I was initially happy to go in the past there was a selection of comforters and blankets I went and was quite disappointed. My first encounter was which was horrific was a brunette caucasian woman about 200 pounds 5 feet 5 inches was extremely rude to me. I was asking about turquoise comforter and she said their over there like as if to throw her arm. Attitude which was horrific to me blabbering with her coworker at register. It would have taken a few minutes to show me I was a customer. 2nd disappointment the selection was not the same I was highly disappointed wind up wasting my trip coming from Boston for nothing. I did however buy a great product at counter that when I got home was quite please and I purchased my son his products for him for driving me out there. The cashier was pleasant and I got a 25% discount on all items. Sad to say if I knew products I got was this great would have purchased 3 of each. Wonderful for my skin and lips and my skin is sensitive. I needed comforter and big storage boxes to put remainder of my items in storage no large enough items.

Wow what a place. A friend recommended I go there to get some curtains. I was shopping online and it was difficult to tell colors of fabrics and textures and things of that sort. So when I walked into Ann and Hope, I was pleasantly surprised. There was a woman there helping me she was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I picked out one set of curtains for my living room. Got some really good ideas from the showroom. Now I need to take measurements at-home then go back to Ann & Hope to finish for my bedrooms. Great store glad my friend told me about it

I love this store for organizational items, bath curtains, window curtains, rugs, and other home staples. There is a large selection and good deals.

They are not the cheapest place for curtains, at least not in my experience whilst perusing a few stores. The staff most definitely isnt the friendliest or most helpful at the best of times, although there were a couple of exceptions during my many trips there!I gave them a 5 star rating for their very wide selection of just about everything. And they usually have a decent stock on hand, though it is sometimes hard to find multiples when those items are popular and on display. Overall, this store is a nice home furnishing one for all those homemakers 👍👌☺

They are going out of business. Store is 99 % empty but I manage to grab a beautiful picture at half off.

Ann & Hope Curtain outlet located in Randolph MA is always a enjoyable store to shop. Many interesting items you wouldnt find elsewhere. They carry many different items from furniture, bathroom items, kitchen items,lamps,and many choices of home decor and a huge selection of curtains & shades. Prices are great!

I use to love this place but recently I needed pillow cases for body pillows I bought right there. There was none; they dont carry cases for the pillows they sell.

Great selection...clean and prices are fair..4 stars because the employees are not too friendly a small smile of acknowledgment goes a long way...this is why people shop on line.

I believe they only hire miserable people to work in the store.While I love what they carry, getting help that do not bite your head of is impossible.

Very happy experience, I met the staff, his name is BAO and he is extremely helpful, shown me exactly what I need to make my living room cozy and affordable.

Staff didnt care about interacting with customers. The one time we spoke with employees was when we were at the registers. The worst part of all was after we made our purchase, we got home and the newly opened vinyl shower curtain liner we just bought had tears in it. Dont have any interest in shopping here any further and will be looking elsewhere to make future purchases.

They have the best selection of bath and linens at a reasonable price. Everything is displayed nicely and easy to find the coordinating accessories.

If you need braided rugs, bath items and curtains then youre gonna love this place. Some items can be a bit pricey but the quality is superb (I bought braided rugs and bath accessories)

I find the staff not helpful at all very rude I will not shop their again asked if they had a restroom you would of thought I asked for the money out of the register told me to go next door to the restaurant. I am sure they would not appreciate them sending their customers to the restroom at their place
