Called to get the price of a product and was told that they dont quote prices over the phone. Which to me makes no sense. How do you know how much its going to be before you go into the store unless you call and ask.

Ayanna was fabulous, I came in with the worst haircut ever. She was so professional and caring. She fitted me with the most beautiful wig. It is the most beautiful and shiny Amber colored straight hair..it has bangs which I can easily wisp aside. She also introduced me to makeup that suits me! Thank you Ayanna for making me look beautiful again. I would like to add that I revisited the store a month later to buy a new wig. Right away, a brand new girl asked me for a dollar up front for the cap I needed to try on a wig. That was a real turn off, is the store that.desperate that they need a dollar up front? That really ruined the visit. She didnt find wigs to flatter my face. She was just bracing for the sale. I truly believe that hustling for a dollar up front is bad business. Boy, did I need Ayanna that day. I truly hope that the owner reads this and gets rid of this dollar policy, because I will never return there again and neither will other people regarding this issue. Note to owner, lose the dollar policy as it is a turn off. Are you so desperate for money, really.
