Sarah was so friendly and accommodating. My phone shattered and l was having a terrible time trying to acquire my passcode to file an insurance claim. She remained calmed and explained other options to me. Well, because of Sarah going the extra mile and having great customer service and knowledge, l am the proud new owner of a brand new cell phone. I had my phone stolen and had to use Google find my device and put on a pin and for some reason the pin was reset else where and I could not for the life of me get into my phone. Already stressed and frustrated I called Sarah and she told me to come on in and she would try and help me unlock my phone and if she was unable to would be no charge. After 25 minutes or so she worked her magic and unlocked it for me!! I am literally only going to come to this location. Ask for for Sarah she really is amazing! Great customer service! Very clean store. I highly recommend this store!!

If they could receive 0 stars thats what I would give. So I called in to find out the price of a phone. You asked in my eligible for an upgrade I tell you that I am you tell me that the phone I am asking for is $149 plus an additional $25 setup fee plus taxes. Im like okay thats fine but if I bought the phone myself and set up the phone myself how much would it cost in the phone will be $199 plus taxes. Now you are telling me that it cost me more to purchase the phone and put it together and set it up myself. I have never heard of such. They then go into stating that I will be paying full price for the phone. On the Boost website the phone is only worth 110 bucks. So you are already overcharging people in store. Buyers beware when going to this establishment. The online Boost Mobile is the way to go. Ive been a customer for over 10 years.
