Waited over 40 minutes to get food. Only reason it didnt take longer is because someone else stepped in to complete my order. Several people walked away and werent willing to wait even though they already paid for food. Worker back there was extremely slow on purpose. Would cook things separately for one sandwich. Had to be told multiple times by customers not to put the wrong ingredient on. Not sure if he was purposely this bad in an effort to get fired. Many people wont be coming back to this royal farms because of the service.

Drove a bit out of my way to come here and get gas and use the air compressor to put air in my low tire. Compressor was out of order. No sign up or anything. Just not working. I guess since its free they feel no need to maintain it.

There were two people in front of me who ordered food. It took 20 minutes to make a sandwich. A very simple breakfast sandwich. I told the lady not to even bother toasting my sandwich because she was taking too long to make it. This service is completely unacceptable.

It’s really a shame how the standards of work ethic has changed. I went into the store to buy some chicken. I look through the case and the chicken looked old. It took the employee about 10 minutes to say anything, He look liked he had a long day and there wasn’t a smile . I asked if he could drop some fries and he said he didn’t have any fresh fries. He walked of mumbling like he didn’t hear me. Another employee came back and he said it will take 10 minutes for fries, Both employees had on dirty shirts I don’t mean like maybe something spilled because accidents happened, The shirts and appearance was gross and not presentable at all, I didn’t want to spend my money on old chicken or fries that’s look like they were from 2 days ago.

They had no crab and go breakfast an it was only 8 o clock in the mourning. The had sandwiches that look past there date and they morster in them

Worst royal farms Ive seen..Not clean ..Coffe is old .And chicken was horrible.Too much salty and old .. it was very hard..Looks like the chicken have been out for months

I ordered a scraple egg and cheese on a waffle. And the person making the food out the scrapple in the microwave I mentioned to him that it will make the scrapple soft he told me that he was making the sandwich pretty much told me to shut up and mind my buisiness. Well the sandwich was not edible and I was in to be of a hurry to get my money back. But people making food should be trained how to make a good sandwich. This guy should be givingn a broom 6/13/22 1105am.

This is a great Convenience store. I also liked the way their chicken & Macaroni & Cheese tasted. I like Royal Farms. It is a great place.

The air machine is constantly broke. The employees who prepare the food all act like they are slow in the mind. They never ever have chicken wings and the chicken they do have is always overseasoned.

I came in about 10:30 PM on a Sunday to order chicken. There wasnt anyone to serve the food. The manager stated she was temporarily shutting down food service until the next shift arrived, which should be another 15 mins. As the manager I expected her to select another employee to serve, but she did not. Several people were turned away from getting food. This is a perfect example of very poor customer service!

Was excited to see a new station in the area, but I was disappointed very quickly the chicken tasted stall and the employees were really slow.

County ghetto store, the employees at like they just dont want to be there, they act like they are slow in the mind, especially the old black guy working behind the food counter. The girl working behind there was no better, the cashier rather be on his phone then wait on customers. Sad is what it is.

Chicken is always fabulous!! Sides are not. Best to go at a busy time to get fresh sides. Rolls have been stale every time I have gotten meals. Employees behind food counter are really unpleasant, and really dont care about service.Place was great when they first opened, but they have not kept the bar high.

Typically I only come to this place for gas using my ROFO card so that I dont have to go inside. Ive been inside a few time for the deals on chicken, wedges ( which always have to be made when I go) sub specials, or Eclair ice cream thats priced at .99 cent and ring up at 1.19 before tax. Employees act like they dont want to correct anything or greet ppl. On 3-14-2020 went in to order food, cashier #6 was very rude, did not greet me before or after I greeted her. The soda that I picked up while waiting for the line at the register to go down was thrown into bags. Also each question that I asked pertaining to merchandise and using my ROFO card, her reply was I DONT KNOW. I left my ROFO card at home and wanted to use my phone number to pay since its all connected to my account, however she was not knowledgeable on how I could do this, manager must wasnt able to help either. I typed in my phone number on the keypad and she assured me that I cannot do that although its been done before and j was able to get a free small potato wedge. Paid for my order, went to the food bar and talked to the manager who might have cared but not too sure, gave 2 stars since she did apologize to me. Chicken was hard and wild, both strips and drumsticks. The SIDS that I purchased was busted since she threw it in bags. Highly unsatisfied.

Someone stole my debit card and used it to rack up purchases at this location. Pretty sure cashiers are supposed to check for ID to prevent that sort of thing, but clearly not here...Pro tip: if youre forced to visit this location, stick with cash, folks.

The first time I ordered food there it made me sick. I only go for gas. Went in on Christmas to pay for gas cashier acted like he didnt wanna be there. Didnt speak had a straight stone face. I hate places with poor customer service.

This is a good Royal farms for the area, gas prices are reasonable here compare to the other surrounding gas stations. Food is decent it depends on how long much of the chicken is sitting in the tray, you can get it hot or warm but still tasty. Overall the store is medium-sized you can get anything you need here.UPDATE 10/20/2018This Royal farms is only good for gas in my car. Customers service skills are lacking here, the free air machine for your car tires seems to be Out of Order alot.

I love nearby and they play the music loud day and night. I have called several times to request it be turned down. I recently spoke with Sam a manager to make the same request next time I will be contacting the police and The corporate office.

This is the worst place Ive ever tried to get food. Tried several times and each time has been worse than the last. The employees are leaps and bounds above ignorant, rude and incompetent. For a place with world famous chicken they sure never seem to have any. The start of the dinner rush and they have no chicken. And no one seems bothered enough to start making any either. Ordered family size sides and they give me these tiny little cups that arnt even a quarter of the way filled. Literally 3-4 tablespoons full and to top that off, once I got home with the bite sized sides we realized they were past their use by dates. When I tried to remedy the obvious mistake I was told they dont have large sides. I would have complained to the manager but since there was a line of people waiting to complain and she was on the phone with someone else complaining I figured it was futile. Left angry, ripped off, and hungry

Paid my sandwich at 3:12pm and after 15 minutes waiting the employee haven’t even started making it. He served more than 10’orders from people that paid after me. When I asked for a refund at register they told me can’t give me one since I didn’t have a receipt. Register girl didn’t it it inside the bag, only the order number. So I loose 15 minutes and my money. And no sandwich. Never coming back to this place. Employees sitting outside talking and laughing instead of working

The store its self is great but the food ordering department sucks, I was total that if I want the 20 piece meal I have to call in and place the order since when? I waited almost an hour before I went back in and cancelled the order.

Long overdue... This section of Liberty Rd needed some options for convenience store and gas. So far the food has been fresh however they need more staff for busy times. Also, should not be out of items that customers request frequently (i.e. honey mustard dipping sauce for the tenders).

This is the worst Royal Farms when it come to ordering food. They are always slow and sometimes they lose your order. Somebody is always walking around and not helping customers. What is so important that I have to see you walking by me every 2 minutes. My people need to do better.

I dont understand how such a new and clean royal farms can be run so inefficiently there is always a line a mile long, with always 1 cashier who never has money together... air hose never works, and people behind the kitchen hate there life. Suppsosvily theres special treatment to certain people because Ive seen people hey say hey Ill see u later to the cashier and avoid paying for there drinks completely...

Horrible service, poor food you can tell the older lady with glasses makes your food with a bad mind...grabs your fries grins while pulling the meat I unwrapped my sandwich it was a mess I had to throw it $10.05 in the trash...something was telling me not to go there ...dont buy your food here at all attitude issues etc cant even prepare the food right.. play the 50

Id give them zero if i could. They advertise the smoothies and shakes but there is no way to ring them up. You have to order a small fry to pay for the smoothies. Then they didnt have any thighs left but they still let me order it and pay for it. Then they wouldnt give me any chicken because they dont substitute. The staff was very rude!!

There is NOT suppose to be a surcharge for using theyre ATMs however, i have surcharge fees on my account from this particular store. The manager Ms. Chris is rude. I told her my situation for where they had unauthorized charges on my account for items that i did not buy. She talked over me, did not hear out my situation gave me a corporate number and hung up on me. Customer service is not for everyone. However the shift that worked the night shift 12/12/16 are wonderful and kind.

Its always missinging something for the deli are. I would go for a bowl and theyll be out of bowl. Today they had the bowls just no gravy for the mashed potatoes.

Staff is nice and it might have been the timing or a shift change but we waited about 30 min for chicken. People werent happy but the staff was really nice so it wasnt a big deal to most of us.

Update: Over 2 years later and the food is repulsive. My veggies were obviously frozen at some point and far from fresh, my chicken stunk like old grease and the fries were clearly cooked in the same stinky grease. I almost tossed my cookies based on the overpowering smell alone. And to top it off, it looked and smelled like they had rolled my fries in some sort of cinnimon seasoning. They had two years to get it together. Will never waste my time or money at this location again.Waited over twenty mins for fries because twice we were told 6 minutes. Then we asked for a refund and waited about 7 minutes for three cashiers to figure out how to refund us. This all after they ran out of quarters, had only a few ketchup packets, 3 empty coffee machines and one cashier giving us an attitude. Ive worked at a convince store and this was totally unacceptable! Horrible experience. Oh yeah, and after 30 minutes, the fries still werent done.

The air compressor is never working. When I go to other areas besides this one and Woodlawn ( which is never working either), everything works and the sevice is excellent. The Randallstown area deserves better. Its only certain neighborhoods get the better treatment and services. I went to management and they did nothing! If you arent going to serve the community properly close down. I will be contacting corporate!

I give up... this place just does not know how to be a store. If the doors arent locked, the next hurdle is to look for hand written signs taped to all of the food ordering stations. Why? Well, it has been that there is nobody to make food, or, they just dont want to (actually have been told that). There are a couple decent employees, but for the most part, its always a terrible experience. Latest issue: last night 3/6, went to get gas. Nope, doors locked again, people inside just look at you. 7-11 is close, go there.

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich this morning. I paid for extra meat. I told the lady who was making the sandwich. She had a attitude with me because she messed up. When I got to work the sandwich was not at all edible to eat everything was hard and tasted burnt. It was a waste of money. The service at this location has gotten horrible. I will not be buying breakfast from them again.
