Employees were very polite and very helpful. Everything was clean. Plant healthy. Ive purchased 2 gardenias that are just beautiful. Im from out of state I was very impressed. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot. Thank you for your kindness!

This location never has products in stock that the app states are available for pick up. The associates although polite aren’t the most willing to see if products are available in the over head bays. I would recommend traveling a little further and shopping at a different location if you must purchase from Home Depot.

Home Depot has the worst customer service at both Reisterstown Road and Randallstown stores. The employees that are not busy helping other customers and that are sitting behind the desk will tell you anything, wont research the item or anything. I wanted to purchase a freezer and the website said its in stock but the lady tells me its in the back and they wont bring it out until 7pm tonight or in the morning, but Im there with cash ready to purchase the item but I cant because they wont bring it out on the floor.

The tool rental section has serious problems it seems from other reviews and I can see why. I had my son pick up a drain auger machine and it was disgusting. It leaked sewage gunk in his car when he loaded it. When he returned it after washing it out cleaner than he received it, they charged him a 50 dollar cleaning fee. Another time I rented a concrete saw and got a hefty surprise blade usage fee that was not listed on the website. I will be giving my money to an actual tool rental business from now on. It is worth the extra drive.

Very slow service at the Randallstown location. I needed some wood cut. I asked an employee to call someone and she did. Nobody showed up. I live in Randallstown and like to shop in my own neighborhood but I have to go elsewhere for good customer service. Probably the Owings Mills location.

Their Curbside Pickup system has never worked for me. Although I have used other business Curbside Pickups during the shutdown with good results. Home Depot is a problem each time. The saving grace are the very helpful staff I flagged down on the parking lot. Without hesitation, they provided great customer service. All in all, I got the product I ordered. it just took some stress I would like 2 avoid.

On 20 Aug 2021, to buy a few items for a small project i was intended to do over the weekend. I just unable to move forward, but fortunately this home Depot always have great employees, always ready to help, thats when I met Mr ROC, he really went above and beyond to help me thought out the whole time I was there. He was very patient with me. Hes courteous, excellent persona, and hes instrumental to the success of this store. I dont live in Randawlstown, but from henceforth, this is my store because of the excellent service Ive received there, particularly from Mr. ROC.

I went to 2 locations this evening with less than stellar results. When I rolled into this location I came across James helping someone else, I asked for assistance. He went above and beyond to help me. After we were all done I overheard someone talking to him and it turns out he was the store manager.I was blown away at his amazing attitude and honest concern about my ladder 🪜 dilemma.The Liberty Road Home Depot is my new go to.

Home Depot needs to get employees who are a little knowledgeable engaged and willing to work. I went up to employee rep for assistance with a product. I asked if they had the product in stock because i couldnt locate it, and she stated, believe it or not I DONT KNOW . What manner of people are they hiring at Home Depot ??? This is not the way to gain nor maintain customers or good relations. I had to go and search for the product again myself and i found it. The one i presented to the lazy employee, to inquire if it was the one i sought, was wrong. I found the right one however, on my own. Im thinking about just going to Loews for the items i need in the future. This is actually an ongoing problem with Home Depot.

Pro guy that been there for awhile with the glasses when renting my tool was cool deserves a rise. He made my day this is a cold world its hard to make me smile

I visited the Home Depot today and Mr. Parish and Mr. Yellikay were very helpful and they helped me load 40 sheets of plywood on my truck. They were very kind and courteous. I am a roofing contractor with a bad back and they were very helpful and respectful. I also wanted to thank Kathryn at Contractor check out . She was very courteous and kind . I would definitely recommend this store to all my coworkers and friends.

Customer service needs serious improvement! The answer should never be I dont know or I dont work in this department. If you dont know the answer find someone who does and dont leave the customer until you ensure theyre being helped appropriately.

I was at this store yesterday to purchase paint. There was no staff person around at all with three customers in line. After 10 minutes, the first customer contacted customer service to have an employee paged for assistance. Another 5 minutes passed and no employee appeared. I asked one of the employees at checkout to contact the manager for me. Which he did, but the manager /Mr. James said, I am busy and it may take me a while to come over and speak to you. And it is important to note, he never asked why I wanted to speak him - which speak volumes to how the store is managed. I decided to go to the Home Depot in Owing Mills. The service in the paint department was outstanding. There were 3 employees willing and ready to assist me with my painting needs.

I buy in many stores and surely I can say that this store is the worst in attention and know how to attend to the public in the Painting Department I do not know the other department but in the Painting Department the staff they have there are good people I saw people But from the work they do, they have no idea and all this is the fault of who hires them who trains them should be more responsible and better train people to carry out the work

That Mexican manager is really unprofessional and employees tell me she is not pleasant to work with. Should really be evaluated. I see why she can’t keep workers in the store. Multiple departments say she is the worst

Ashley and Dillian in flooring department are awesome people!!!!! They hooked me up a few days ago with a nice slice of carpet. Worth driving the extra miles for this home Depot. If you need service in flooring make sure you ask for Ashley or Dillian.They should definitely get a raise;)

Waited for.a half hour to get a propane tank then manager come and.say oh we dont have anymore. No we cant get to them the cage broke..smh just.refund me my money plz so I can go to another home depot

The Liberty rd location is clean, very well stocked and provides very good customer service. They follow covid19 protocol which makes me feel safe to shop there.

I came in needing help and I left with a new favorite hardware store. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely man who helped me with all my questions about insulation but he made sure no questions were left unanswered. After I checked out I was also assisted by a young man named Al in loading all my materials. 10/10 store this will be my new go to.

I went in to get help for vinyl flooring. Two employees are standing with a customer. I ask one of the ladys if both employees were helping the customer. She just looked at me. So i asked if she could find someone to help me if you cant bc clearly she didnt want to help me. She flagged another employee to help. This employee wasnt even from the flooring department! Then she walked off, completely out of the flooring department. The new employee comes to help and i tell her what i need. She said, oh, i didnt know what your talking about, i dont work in this department! Too bad i didnt read the name tag but to the little short unprofessional lady employee with the glasses wearing the ugly napkin cloth pants that was standing next to the employee in the flooring department with blonde braids, THANK YOU FOR FN NOTHING.

Since weve been confined to the house due to the pandemic, thought to fix uo a few things in the house. Been hwre numerous time in the past 2 months either for pickup or go in to grab something. Nice and friendly stafd ready to offer assistance (paint area, floors, wood/hardware area thus far). Plan to stop by today to geab a couple items for my countertops.

Using the app in store really helps you navigate the stores. This store is easy in and out, however, their stock isnt always as big as larger stores. Still my favorite to shop. Look before you go. Staff is nice. Store is clean.

Went there to return something and find shelving.Return went smoothly.But finding the shelving was a nightmare. Their system showed that what I was looking for was in stock but they didnt seem to have it. The gentleman who was helping me kept trying to push other things onto me.

Purchased a display model at the Owings Mill store got it home and it was missing a piece. Went back to Owings Mill where they pretty much said not our problems. Stopped at the Randallstown store, spoke to manager Brad and eventhough I did not purchase it from them he want above and beyond to find a resolution.

Service is average. You will always have to hunt for employees if you have a question about products.

A good supply store if you need Paint Plumbing carpentry whatever to make repairs to your home for your business they are pretty helpful to if you need to find some items it is in a great location.

Walked in location and no one said hello lol. Traffic was slow. There were plenty of employees standing around looking me in my face but no spoke or asked if I needed help. Smh. And they are allowing folks to walk around with their mask down on chin..lazy vibes at this location

Online said that store had limited stock of the item I wanted. I called before I went there, the answering service said there was limited stock available. I get to the store cannot find the item anywhere, after 20 minutes or more I finally get someone to help me, Only to tell me that they have any in stock

Integration with online inventory is great feature. I had a little difficulty locating one item, but staff was very responsive and helpful.

Store had what I needed check out went quicker because we used self checkout. Only one cash register was open which is not good.

I almost always find what I need, the staff is pretty helpful when it comes to the location of products. I recently went to get a particular color paint and the girl in that department was able to mix the paints to produce exactly what I needed. I would have submitted a 5 star rating but the ground staff, though helpful, could smile or at least not leave me with the feeling that Im bothering them or something, the cashiers are pretty friendly though.

I will not be back here. I only gave 1 star bc I had to. One positive, the white guy in lumber was kind, patient, and professional. For the rest of the store(exaggerating) throw it all away. I waited over 15 minutes to tie my car. I asked 4 times for help and called in. There were several other people waiting as well. When you look at an employee(4), they look off like not to be bothered. Absolute worst customer service or lack there of. Who wants to be out in this mess and deal with nasty people. If I didnt really need what i purchased or had already bought it, i wouldve left. Thank you to rodney who did finally show up and assist. Theres far too much going on in our country to be that nasty in a Home Depot. #DisappointedInPeople

First time I was able to walk in the Home Depot get what I wanted and leave. So it was a good experience for a change.

The people that I encountered didnt seem to want to help me. The ladies that I asked for help seemed to prioritize more towards their personal conversations than helping us find what we came there for. The exact reason why I prefer online shopping. They had me to wait for another young man who they said was training and already helping someone.

Huge assortment of hardware, tools, Lumber, plumbing supplies, outdoor yard items, all sorts of stuff its just got everything that you could possibly expect in a store like this. The prices are reasonable but the very best part of this places to staff. Having so much stuff Under One Roof could be a little bit overwhelming for somebody like me who doesnt visit all that often so its really great to have a knowledgeable friendly person in the store to guide me to the things I need. Thats what I get at Home Depot great service great people great Goods good prices. This one has got a lot of parking and is conveniently located in Randallstown for me.
