Badly organized for expensive store, was trying to buy wine so waiting at self checkout with 1 item just to let the guy show up an tell me to stand in this long line. Like he could not verify? Why then even have that person working there instead let me scan my ID :( Almost left the store. Next time trader jeo for sure. Way better organized better products and prices!

Great store, similar to Albertsons. Sometimes theyre out of a lot of things, but for the most part, theres usually something to substitute with if needed. Great selection of products.

Good, solid consistent experience at Pavilions. I dont go anywhere else for my meat. Great deli selections and side dishes plus their fried chicken is very good. Produce sections isnt the best for California standards, just ok. Wine section is well curated and the bakery seems to be at 20% capacity. Its sad to see such a beautiful pizza over not being utilized. I wish they turn this section around.

I love this store! The staff is awesome. But what I think is awful is they are very relaxed about their mask policy. If someone doesn’t wear a mask they don’t do a thing about it! I blame the relaxed attitude of the management. I have asked management their policy and they will provide a mask if someone isn’t wearing one. They have told me they won’t press the issue if they refuse!🧐. The local Trader Joe’s in RSM and the Pavilion’s on Oso is very struck and won’t allow any excuses. I think this is outrageous and I will take my business elsewhere.

Came in to the bakery to buy sandwich rolls but there was a fly inside the glass shelves, so I asked the employee Gabe if he could make fresh rolls and he was very rude, argumentative and lazy. Also, he is extremely unprofessional. What a horrible experience!

The electric scooters were charged and in good working condition for my mom who just had surgery. Everyone was so helpful reaching for things for us!

Just ran in to use the restroom. The very nice person at the flower counter directed me there. It was a good experience. I normally shop at Pavilions in Newport Coast so I am sure this one is similar.

I really like this place, but the workers in the meat counter can be Jerks. I go here for convenience, but I find the other Pavilions have nicer people.

The Bucher the cheese and the deli all were very nice. The cashier and courtesy clerk too! Love shopping here!

I shop here often because they gave a good selection of fresh produce. I also like the quality of the meat and seafood. They offer sale items every week in the newspaper advertisement. This store in convenient because it is close to home. I like the staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Pavilions in RSM is one of the best markets south OC. They have high end liquor department, sushi and many other specialities.

Ive been here a few times and they definitely cater to the Coto residents first and foremost. Not a lot of solid food staples for those who like to cook. Forget about buying in bulk here, just go to Costco. They have more variety in frozen pizzas than fresh vegetables.

Its always a pleasant experience when I come to this location. Layout is great, I almost always find what Im looking for whether for my gig work and definitely for personal things like foodstuffs and ingredients to experiment with for cooking.Staff is friendly, sanitation is not found wanting here and I would recommend

Pavilions in RSM is amazing! What really makes it amazing R the people working there. They R so dedicated 2 serving you that it makes the experience so much more spectacular. Always ready 2 serve. We can not thank them enough! At This Vons we especially like their produce and fresh deli. Bar none the best quality ever. Good store with a layout that takes some getting used to. Large selection of items and a friendly staff. Pricing is higher than at competitors, but the experience is nice. Overall, a nice place to shop.

Has a real good butcher section. Little high on price but higher quality meat than average grocery store. Good selection of organic veggies. Real good wine section but pricey as usual at a grocery store, but great selections. Just know that youre going to spend a little bit more when you come here but youre going to end up with some good stuff.

My family of 7 has been shopping at this location for over a decade. We go there at least one a week. There is a manager there, I believe her name is Courtney. And last week as my family and I were walking out I noticed she was yelling at her employees and even heard her say “mental heath issues are not real.” My family and I will no longer be supporting this pavilions until there is a manger who treats the employees with love, compassion and respect. No manager should ever make their own employees feel worthless.In addition, to all of that (as if it wasn’t enough) I hear her complaining about the employees uniforms, which follow guidelines from what I have seen. The manger should provide the uniforms for employees who live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford the fancy nice clothing the manager wants. Especially, while they are working hard during a global pandemic.

Pavilions the best service, friendliest, quality, selection, of any supermarket.Im in hog heaven especially tonight where I had a 27% discount on the over all shopping.Please dont count Pavilions out because you might think they have high prices sometimes they have the stuff you actually need and want on sale and they always have the selection that is not found anywhere else because they carry high end quality products.Come and become a part of the Pavilion family.

I went in my favorite store to get flowers for a friend. The gal seemed more interested in making sure I bought the decorated pot that I wanted . She wasnt helpful at all, actually on the rude side. Disappointed in the floral department. Management needs to send her to customer training courses. But I LOVE LOVE Pavilions! Especially Cathy!

Excellent pharmacy and florist. I am not a fan of grocery store. They have changed from carrying many food items to about 1/4 to 1/3 liquor market. They do have lots of fresh vegetables and fruits but are expensive. Check Tuesday papers for sales. Otherwise just too much dough!

Every time I go they are out of the food i buy, the people on break are outside by baskin robbins smoking and vapping smells horrible and you can smell it when they are working ontheir clothes yuck . Im not going back

Currently under some renovation as of this review, the new layout is very appealing. They have expanded their wine collection extensively including a climate controlled room for higher-end products. There is also a new focus on fresh produce. A juice bar and possible salad bar are currently under construction.

Everyone has poor hygiene

A very clean, upscale grocery store. They give each kid a fruit at the entrance which is so nice. Its something small, but very thoughtful. Every aisle is clean and well stocked.

I ordered doordash at 10am, 1 pho bowl and 1 poke bowl(they come from the same department). 30 minutes later my driver calls me and said he arrived at pavillions and the customer service guy barely speaks english but speaks enough to say the order will be over 1 hour to make. Door dash guy calls me to apologize and instructs me to cancel the order lol.

Now that the place is remodeled its very nice. All the employees are so friendly and very helpful. The night manager Sisi is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. If she was any sweeter Id get a cavity! Great grocery store!

Very clean and well stocked store. Friendly staff, and prices arent outrageous when compared to the quality. Great house brand items and large selection of organic, natural, and gourmet items.This location has a pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Boars Head deli, fresh bakery, US Bank, USDA choice and Prime butcher block, Santa Monica Seafood, customer service desk, and they are putting in a juice bar.

I love shopping at Pavilions. Today I picked up three deli salads, guacamole, mango salsa and tortilla chips.. food was so fresh and tasty... all for the great price of 40 dollars :)

Pavillons has some beautiful produce. They always have tons of selections and a wide array of wine. This is my go to spot when Im running and dont have much time. The lines are always pretty short and I love that they have a express lane. I also love that they have a Starbucks in the store, so you can place your order o the mobile app when shopping and get it when yourre done. The floral dept is also very nice with some beautiful flowers and lovely roses.

A little over priced. The patrons arent very friendly but the staff usually is. They have very nice produce with a lot of variety. The Kombucha on tap is delicious and a very welcome addition. They have a lot of gluten free items which is very nice to see.

With the renovations recently done to this pavilions, the entire store is now one half quick deli with options ranging from sandwiches, to pizza, to even pho or stir fry. Its my go to for a quick and cheap lunch if I forget to bring my own.As for the grocery store aspect, its a grocery store.

Getting to be a joke after 23 plus years of shopping here they dont have products on the shelves that are in there current adds they say sorry have a nice day and walk away ??? For 22 years they would say please take this product in place of the one we are out of and were sorry for the inconvenience 2020 customer service here is DEAD !!!

First time in to Pavilion since the remodel. Heard the bakery and prepared food options were incredible. Went in for a birthday cupcake but will return for other items. Impressive.

Your cashier, Carol, is outstanding. Always asks how we are. She is always friendly and smiling no matter how busy it is. We always try to get in her line.

I like their meat department. The butchers are always helpful and friendly. The store seems to be always clean and ordered. Produce is of good quality and if you buy produce or fruit that is bad or not up to your liking they will refund the cost no problem.
