Easy to order online. Have ordered multiple times from them and arrangements are always gorgeous.

I uploaded photos so you can compare what was ordered vs. what was actually delivered. Same type of flowers? Sure, but you cant tell me it looks anything like what was advertised. Color matters and what was delivered looks like a batch of left-overs. The website was easy to use and I liked getting delivery confirmation -- but I wont be ordering again for my family that lives in RSM.

I traveled from Texas to California to attend my best friend, wife funeral. Was delivered when promised and very pretty. The arrangement received was quite sparse compared to the picture shown. Adding something to the picture stating that the deluxe option was pictured or something would have helped. I would have upgraded my purchase to higher amount to know I got what was pictured. Other than that it was great. The recipient love them and that was why they were sent. Thank you!

Delivery was on time and they followed the instructions. I got this bouquet for my mom for Mothers Day and she adored it. She said it was one of the most beautiful bouquets shes received. Its hard finding good floral companies since I live out of state from her and cant see them myself, but I think I found my new go-to place for all my floral gift needs in California.

I ended up getting a fresh-cut flower arrangement in a unique pot that was completely different than what I had originally planned on. Very disappointed with service. Had a memorial for my 25 yr old niece. Asked for green and purple balloons and to be at the church by 1:00. They arrived as we were starting the service at 2 and the balloons were green and blue. I called to say I was very disappointed. I thought Janal would at least take off half the price of the blue balloons. But no. So I spent $62 for the wrong balloons and they were late. I very disappointed with this florist.
