Morey is 5 STAR Awesome!! I have a 2016 Ford Explorer that needed a new water pump at 108K miles.... Sounds easy right? Not on a 2016 Explorer! My regular mechanic did not even want to touch it and referred me over to the Ford dealer because it literally requires pulling the engine out. Nice strategy FORD. :(.... Any how, you can imagine the quote from the dealer. Morey literally did the job for 1/3 less and he also fixed a few other things while he had access. He saved me hundreds if not thousands with the extras and I have still have my paid off car that will take me another 100K miles, when I literally had been considering trading it in for new... NO THANKS FORD!!So thankful for you Morey.... My car is operating like a dream!!

After going to the dealer every year for service I finally found a place that is quick, professional and trust worthy. They even reached out the next day to ensure service was okay, wow!

These guys saved me! Got an older vehicle and battery was slowly showing lower and lower. Turns out it was my alternator. One minute I’m going 55 down the road and the next I’m coasting into a subdivision. I walked to their place and within 2 to 2.5 hours, they had reached out to a tow company at a great rate, made the diagnostic, and replaced the alternator (even added some oil because I was leaking some). All for a great price and wonderful service. They were polite and communicated well. These are the guys you’re looking for to work on your car!!!

It is not easy to find good and be honest mechanic service . Wherever I went with simple oil change, other places always came up with many issues on my car . OC AutoMedic never did that to me in last 13 years I have been using them on my cars . I have my full trust in them and my old car was 12 years old with almost 200k miles and after they did mayor timing belt, water pump or anything else I had never issues with my car after . Also pricing is very good I directed few of my friend to OC Auto Medic and they confirmed that this place is very affordable.

You have to get your car fixed here! Do not go to the dealership. The Dealership wanted so much money to repair my vehicle. And they did the same job and used the same parts as the dealership and here they charged me way less and they saved me a lot of money. I payed and my car was fixed very quickly over the weekend and I only have one car so they kindly and quickly drove me to my home. Very friendly staff and the owner is a wonderful person!

My experience at OC AutoMedics Auto Repair has always been fantastic. The employees are very nice and their prices are fair. Within a few hours of dropping off my car, I received a call detailing exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They have always been honest, quick and economical. Their estimates have always been less than comparable repair shops, without sacrificing quality. The level of customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Trina is as sweet as can be, kept me updated every step of the way, and the guys turning wrenches did good honest work. I came to them desperate as my Caliber died on me unexpectedly. A new starter motor and a oil change later (cause it was time) I had my car back and running fine. I will be back for any other auto work I need done.

Unbelievable! I have never in my life witnessed such crude, belittling, and unprofessional behavior from ANY business towards their customers in my LIFE. Absolutely 100% unacceptable behavior, they will hold your car hostage, they will charge you more than quoted, they will swear and berate you in front of other staff and customers... it’s mind boggling how this operation is still open. If I could post zero stars or negative stars I would! I feel sorry for anyone who’s had their car serviced here, because they get tricked by all the fake 5 star reviews THEY put up themselves. Hope they’re shut down soon.

The Guys are great, very fair.I had a power steering leak on my daughters car .Steve said hose clamp was loose.So he just tightened it up .He did an inspection and noticed the plastic was cracking on the thermastat and starting to leak a little .He put new thermastat and some new coolant hoses.But he saved my daughter from having a possible breakdown on the road.I have been coming here a few years .and bring all my cars here.Highly recommend these guys .They have found things that have prevented breakdowns.Take your car for oil change, they do a free safety inspection. I have been going to OC AutoMedics for YEARS because they do exceptional work. My entire family (extended included) and all my business vehicles are all brought to Automedics. I have brought all sorts of vehicles over the years to them and they are always very knowledgeable about the vehicles. There isnt any problem or repair they cant fix. They get me in without a problem and make sure to check everything on my cars and trucks, even things I dont ask for without charging me. The team at AutoMedics have done a wonderful job in troubleshooting and maintaining all our vehicles. We have had engine lights come on, brakes need changing, oil changes, light replacements, you name it and they have done the troubleshooting and repairs. Absolutely the fairest and best place you could take your vehicle. Try to find a better place or a better deal. I will continue to be a repeat customer for life BECAUSE you guys take really good care of my family, friends, coworkers and especially me. I really appreciate it! Five Stars!

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever came across. They are a very shady/sketch place. If you want your car to be even worse off then before then this is the place! They “fixed” my car by glueing pieces togethor instead of putting new parts, left missing bolts, wired in things wrong, taped things togethor, and left a dead rat above the engine. They sent me off in a death trap that was smoking and emitting lots of gas into the air.

I had a great experience with this shop. I found them very honest and very resonable. I will go back and will recomend this place to my friends and family.

The guys there had no idea what they were talking about. We took it there to have them check it out since the check engine light came on and they said it may have been the fuel injection system and said they would let us know in about 45 minutes but it took them a day to actually call us. Then they tried pressuring my girlfriend into agreeing to a rediculous amount of work that was not needed and talked down to me like I had no idea what I was doing. They tried to charge her $150 to change the spark plugs and were telling us her 04 Volvo needed the top of the line Bosch spark plugs to work. They also were trying to tell us that the new MAF sensor I had just bought and put in the night before was bad and they needed to charge me to buy a new Bosch one and replace it. I took the car back and changed the spark plugs myself and the light turned off and the code stopped showing up. These guys know so little about car I could do their job better. I will NEVER use this company ever again.

Another horrible experience here. Id like to pre-face this by saying Im a car guy who was pressed for time and a place to do the work so took my car here to get it done. Was originally quoted 225.00 re-surface all rotors and replace the pads which I supplied (factory Nissan part). Also have the coolant and brake fluid changed. I received a call from a worker asking what I was quoted for price from the owner and I re-iterated 225.00. Well I return to pick up my vehicle and they hand me a bill $325.00. I look at the owner and say you quoted me $225.00. The worker who called looks at me and says I thought you said $325.00 Im fuming at this time but leave paying the inflated price. I get home and open the hood and the brake fluid in the reservoir is still dark and dirty. Again Im a car guy who knows how to do this stuff, I crawl under the car and look at the bleed screws on the brake calipers and they have not been touched. These have to be opened at all four calipers to to purge the old fluid and they werent. I doubt they flushed the radiator either but cant tell. So I essentially paid $325.00 for $50.00 of rotor re-surfacing and 100.00 worth of labor. Run as fast as you can from this place.

Had my pinion bearings and the carrier bearings replaced and was way over charged on parts. $700 on parts that cost $130 for the master rebuild kit. $1400 on a $650-$700 repair. What a rip-off!
