WOW. Great service in the pharmacy. The pharmacist Shawdie came out and helped us pick out a over counter medication and Debbie behind the counter was very helpful too. Thank you Rite Aid for empowering your employees to give great customer service.

The pharmacy. Nothing can be done there in less than 30 minutes. The flu shots 1 hour. Prescription minimum 30 minutes.

Don’t waste your time coming here to fill any prescriptions . Rather then just call the doctor who’s number is clearly on the prescriptions the pharmacist here just wanted to give me a hard time. Send me away after dental surgery with no antibiotics. You should be ashamed of yourself.Update: CVS filled the prescriptions in 30 min. Take your business there. And no I’m not going to waste any more of my time calling you or writing you emails. The poor management and even worse attitude of your staff has already wasted enough of it.

I am an excellent customer at this Rite-Aid, not sure if they care enough to lose me, as we do like the service at the Pharmacy very much especially with Steve, the Pharmacist. I do not normally write reviews, however, felt compelled to do this today after my experience at check-out. After purchasing $115.00 in merchandise, as enticed to do so because of discounts, they were not taken at the register. The clerk, Ron, did not ask me for my phone number which you need to input for the discount and complete the sale. He then accused me of taking out my credit card of the machine too early and had the oh, well, too bad attitude as it was way too much trouble to undo the sale. He informed me that everything, which was a lot had to be returned and then re-rung. I agreed to do that as it was worth the $24.00 difference in price to my advantage. I had received a phone call call when Ron first started to ring me up and that is how I know it took 30 minutes, yes 30, to get me out of there. When Ron input all of the sale information very painfully, the totals did not match.After a while, Juan, the manager, came up to once again return everything and figure out the discount so he could give me a credit. If you asked me now, if I am returning to Rite Aid, I would have to say NO as it would have much easier and less expensive to have gone to Target. The whole reason I went to RiteAid in the first place was for convenience and not price. I hope thy get their system straightened out before they, too, decide to close yet another brick & mortar. :((

This store is very tacky when it comes to the workers their not the place Id come to buy my necessaties definitely would not come here for anything period

Local Rite Aid store. Pretty typical store. Kept nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Good part is the Thrifty ice cream 😆

Pharmacist is very rude and treat you like youre doing something wrong. I will never go back and use this pharmacy. Good luck

You dont think about a 24 hour pharmacy until you need one. Last week I needed one.
