Diamonte and Deshawn Showed great customer service 5 star service all around

I was on my way to church today when I went out to my car to find a flat tire. But Deshawn at Mr Tire came to the rescue. I felt bad for him as he was working alone . He did apologize up front and promised to get all 3 customers done before noon as we were lined up outside when he opened at 9am. Well not only did he get us out within an hour he did it with a smile.

Hate the service at Randallstown 😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾Still haven’t received word from them about the screws to my oil pan cover... 7 months later WORST PLACE EVER

I needed work on my GMC with no appointment. Diamonte informed me he could not make any guarantees but insured me he would try his best. Needless to say he made it happen. Him and all other associates I meet were polite with great personalities. I will definitely be back for any work I can not do.

Came into this location in need of a last minute tire. Diamante Evans was very kind and very helpful in finding me a good tire for a good price and was quick to do the services needed. I will definitely be coming here for oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

I was driving from out of town on I-695 and my car was acting funny so I pulled off an exit and couldnt find a place that would look at my car. Had to spend the night in a hotel and then finally found Mr. Tire after trying 6 other places that couldnt see me. Im very happy they could fit me in and fixed me right up. The guy at the desk (Diamonte) and the mechanic were extremely helpful. I didnt think a place called Mr. Tire would work on my engine but they got me fixed up and on my way.

Mr. Tire was lifer saver for me today. I was on Liberty Rd and caught a flat so I stopped in to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately for me the hole was in my sidewall and it could not be repaired. I needed a new tire and the manager Diamanté recommended a good tire at a reasonable price. They got it in and out within a hour even though it was very busy when I went in. I will probably return very soon to get the other three tires replaced because they are almost worn down the the tree depth to be replaced as well.

Original review changed due to an apology for not getting the service asked for and the poor attitude given as well. Not happy about time wasted and spent out of my day. The manager wasn’t nice due to being short staffed and having a lot going on which shouldn’t have been taken out on his patrons. After 3 trips to the store everything was corrected and a sincere apology given and ownership taken.

The gentleman Diamonte is very kind and caring. He has great customer service and he is very delightful. He makes sure that you are aware of the services that are being done to your car. Overall everyone that works at this facility is very kind and nice.

I had an emergency tire replacement situation to deal with, where I had the new tire and needed to have it mounted onto the rim where the slowly-leaking tire was currently mounted.I arrived at the opening of the store, at 08:00am EST, and was greeted by the store manager, Diamante Evans, and one of his technicians. Diamante processed my vehicle into his system and provided an accurate estimate of price and time to perform the work.Estimates were spot-on with no surprises at time of checkout. Because of a current promotion, I was provided discounts I was not previously aware of, one of which no-cost tire disposal.Diamante was helpful and a very pleasant human to do interact and transact business with.Ill be back.(Ive included a photo of the tire I had installed. Its a beautiful,round tire and rolls much nicer than the leaky tire it replaced.)

When there’s a mistake made they always work to make it right. Deshaun, the assistant store manager and Diamonte the store manager, are both extremely helpful and professional no matter the circumstances or issue. 100% recommend.

Great service and awesome staff! There was an issue with invoice where they forgot to install one of the TPMS. They were able to correct the bill and make adjustments that reflected the changes.

Went to Mr. Tire on 8704 Liberty Rd Randallstown Md location. Was told the car would be ready in 10 minutes for a 9:00 appointment. At 10:20 the car was finally ready, 20 minutes after I arrived. Driving to work next day the low tire pressure message comes up. Get home to check tires and one locking lug nut is missing. Never again will I go there.

Mr. Diamonte was simply the best. His knowledge, skills & abilities are outstanding. This is where I’ll be bringing my car for service from now on.

This location was quick, despite being busy. They inspected my vehicle and gave a couple options for repair. The manager, Diamonte, was easy to work with and answered any questions I had. I just moved to this neighborhood, but Ill be bringing my Jeep here for all service from here on out.

Used to be really great but newer management will ruin your experience and treat you poorly after you question upcharges on your bill that you didn’t authorize or ask for...avoid this location.

Had to come back twice after my initial online appointment because they were never prepared. On the third try I waited over an hour past when they said my vehicle would be finished. Ill never be back here.

I came into Mr.Tires on Friday 6/19/2020 and spoke with Diamonte on going over some pricing and different kinds of tires that would be best for my car. I had went to other places to do the same but here I felt great with leaving my car with them! He was very patient and informative on what would be suitable I told him I wanted good tires all new for all seasons for all 4 of my tires we went over everything and we set the appointment for me to come in Today, Monday 6/22/2020 I dropped my car off with him again and he was just as pleasant as the time before ! I left my car there got a call a couple hrs later from him saying my car was done ! I would def recommend this place to anyone ! Works fast and a very comfortable place to leave your babies 😂 well that’s what I call my car! I appreciate you guys! Thanks again !

Good shop, but can be very busy, so always schedule your appointment in advance. You may still not get it done then either. Location is in a really bad spot. Too close to the main road making getting out after the service extremely difficult. Not enough parking, since it shares its lot with another store. Staff is friendly, but store could use a larger location to accommodate the customers with the inventory that is scattered throughout the shop. They will keep you updated on your vehicle, but you dont need to have the work done.

This was the worst experience I’ve had from a Mr Tire location. Andrew lied about the prices for the oil change service. I’ve been going to this particular Mr tire for all my oil chicory $49, he quoted me $79. NEVER AGAIN
