The ordering and getting through drive through is quick. Several people taking orders outside. Inside experience is pleasing as well. Very nice and patient people working behind the counter.My one issue. Sometimes the bread isnt as fresh and soft. Maybe they keep it on the grill too long. It doesnt stop me from going. I really like this In-N-Out.

Best burgers of any fast food chain, and even better priced.They checked if we needed anything while we were eating. Then came wiped down the table right after we left. Better service than many table service restaurants. You can’t help but be impressed with how well they run themselves.

Didnt get 5 because the shake cup seems smaller like for real and the meat Pattys seem tinier and couldnt be thinner all good but really thin and super small just barely making it and the flavor is great but even the fries seem portion controlled too I think the prices were raised maybe a while ago Im just noticing and who knows when but its just annoying to pay for 4 burgers and 2 fries and a shake and were doing 30 bucks ? I guess thats a good deal? Had to search for the meat ....it would have stayed warm by the time we got home if it was in a box too . Bread burgers .....

Ive gone here for years and theyve never once gotten my order wrong. Today I had a small payment issue and one of the employees Jenna was so helpful and kind in letting me correct that! All the staff are super friendly here and the food as always is fresh and good. 😊

Would of been a 5 star for food but Adrian was rude I ordered a combo I wanted the drink and I ordered a shake he thought I wanted a shake instead when the other nice guy asked if I wanted a drink I said I did Adrian reached over and slammed a cup down. It wasl embarrassing and rude I didnt even want to take the cup after that but had medicine I needed to take which is why I ordered a combo

You can never go wrong with In-n-Out. Double double animal style (extra sauce & grilled onions) is the way to go! Get my fries well done so they are slightly crispy. Best shakes too and at prices less than most other places.

Went around 2:30. Wasnt too crowded. Masks not required for vaccinated people. Food was quick and good as usual.

Finally visited the infamous In-N-Out Burger joint while visiting California. While not a big fans of fast food, we really like this place. Quick service, tasty burgers with a very special sauce and the milkshakes..... you can’t ask for more if you are out for a quick bite. Can wait for In-N-Out to open location in the East coast.

I noticed no workers wearing masks preparing food and ringing up customers...among a Delta Covid surge!!! Discusting, if i didnt wait so long in line and saw this, i would of turned around and left!! Thought you would of knew better IN AND OUT BURGER!!!

Update: Not one single employee is wearing a mask anymore, not one! And with this new Delta variant out there and no masks makes zero sense! Wont be back! Makes it super uncomfortable to even eat the food now! Just shocking, we havent seen another food place go maskless yet!They always get our order correct and even when there are a million cars in the drive thru we still get in and out under 20 minutes! Love them!

This place is amazing, though getting as expensive as everyone else. Fries are the best, burgers are predictably great, and the chocolate shake was thick and creamy.

I love the burger In N Out offers. The menu is super simple and stays that way. This location, as Ive seen most are, is usually very busy. They do a great job of managing the high flow of traffic, and getting customers through in a timely fashion.

1st time at this location always busy, cars lined up around the building. Food was pretty good, servers behind counter really good attitudes order was fast and accurate.

The lettuce was not fresh. This is the reason I could not give them 5 stars.

Absolutely great burgers and the best freshly cut fries out there. Nice large patio for outdoor dining and a nice big parking lot next to the Ford dealer. This area is family friendly and clean. Great prices to top it off

Best hamburger I have ever tasted.

Their hamburgers as usual are tasty and well made, the french fries however are in many occasions soggy and small, like crumbs or bottom remnants. This site in particular is always busy so expect long drive thru times.

I mean, what more do I need to say? Its In-n-out. Their meat comes from God, their buns are toasted to perfection, and their service is the best around! There is a reason there is always a long line for their drive through. Great food for a great price. In-N-Out will be in heaven, right next to Chick-fil-A.

In and out is my favorite burger place of all time. I moved to Colorado recently and always eat here at least once whenever I come back to California. Can’t wait for them to come to Colorado. I keep hearing its coming soon to Colorado Springs. I will gladly drive the hour to get my fix. Also I love that the company is so involved in giving back to the communities and various charities.

Service is awesome! I was going through the drive thru and had to park to take a call. When I was done and trying to get back in line, their team member recommended I order from inside to save time. There was no line inside and her recommendation saved me at least 10 minutes of sitting in my car! Food was great as always!

Love In n Out. Love their burgers. Love that the have a protein style cheeseburger, animal fries (so good) and you can even ask for triple triple cheeseburgers. Employers are always very willing to help and are very friendly. It’s one of my kids favorite places to get cheeseburgers.

The menu only has a few items but thats what makes burger chains like these successful. Ive paid $15.00 dollars for a burger in fancier burger chains in Los Angeles and I havent enjoyed them, like I do at In N Out!

Ok to be fair I am from Pennsylvania, I always have seen this place on YouTube. My first bite was worth it only down fall is not having one local to my area. Its worth a stop.

There are probably 5 things in life that I truly love and that make me happy and In-N-Out is number three. But, number one is family and number two is friends and I can enjoy both of them at In-N-Out with a tasty burger in my hand. The burgers always taste fresh and I love how the patties are thin enough so that you can have a double-double and not feel like you just ate half a cow. Everything is always hot and flavorful, my ideal order is a #1 with grilled onions and a Neapolitan shake. The staff at this location is excellent and always friendly, this is why In-N-Out is so successful, because they put a lot of pride into the people and place that they present to their customers. This In-N-Out completes the three traits of a great restaurant: great food, great service, and great presentation. Keep up the good work!!

The food is excellent for what you pay for it. Perfect takeout meal for minimal hassle. The drive through can get long in the evenings, but other than that, service is great!

I know many people like it, but tried enormous times, not a fan. Everything is too salty, buns are too thick and the animal fries is a good way to increase the cardiovascular insurance. They are pretty much the same deal as McD.
