We had an excellent experience with Randolph Marble & Granite. They were incredibly responsive, accommodated our personal schedules, and were helpful in our decision on how to cut our natural stone so that it had the best look in the end. Their ability to cut our waterfall edge with 45 degree angled cuts on the edges vs. just stacking the top stone on top of the side stone makes the waterfall edge look truly amazing! The owner Dave, and Hugo - the lead on our project - were great to work with. I highly recommend this business!

I called Randolph Marble and Granite and needed their help super quickly. They came the next day to measure. In a few day, they had my quartz installed. They were amazing between the owner and the guys who installed. So knowledgeable! Such hard workers!

So, the kitchen renovation was delayed. And, the countertop vendor was even more delayed. But, the baby my son and his wife were expecting didn’t know or care about the kitchen. My grandson was due October 12, 2021. The countertop template people couldn’t come until October 21, 2021. Not good. So, I started calling around pleading with vendors for help. I called Randolph Marble and Granite. They said they could help. It was Tuesday, September 28, 2021. They said they could do the template on Thursday the 30th and install by Thursday October 7th. And, their price was very competitive. Not only did they keep their promise but they actually installed the counter top on Wednesday. They were prompt, courteous, and competitive. The granite is beautiful! The baby? Well, he couldn’t wait for the 12th. He arrived on the 9th and came home to a functional kitchen! I would give 10 stars if I could. We are so grateful for their help and beautiful work!

I was in a bind having bad experience with selecting a granite countertop with 2 other companies. They both delivered the wrong colored countertop. Not what i selected at their showroom. I found Dave & Randolph Granite & Marble on the internet. Great service. Dave connected me with his granite distributor. I went right over, the distributor had what i wanted, & thats what was installed just a few days later. They did a great job & friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone!

We put granite in one of our bathrooms and Randolph Marble & Granite did an awesome job for us! They came the same day to template for the vanity and the installation was quick. We are currently going back to them again for granite around our fireplace. Again, they came the next day to template. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great! They helped us find the exact color we needed for our closet island and cut it to the exact design that we wanted. They even created several templates so we could experiment with different designs. I’ve worked with a few countertop companies in the area and these guys are hands down the best, especially when it comes to customer service and quality work! Highly recommend!

Great service, very efficient and beautiful outcome!

We needed our granite cut for our upgraded sink. We called several different granite companies in the area but only 2 said that they could cut our counter onsite. The other places said that they had to take our whole counter top back to their shop! The price for that was outrageous--and it would have been a time consuming process. Randolph Marble and Granite gave us a reasonable price and scheduled us in for the upcoming weekend. They showed up on time and were very polite. They did a flawless job in a decent amount of time. They cleaned up and removed all the dust and garbage after they were through. Im very pleased! We will hire them to polish my parents granite counter tops.

We have referred Randolph Marble for the last 6-7 years for drilling holes in stone counters for our customers and have never received a single complaint in close to 100 calls. They have been fast, responsive, and reasonably priced.

Not happy with the service. Installed a chipped granite piece, when not at home....very sneaky. When we realized and asked him to fix it started to shout and said he will replace it however, he will not be responsible for removing and fixing the backsplash in the process...extremely unprofessional the guy shouts on the phone, and openly said do not have time for this!!!!!Stay away.
