and beyond, from their customer service, to the quality of their body and paintwork. Our car had rust repairs everywhere, and body filler 3/4 thick. They fixed all these issues and turned it into a car we will be proud to show anywhere. Luisa is a perfectionist and we would recommend RSM Auto Body Express to anyone... just look at the pictures its like looking in a mirror. We couldnt be more pleased and will be back for any of our future projects. I almost forgot, they did all this within a matter of weeks. I didnt even have time to clean my garage. Im sure any other classic car paint shop would have sat on it for months.

When time came to restore the body of my 68 Camaro, I knew it would be difficult finding a body shop willing to take on this magnitude of a project due to a lot of rust and poor previous body work. I decided to go with RSM Auto Body Express after doing some research and talking to them in person. I was hoping to end up with a rust-free car with a good paint job. What I walked out with was a show car, and at a price far less than what I would have paid for a standard job at the other shops. They brought me in to look at the car after every phase, from removing panels & interior, cutting out rust and welding new panels, priming, pin striping and final painting. The level of care for this car was far and above what I would have imagined. Luisa, Rey and the entire team have been nothing but outstanding. They are truly a premiere shop and they care deeply about the cars they take in. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, but especially those with high end or specialty vehicles and restorations.

Auto body express were some of the nicest most professional people to work with. They made me feel right at home and they were attentive to my service needed! They also made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of my exterior install! I stopped by to get a quote to fix my car that was in a minor fender bender. The guy I talked was very nice. He took a look at my car and wrote up a quote to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted done. It only took about 15 minutes and he had the written quote for me. I was very impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. I need 3 quotes to satisfy the guy that hit my car. I believe the insurance is going to fix my car now. If I can I will bring it here to get fixed.

Unfortunately, Ive been in two small accidents over the last 6 months and both have left me without a bumper and severe body damage on both sides of my car. RSM came highly recommended and they did such an amazing job the first time, that I returned immediately. The work is better than any Ive had done ever (and Ive been driving for a few years!). Customer service is exceptional. They know how to work with insurance companies so everything my car truly needed was approved. I figure the best way to thank them is to steer customers here. The price was reasonable and the owners were very nice, but I found a half inch wide and foot long strip of overspray on one of the adjacent plastic panels underneath the car. I was able to scrape it off myself with some acetone and elbow grease. It wasnt a part of the car you would normally notice unless you crouched down, but not taping it off was a corner that was cut. Hopefully none others were.On the other hand, upon very close inspection while doing paint chip repairs, I found that they had filled and touched up some dings in the edge of the door, so that was a nice little bonus.

RSM Auto Body fixed my Audi perfectly. The paint color match was excellent. They worked with my insurance company and handled the claim from start to finish. I’ll I had to do was drop the Car off and give the my AAA claim number and Rey and Luisa did the rest.

The team at RSM Auto Body Express did a great job on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee. We had a damaged door and their pricing was reasonable and they performed as agreed in a very timely manner. We would recommend them to others for body repairs.

Never disappointed!!! I’ve brought my car twice to this location and RSM Auto Body always delivers what they promise! The most resent accident occurred when I noticed the passenger door in the right front side of the car was not closing properly. Upon further inspection I realized there was rocker, wheel and rim damage. I was very worried about the rim damage being that this was a brand new 2019 car, and I did not want to purchase a new rim. RSM Auto Body ensured me they would have the rim reconditioned and the door would be realigned with the rest of the car. My car did take an extra two days, but the managers at RSM auto body express called to give me this information and also took the initiative to call enterprise and extend my rental so that I would not be charged any out of pocket expenses nor covered by my insurances. This is my Auto Body location of choice, amazing customer service, very professional and the cutest little mom and pop shop I’ve been to in a long time!

Rey and his crew did an amazing job on my Tesla. Somebody backed in to the left side and there was a huge dent. Rey and his crew took out the dent and matched the paint perfect! They handle the claim with the insurance from start to finish.

UPDATE.... I was one day away from picking up my Jeep when I wrote this. Boy was I wrong.... Three moment I got the gas pedal I could feel something looseb in the drivetrain. I Made it 100 ft before transfer case went. The smashed my windshield and roof and never told me or asked for my persmission to continue their work. My sunroof was stuck open. There is body filler all over my leather interior. Sanding dust everywhere. and to top it off I just had to spend 2200 at dodge to fix the engine mounts and transfer case that were perfectly fine before the accident that was bad enough to bend the frame. Anyways its way to long to get into but basically sending my car here was a giant mistake thats cost me thousands already and it still shakes so badly on the highway the stealing wheel rips out of my hands. So much for being loyal to a small family owned business. And because I picked them out of the kindness of my heart because they needed the work progressive wont do adamn thing or let me take my vehicle somewhere else................ This was the review I left before....... From the moment my wife and I met the owners we wanted our work done in their shop. Just down to earth good people who also do great work. Their work exceeded our expectations as they went above and beyond what was expected. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I never rate or review but this was one of those times when both personally and professionally a business stood out.
